Very disappointed with the expectations from the initial phone call. The call center person said they could fix my sprinkler problem but couldn't get a plumber out to my house until Monday (called Saturday morning). Then Monday rolls around and the plumber comes out and charges me $60 to tell me that they really don't service sprinkler systems and that I should call an irrigation company. Really? I made an appointment for 630 on saturday night after my ac had broke and it was already 86 in my house. They said they would be there shortly but no one ever showed up. I called and called and kept getting told "a manager will contact you" but that never happened. The 3rd time i called to see if anyone was coming was at 930 pm (3 hours after they were suppose to be there) and the guy at the call center said there was no appointment even made. Tankless hot water went out and needed a company that could do same day service. After trying three other companies, Will Fix It was able to send a tech over within two hours. Plumber Shaun and Electrcian Milton came to the rescue and were very polite and professional. They gave me all the options and recommendations. They were also willing to work around my work schedule and come back the following day to finish the job. Will Fix It does not honor their word. I spoke to a lady named Rose about installing a sink. She asked me if it was an under-mount sink. I said it was. She said she had to check and see. Sh put me on hold, then came on and asked me if it was epoxied or screwed. I said it was epoxied. She said that they would do it, but that I had to remove the sink first because they do not do remove epoxied sinks. She set an appointment for Friday morning. The "technician" came Friday afternoon. The sink was already removed. And then he said we don't install under-mount sinks. Flatly refused and then left. I called the office. And they refused to honor their word. The say they have a money back guarantee. If they don't honor their word, what good is their guarantee? read more

If there were a "0" I would have picked it instead. These people are crooks. Wanted to charge me 400.00 for 2lbs if Freon. You can buy a 30lb container of Freon for 400.00. Then the service manager Eddie tried to tell me he did not know how much of the 400.00 was for the parts and how much was for the labor. I realize that businesses need to make a profit but that is ridiculous, there is no shortage of r-22 as they are claiming. It's all over the internet for sale brand new in the box. Plus the tech tried to pressure my husband into replacing the entire system saying it was "dangerous ". Is it just me or does it seem that Will Fix It has the same basic response to negative reviews?

In the beginning Will Fix It was professional. Be prepared when you do call back immediately after you missed their call you will be on hold for 10-15 minutes while they search for their records of calling you. Then you are told that since you didn't answer the call you have to reschedule. Apparently they are SORRY for any inconvenience but the technician was sent to another call. Even though they tell you to immediately call back if you missed their call which we did, this is NOT true! They will skip your appointment. Do not take any time off of work until your appointment is confirmed on the day of service. We both did and lost those work hours and will be searching for a new company. Unfortunately I had to press at least one star to be able to post this review as there was not a option for no stars! read more

Called them that my water heater was out, showed up on time. I was at work, my wife was there after he does diagnostic tells my wife $2100 my wife and I had done some research and we saw it should be between $900 to $1300 with installation. After my wife says why so much he comes back and says I can knock it down to $1400. My wife said no, called another place and they did it for $1200 and they included a water softener and collection bin. I don't know if that's standard but I thought it was a great deal and he used the same brand water heater that was there that had at lasted for 10 years. I have had great experience in my prior dealings with Will Fix It. My unit was installed and is warrantied by them. On Saturday morning my unit stopped working. I called the service at 8:00am long wait but they were pleasant and told me someone would definitely be able to come out that day. The rep confirmed my address, phone number and age of my unit and told me I would be called 30 minutes prior to my service visit. At 4:00PM I called back to check on status. I was transferred to, I believe, a dispatcher who told me she had called me twice that morning to let me know they could not come out today. I received no phone call so I asked her what number she called and she said "your number on file ###-####" I explained that not only was this not my number but I had provided it to the service and the number was even read back to me. I was then told that I could not be seen until the following Saturday! I replied that not only was this not OK but why was I told I would have a visit today and why do the commercials brag about 24 hour service, etc. She offered to put me on the schedule for Monday but told me that I may get a call to reschedule. I asked why nobody could come out any sooner. She replied that "after hours" calls had an additional fee. I was well aware that a weekend service would be defined as after hours!! I told her I wanted an after hours service. She told me I had to call back after 5:00PM!! I called back at 5:00PM and the lady I spoke to at the service was very nice, scheduled me for 6:00 - 10:00PM slot and apologized for my previous call stating "we do not make people call back for an after hours service." By 9:00 - 9:15PM I had not received a call so I called back to ensure that I was still on the schedule. I was told that I was on the schedule but that the rep would put a message in to the local branch and ask them to contact me with an approximate time. At about 9:45PM I called again and spoke to the same rep; I told her I had not received a call. She transferred me to her Supervisor who apologized and told me that she had sent a message to the Tech who would contact me. At 11:00PM I gave up and went to bed. The next morning I wake up to a voicemail from someone who stated "I am at the gate and cannot get in." This was at about 11:15PM. This was such a painful and frustrating experience that I am now forced to have my unit serviced by another company despite my warranty being with Will Fix It. Something has gone horribly wrong with this company (or at least my branch)! read more

Got a call from the tech at 3:30 pm cancelling for today because they were going to be at another call too late. Absolutely ridiculous and will never call them again. My A/C broke down about 1 month ago and i called will fix it for estimate. the tech that came to my home told me it was going to cost me $597.00 for 2 parts for my a/c that's normally around 11-15 dollars and that i NEEDED a WHOLE BRAND NEW SYSTEM and that was gonna cost me (get ready for this) $10,000 dollars, well i called 5 other companies sa specialists, airtegrity, cowboys, and an independent and got pretty much the same SCAM, then my wife called a BEAUTIFUL COMPANY called DILL MAK who was HONEST and CARING of their customers, well, they FIXED the problem and all it costed was $245.00, so, before you call will fix it or any other company i SUGGEST you call DILL MAK first. read more

My elderly grandmother contacted Will Fix It and she needed the hot and cold cartridge replaced on her kitchen faucet. The so called plumber replaced them but they were larger than the original cartridges and as a result he was unable to put back the handles. He convinced her that she could use her sink without the handles, he made it sound easy. What?! That is crazy! She could not use her sink without the handles. We've called the same day, 8/23 and made a complaint and have yet to receive a response. We are complaining to the Better Business Bureau!! read more

I had a disposal replaced and never knew I could of been electrocuted, because the guy did not put the fitting where the wire goes into the disposal to keep it from wiggling. Signed up for new HVAC system estimate at Home Depot. A Will Fix It salesperson came to the house to provide the estimate. The salesperson was very professional and very thorough. When I asked for a written estimate at the end, he stated that Home Depot did not allow them to provide a written estimate(hmm). So I asked him to at least give me the total cost for the new system and the SEER rating and he did. To me, It doesn't make any sense that they cannot provide a written estimate. As I'm getting several quotes from different companies, not having a written estimate makes it difficult for me to compare their estimate to other estimates as I don't know which model system they're quoting and what features the system offers. However, I have been able to receive a written estimate from three other companies, which allows me to see not only the SEER of each system, but the model as well. Not sure that I can trust a company that cannot provide a written estimate. Had I known they were not going to give me a written estimate, I would not have requested it to begin with. They wasted two hours of their and my time. Obviously transparency is not at the top of their list. read more

We recently had to replace our inside and outside unit after 20 years! We were given 2 quotes and decided to go with Will Fix it, they were able to get our unit installed a week faster than the other company and for August in Texas-we were very grateful-they even brought us a window unit to use until the install! The unit was replaced on the 5th of August and it tripped the breaker on 8/22-thinking that there is no way a company is going to come out on a Saturday evening after 8 pm, I decided to go ahead and call-the operator was awesome-she apologized and said she would get someone out that evening! Our technician Robert came out at 10:30 pm (we live in Canyon Lake and he was coming from San Antonio) was very nice, used gloves, mask, and booties. Turns out there was a defect to the breaker on the A/C, he did not have the parts on his truck, so he came out the next day (Sunday) replaced the breaker and the whip just to be sure we would have no other problems. He was so very nice and we appreciate how fast they took care of us!!!! So happy we went with this company!!! read more

What a joke. I wasn't smart enough to read the reviews for these people first. Don't make that mistake. Needed a plumber.... called these folks and set up an appointment for between 2-4. Finally made it at 6 to tell me that they could fix a problem leak in the mainline (PVC) waterline. I normally do these leaks myself and it takes me about two hours to dig it up and locate the leak and repair it, That's me doing it all and answering my phone and taking water breaks. I know he shot high so he wouldn't have to do it. $911. dollars .... what a joke. He was a plumber and it was the end of the day (6:00PM) and he was wearing black pants and tan casuals shoes and they looked like he had been sitting behind a desk all day. My previous AC always cooled the house perfect but after 10 years my AC broke. I called to have complete a Carrier HVAC installed july 8, 2019 and today is July 19,2018 they have not been able to figure out why the AC can not cool the house down creating the AC to not turn off for 8 hours straight. It only turns off at night time. They do not stand behind their word. Multiple times they have about 6 different excuses ranging in the thermosat to attic issues. Again I reiterate the previous AC did everything we ever needed. I asked for a different product similar to last AC I had and they said this one would be better. It is absolutely horrible to have all this humidity in my house now and also it can never cool the house during the day plus I have ceiling fans in my rooms and it still does not matter. I have tried to be nice even providing the technician waters and food plus being polite then being more aggressive but nothing works. Recently asked to speak to the quality person in charge and that was 4 days ago.so far no response..felt like I have been robbed!!! read more

Called again at 6:30 PM to verify that someone was coming. Was told that they were running behind but someone would indeed show up. Called again at 10:30 PM and received the same song and dance story. No one ever called, no one ever showed up. How this company garners an A+ rating on BBB is a mystery. The ad online states 24 hr emergency service on plumbing problems, which doesn't seem quite true. My toilet was backed up and I called on a Sunday afternoon and they said they couldn't come out until the next day. If they do emergency plumbing work then I would think that a backed up toilet would constitute an emergency. Won't call them again. read more
