Selection is eclectic in a good way, just like thrift shopping you have to go in with low expectations and you will find gems. I'm not saying that the quality is low, more to say that you will be surprised about what you are able to find and you will go home pleased with your findings. Ended up picking up bar stools for a fraction of the cost at any of the store nearby, and even ikea. We love them and have come back many times for various other furniture. I don't come in with any thoughts about what I might want, and I always leave feeling content.

They carted everything in by hand, and were very methodical in the way they installed the new wall with drainage to match the design exactly of our current brick work. This is actually a review for Shonnard's Landscape Services not the retail shop…read more I am actually not a customer of Shonnard's Landscape Services, but I saw something the other day that made me want to send this review. These are professionals. I was driving along Crystal Lake Drive, and a crew from Shonnards was doing some maintenance. I observed their crew using a power blower to blow debris BACK INTO THE BEDS instead of blowing debris farther into the street like so many other landscape maintenance folks seem to do. Often the mow-blow-go guys just blow all the clippings into the street even though it violates city code and is just obnoxious. I'm going to refrain from naming names of other landscape service providers that do this, but maybe I'll write some reviews soon and call 'em out on it if they don't stop. I've even seen downtown businesses blowing leaves into the street. Shame on them. If I needed some landscape maintenance services, I would call up Shonnard's just for this one thing I observed because it shows they care. Thank you Shonnard's!

As many of you know, furniture is a long-term investment, and the shopping experience should come with attentive, knowledgeable staff who help guide you through that process. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt more observed than welcomed. One employee made eye contact and immediately turned away, and as we continued browsing--essentially left to "prospect" on our own--there was little effort to engage or assist us. On our way out, another staff member offered a brief hello but never followed up to ask if we needed help. When you're making a significant purchase like furniture, customer service matters just as much as the product. Sadly, this visit left us feeling overlooked rather than valued. We later found our couch at another location and will receive it in 30 to 60 days due to the customization we requested. We are happy to have found a place that truly understood what we were looking for our home.

I attached photos to an email and they agreed to take every item (15 in all) and quickly set up a pick up at my storage unit. Alex came with a truck and packed/secured everything very carefully and had a very pleasant and informative attitude. My furniture was taken to the business and I received a list of the items to review the next morning. They even took an item I didn't have on my original list - a grandfather clock. They followed up with me the next day and also sent an email link for me to set up a personal account so I can follow the sales activity and also receive direct deposit to my bank account when items sell. The process couldn't have been easier. Some of the antique stores in Albany never even called me back and the owner of one store set up an appointment but never showed up. The personnel at Corvallis Consignment couldn't have been more professional / helpful. I highly recommend this business.
