They told me they could not accept the coupon for some reason. I called the number on the coupon, and was told that indeed that location was a separate franchise and didn't participate, but Clarence did. Oh boy. The continuing story looked gloomy. I went to Clarence. Tony the manager told me that Lockport is under the same ownership as his location, but he'd take care of me. Another odd twist, but whatever. The experience at the Clarence shop was phenomenal. Night and day from the previous hassles with Valvoline so far. Jordan, the bay tech, was courteous, clear, concise, reviewed recommended services without ever being pushy, did the lights safety checks, offered me to donate to Ronald McDonald house...quick and efficient, while being genuinely politely engaging. Communication among the team while services were being checked off was superb. It was immediately clear that Tony runs a tight shop, with professionalism as the foundation. I didn't get any additional recommend does services at the time, but I will definitely consider Tony's shop when I am ready to get them done. Stellar team.

What I like best is the honestly. They were extremely up front with me and explained everything clearly and politely. That's uncommon these days. Had it towed to the nearest Mavis (Williamsville) where they patched the tire again for free. A couple days later, it was low on air. I was in Buffalo and went to the Mavis on Delaware Avenue. They said the patch had been done from the outside and should have been done from the inside. They showed me the tire was shredded inside and said I was lucky it didn't blow. Then they sold me another tire. I'm so pissed off. I hate having 3 of one tire and 1 of another, not to mention all my time wasted being stuck on the side of the road!

Kyle knew that I would need full synthetic, not conventional, so he said that I he would just have me pay the difference so I could still use the coupon. He wanted to confirm that he had the proper oil for my car, so he asked me, but I didn't know as this was the first oil change I had needed. He told me it would be on the oil cap and I was embarrassed to admit I had yet to figure out how to pop the hood. He came out to show me and we discovered that the cap said to look at the manual... Two manuals later, we still did not have our answer, it just said to call Mercedes. He then called Mercedes to find out what oil I needed. Turns out that I needed full synthetic Mercedes brand oil. He then told me that if I bought the oil, he would still do the oil change for me which would be a significant savings from what the Mercedes dealership would charge me. I left with a happy car with fresh oil and highly satisfied with the great quality of customer service!

They were busy and at that time told me I needed an appointment. I told them I had an appointment at 7am that day. I agreed to leave my car overnight again and then ensured me they would service it the next day. The next day at 4pm I still had not heard anything from the shop. I called and was told the mechanic drove it and does not detect the problem I'm describing but they still have not put it on the lift and looked at it. They have now had my vehicle for 2 days!! I picked my vehicle up and it was repaired at another shop. The mechanic states he drove my car however my vehicle was in the exact parking spot I left it in 2 days prior. The drivers seat was all the way forward since I am under 5 foot tall. There was no paper on the floor near the foot petals. So I highly doubt they drove my vehicle. My vehicle sat in their parking lot for 2 days and they never even looked at it. If they lie about driving my vehicle how can I trust them to do any service. On the way home the vibration in the steering wheel is still present which is why I brought it to them for service. I will never return. Please don't go here!!

Didn't hear anything from them until 2 days out saying that appointment is no longer available. Had email correspondence with someone and had to wait an extra few weeks because every time I said, "yep I can take that appointment!" It was no longer available by the time I emailed back (which was always same day, if not within the same hour). After all the runaround I finally got an appointment 2 weeks after my first attempt at an appointment. Dropped the car off, got the estimate, they let me use a coupon. Very nice and easy process. Told me it would be about an hour. It ended up being almost 3 hours, I panicked because I had to get to work. I called to check the status and was put on hold and gave up after 12 minutes and figured it still wasn't ready. Eventually they called 2 hrs 45 mins later and it was done. Good in person, bad online and on the phone.

I went to pick my car up and none of the work had be done, and if it was not for a mechanic still remaining in the shop I would not have been able to have him call durf to get things done. When durf arrived and I explained to him what the problem was, he took my car into the back of the building stating it would be ready for me briefly. When he brought it back out he had just advised me that he had removed my brand new fully synthetic oil and put in Quaker steat garbage with a new filter and was charging me $86. When I told him he had just dumped $90.00 of oil and a $23.00 oil filter in the garbage that didn't even have 50 miles on them, he laughed and stated "Oh well your loss!!!". I told him that he knew what the car was there for and had done something that was totally not asked for, he just laughed again and said pay your bill and get your car out of here. I told him I wasn't paying because I did not ask for it and he told me that I could pick up my car when the bill was paid. Had I had more time (because I was leaving to go out of town to Georgia that afternoon) I would have called the cops and had them sort the mess out. To sum up the story don't trust them with anything if you value your vehicle and your wallet. Needless to say very bad service, a very crappy business attitude, as well as a thief to anybody he feels he can push around due to their age or sex. I surely would have gave them a negative five if it was available, but the application made me give them at least a one star.
