An incredible dining experience and so happy to have Willet's Corner on the UWS! Was looking forward to this evening and Willet's did not disappoint. Started with the sliders and Brussels which were equally amazing. Must add the happy hour is at the bar and the tables. The brown butter old fashioned was insanely good. HH is $12 then goes to $18 off of HH. Great deals!! Service was great. Seemed like a team type of service but appreciated the attention to detail when plates should be cleared, etc. For dinner we split the mafaldine and ended with the apple cobbler which was delishhhhh!! Interior was well thought out and very comfortable. "NY tight" but loved our meal and overall experience!

We passed by this after coming out of packed bars during Knicks game and saw a few open tables. The manager was able to get us a table right in front of the tv. The staff were all friendly as well. The manager also kept bringing in chairs from outside so that everyone in the room can face the tv to watch the game. He also turn on the volume, adjusted brightness of the tv and the lights and make sure everyone is able to watch the game. We're very appreciative of this since it's not a sports bar. Food is good too.

A very welcome and cute new addition to the UWS neighborhood. While it's brand new and they have a couple of minor kinks to work out, we really enjoyed our evening. Our server was friendly and accommodating and the food was good. Only thing we didn't love was the flatbread. It truly felt thrown together. By the time we left, the place was hopping. Will definitely go back and check out the bar.

Great cocktails and ambiance. Ricotta toast was delicious but kind of small portion. Brussel sprouts were crowd favorite

We came at opening on a Friday night. The bartender was friendly and welcoming. Our server was great. Waiting was never an issue even as more people arrived, along with a second bartender. Maybe they worked out the kinks other people mentioned. Drinks were excellent. I enjoyed my lavender haze and kir royale. My husband enjoyed his French 75, and we especially liked his smoked Belvedere. Food was amazing. My husband enjoyed his sliders, and my truffle honey grilled cheese was out of this world. Now I'm desperately seeking fontina cheese at the grocery store to try and recreate the dish at home. The truffle fries were crispy and not overly oily. The venue is beautiful. Fun being nosy and hearing conversations between locals, including some theater people.

How could I not love a place with the name, Scarlet Lounge?…read more It takes a lot to get me to venture to this part of town and I honestly cannot remember the last time I had a night out on the Upper West Side, but Scarlet has been on my list since I saw owner, Michael Imperioli's announcing the opening on Instagram. I found myself in the area on recent Friday evening and decided to meet up with two friends here. I was smitten at first sight of the beautifully-appointed room, with seductive red drapery and gold accents. All I wanted to do was curl up on one of the velvet chairs and spend my entire evening captivated by imagined past lives of this space... Dorothy Parker holding court here with her Vicious Circle, sipping on Gibsons and martinis. You're going to have a glorious time. We were welcomed by a dashing gentleman at the door who kindly found us seating in the sultry little nook by the piano. Our server never left us wanting for anything and believe me, we wanted it all. Cocktail names are well-priced, especially for Manhattan. I kept to a decent bubbly and thoroughly enjoyed every minute of my time here.

Usually that would mean that service is faster as the staff are walking out of the kitchen, but the service here was unbearably slow. We had to crane our heads to get our orders taken, to find someone to give us our bill, and to ask about our order. We ordered a drink (the second drink was sold out and my friend was uninterested in other options) and two appetizers and the drink came first, followed by a twenty minute wait for calamari. The calamari was probably the thinnest squid in the ocean and looked like shoestring fries, but the sauce it came in was delicious. There were approximately three zucchini sticks and four peppers in the calamari, which is on par with many restaurants, but less bang for your buck. It eventually became clear after another 10 min wait that our truffle fries were nowhere to be seen, and since we had to leave for our dinner reservation soon we struggled to flag a server, who then told us that they never put in our fries order. We obviously did not ask them to start making it for us, instead asking for the bill and then leaving. I wish I liked this place more than I did, but the service and staff here were so slow and hard to flag down it felt like we spent our entire meal looking around.

We had an absolute blast from the moment we stepped inside. The whole experience--from the warm welcome at the door to the high-energy live music--was 10/10. The Food Experience: Truly Next Level The food here isn't just "bar snacks"--it's a full-on culinary experience. We tried several dishes and honestly, every single one was a hit: * Grandma's Sunday Sauce: This was the star of the show. It's pure comfort in a bowl and tastes like it's been simmering for days. * The Bacon: You can't go wrong here. It's perfectly prepared, smoky, and dangerously addictive. * The Burrata: So fresh and creamy--the perfect way to start the meal. * Crispy Shrimp: These had the perfect crunch and were packed with flavor. The Vibes & Service The host set the tone right away with a great welcome, and the service throughout the night was seamless. It's rare to find a spot that balances a sophisticated "speakeasy" atmosphere with such friendly, attentive staff. And of course, the music! The live band was electric and kept the energy high all night long. The "Roaring 20s" vibe is so well-done--it feels intimate but exciting at the same time. Final Verdict I would definitely suggest Prohibition to everyone! Whether you're a local or just visiting the city, this is the spot for great food, amazing service, and a vibe you won't find anywhere else. We'll definitely be back for more!

The delectable food, savory flavors and my favorites are: Tuna Poke Crisps, Lollipop Lamb Chops, Crackling Pork Shank, Wild Mushroom Gnocchi, and "Pro" Pie for Two. There insanely delicious flavored cocktails are: The Bootlegger Old Fashioned and Frozen Cosmo; not watered down.
