Two and half months later, no work had been done to the car. He told Mr. McMath that he would pick up the car and wanted his money back. He stated he did not have it. He finally gave him one fifth of the payment back, but has not returned calls or texts to get the remaining money due. My husband has attempted to go through small claims court in Medina, OH to get the balance owed but Mr. McMath is conveniently never available to receive the summons.
