I have been to this Williams-Sonoma location a few times and have had varying experiences. After seeing some other reviews, I thought I would share my own experience re: racism and lack of attentiveness from the workers. Usually when we come in we are more likely to browse, so we usually don't require much assistance. The store floor is generally well organized save for some piles of items near the corners of some shelves closer to the wall (attached in pictures). Generally if we wait in a pre-existing line, we have no issues checking out when we do have some items to purchase. One experience was definitely very peculiar, and it happened when we were lining up to purchase something where there was no pre-existing line. We waited in front of the counter for a solid 3-4 minutes while there was an attendant at the register looking over a large binder. At first we thought maybe she did not see us because she seemed more on the elderly side, but after a while it was clear to us that she knew of our presence (she did glance up and around us a couple of times, never looking directly at us), but it seems like whatever she was doing was more important than helping us check out. It was a really awkward experience, we didn't really know what to do because she clearly knew we were there but seems to just choose not to help us. We were only buying 1 item, but after a while we just left without buying anything. My husband and I are both Chinese if that makes a difference to anyone. It did not occur to me that race may be involved with our experience, but based on others' reviews I wonder if there's a pattern with the way we were treated.

If you are Asian, I would stay away from here. I noticed they only offer samples to non Asians prior to COVID. It's racist. I went around the same area twice and the saleswoman didn't offer me any and just basically ignored. Nothing is cheap here, just high end.

The tiny little stocking stuffer that now cost my family $50 which they don't even stock anymore.

I want to start by saying that I almost never write reviews. Like many people, I usually only take the time if something goes wrong--but this experience was so overwhelmingly positive that I genuinely felt Winnie deserved recognition. I wanted others to know just how incredible she is. From the very beginning, Winnie provided truly outstanding customer service. We ran into an unexpected issue with our scheduled delivery on 4/4 when we discovered--at the last minute--that our street was going to be closed for an event. Despite the late notice, Winnie was incredibly understanding and immediately helped us reschedule for the following Tuesday without any hassle. When the furniture arrived, we realized the couch delivered was not the color we had selected. I contacted Winnie, and she responded right away with professionalism and care. She confirmed the mistake and promptly arranged for the delivery team to return the sofa and organize a replacement in the correct color within just a few days. Then, after giving it some thought overnight, we realized the sofa we originally chose was actually too large for our space. Once again, Winnie went above and beyond. She patiently listened to our concerns, sent us photos of alternative options, and encouraged us to visit the showroom to try them in person before making a decision. That extra step made all the difference--we ended up finding a sofa we loved even more, and it fit our condo perfectly. Throughout the entire process, Winnie was gracious, responsive, and genuinely committed to making sure we were happy. Her level of care, patience, and attention to detail is truly rare these days. She didn't just help us purchase furniture--she made sure we found the *right* furniture for our home, and she stood by us every step of the way. This is, without a doubt, one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had. Winnie turned what could have been a stressful situation into something seamless and even enjoyable. If you're looking for furniture and want a truly exceptional, stress-free experience, I cannot recommend Ana Furniture enough--especially Winnie Huang. She is an absolute gem, and you will be in the best hands possible.

He was amazing with the service and took the time to explain all the furniture pieces we had questions about. He was super patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. We even decided to add on the delivery service, and Richard made sure we got clear delivery dates and updates on when our dining table would arrive. The furniture was so comfortable that my friend actually fell asleep on it while we were testing it out! The store had a great selection, and Richard really went above and beyond to make sure we found something that fit our space and style. Overall, such a great experience from start to finish -- highly recommend asking for Richard if you visit!

They were attentive without being pushy, incredibly knowledgeable about every piece we asked about, and genuinely invested in helping us find exactly what we were looking for. Cem went above and beyond to make the entire process seamless and enjoyable, and Nav was equally wonderful -- together they made such a strong team. We never felt rushed or pressured, just supported. They helped us think through layout, comfort, functionality, and style, and we ended up finding everything we wanted (which almost never happens in one trip!). Furniture shopping can sometimes feel overwhelming, but this experience was easy, smooth, and actually fun. We left feeling truly happy and taken care of. If you're shopping at Living Spaces, ask for Cem and Nav -- you'll be in the best hands.

I wish we would have checked the reviews before buying from here…read more I went with my sister in law to buy all new furniture for her new apartment. She bought several pieces, thousands worth, including a $750 matress. What the salesperson FAILED to tell us was that the floor model was SIGNIFICANTLY softer that the new one she would recieve because hundreds, if not thousands of people have broken it down. The matress was delivered and immediately we realized that it was hard, like rock hard. Like sleeping on a cement slab. She called and got their standard auto reply of "you just need to break it in" and their "sorry, youre outta luck - too bad for you" attitude. The time it would take to break this matress in to even half of what the floor model felt like would take years. Its completely unrealistic, shes just 1 person! Whats worse is she isnt able to get comfortable and is having lingering effects from loss of sleep and physical pain. She had to buy an expensive mattess topper which slightly helps but still.... NOT THE POINT and not 100% remedied. We tried emailing Living Spaces customer help, customer service and even a corporate email we found and they all bounced back. Its clear they have no intention of helping us. Fortunately there are consumer laws but its a shame we have to even go in that direction. It would have been nice and more importantly it would have been fair for them to not only advise of the difference in feel but remedy the situation by allowing for a courtesy exchange. Jeez, even the ability to correspond would be nice instead of having to resort to alternative recourses. Literally any other mattress chain allowes for at least a 30 day exchange. Living Spaces, you have earned your 2 star reviews.

Sure, IKEA is IKEA, but when you buy furniture from World Market it's guaranteed to last. Not only is everything quality, but you can find things at this store that you can't find darn near anyplace else. Aside from home goods, they have a huge selection of global food and drinks, including one of the most diverse candy sections around. After coming here for so long you'd think I know everything about this store, but a few weeks ago I learned something new and really valuable. Every department has a clearance section!!! YES!!!! Every department! There's clearance for candles, body wash, men's fragrances, kitchen wares, food and drink, furniture, everything! They also mark down anything from a recent holiday, up to 90% off!! Come on, in this economy who doesn't love a deal? If you can't find one of the clearance sections, just ask someone. All of the employees are so nice and helpful. My favorite clearance areas are the 33% and 55% off food racks located at the back of the store. They are loaded with yummy food - like salami, pasta, gnocchi, baked goods, sodas, coffee, tea, chips, candy - and everything is heavily discounted. A lot of the items have been discontinued, so this is the last chance to buy them. It's the first place I head when I walk in. I've left before with a full grocery bag for less than $8. The next time you find yourself in or near Bridgepoint Shopping Center...GO! Make sure to seek out all of the discounted items. You won't regret it!

But they also had an abundance of holiday themed merchandise for sale, and aisles full of toys and products dedicated to Wicked, Hello Kitty, Harry Potter, and more. In fact I picked up some unique Harry Potter gifts for the nieces and nephews, along with my favorite irish potato chips, of course--keogh's truffle and butter flavor. There was hardly a line at the checkout counter and ample employees providing fast and friendly service. I even got a complimentary holiday tote for being a rewards member. That came in handy for carrying all the goodies I got.
