While I appreciate the thorough and ALL CAPS response--what I do not appreciate is the inaccurate description of what occurred. The technician very clearly referred to me as a "punta," which must be a term of endearment used by this company. Those who hired this company also did not yell. I did tell them that they were scamming us, because they were. A few days later, I scheduled a cleaning with Stanley Steemer. They confirmed the scam that Think Green tried to pull. The carpet could most certainly be steam cleaned and it was and looks beautiful. Save yourself the hassle and just go to Stanley Steemer. They were nice, ON TIME, professional and reasonably priced.

By 12/24 I called to advice them I was recovering from surgery that was done a few days earlier, and need a 12/26 afternoon delivery, as I need to make it to the bank in the morning. I was told that's OK, someone will call back. Nobody called back. I did get banking done early on the 26th. Today on 12/31 rug was delivered. I did put in a complaint that I DID call them on the 24th but I did not appreciate having to go to the bank early on the 26th while in recovery, and not getting a call back. A MANAGER called back apologizing about a computer glitch CAN YOU SMELL THE BS? what does that have to do with a call back???
