Luckily the repair was covered by what they called and extended warranty on prominent issues with this vehicle's make, model and year. The extended warranty, which was closed last year, was reopened for a limited period of time - and extended to additional years, makes and models. While in the engine, they noticed that a coil had also been damaged - because they had record of the work being done at Williamsburg Honda, they also replaced that for free. I have always been told not to go to dealerships because they inflate the prices and charge for things you don't need - however, I am convinced that the loyalty and willingness to keep my van serviced with them resulted in this repair being 100% covered. For me, I will always take my Hondas to Williamsburg Honda, but if you are like me and you are unsure, I wanted to share this testimonial especially since the holidays are approaching - we can use all the love, care and customer service we can get and I am beyond grateful for this. read more

This dealership really should practice better communication. Whenever I come here, there seems to be confusion about something. I take advantage of their free shuttle often, and they often overbook it or seem to scramble when its time to pick up or drop off. I've been waiting outside of my work for 2 hours with the promise that "we just sent someone out". I feel taken advantage of every time I go, with diagnostic fees and other services that I consider to be simple for a dealership that are incredibly expensive. I dread taking my car here every time, I feel as though they try to lull me into a sense of "oh this is an easy fix" and then they end up charging me so much. edit: I've figured out what has made this dealership so awful. They beat around the bush and I can't think of a more appropriate word for it other than emotionally abusive. They often start you with a positive outlook of your situation, or potential easy, inexpensive solution to your problem. Then when you go to pay for service (they don't contact you when they find out what is wrong), you end up having to pay thousands of dollars almost against your will. You of course have a choice, but it puts you in such an awkward position that you feel you have to go through with it. They also don't have any respect for your time concerning the shuttle, for anyone who is working during the entire day they have your car. read more

We'd planned on replacing our leased vehicle at the end of the year. While on vacation we experienced some mechanical difficulties. Normally we'd have just gone for repairs, but we were on a tight schedule and didn't have time to wait. We spoke with Jessica who helped us arrange towing (over 40 miles and covered by our Honda Road Service) and set up an appointment for the next day. When we arrived her technicians had already identified the problem. She helped us explore options and compare costs of leasing vs purchase vs repairs. We also considered registration options (we are dual state residents) and ultimately made the decision to purchase a hybrid CRV. John "Ski" handled the closing quickly and had all the paper work handy to file for us in our home state. Everything was "no pressure". We left feeling great! My daughter made a appointment for today and made a profile with a very rude person a week ago. They got all of her personal information and all the information on the vehicle and gave her a appointment for 10:45 the next Monday, we arrived at 10:40 and drove two vehicles to drop it off just to find out there is no appointment but we could leave it there and they might have time to get to it in the next couple of days. This is unacceptable how can they screw up so bad and all you get from them is "oh well we might be able to get it in the next few days". Absolutely terrible, incompetent and rude! read more

I was in the market for a new Honda, and knew the exact car/spec I was looking for. I spoke with three other dealerships prior to calling Williamsburg. Priority Honda in Chesapeake quoted $2500 over sticker. Hall Honda quoted $5000 over sticker. Casey Honda didn't return multiple calls. Williamsburg quoted me sticker price with no additional gotcha costs within minutes. Kylie followed up with an itemized quote texted to me. BTW, their processing fee is $300 less than the dealers mentioned earlier. Kylie had the car clean and all paperwork in order when I arrived. I delayed the process by adding a trade to the deal. This only added 15 minutes. I didn't initially intend to trade a vehicle. I brought it to test the waters. Williamsburg offered me the top end of Kelly Blue Book. I took the offer. I will absolutely give Honda Williamsburg first swing at the pitch for my next car purchase despite the hour drive from my house. read more

Just wanted to update my experience with Williamsburg honda. We have bought 5 cars there since 2017. Our sales person was always Tetyana Hart. She is outstanding! Goes above and beyond for her customers. But when it comes down to getting the price worked out that is in the hands of the manager. We had one problem in the past with a certified crv that we got for my wife "car #2". And to tell you the truth I really thought we were going to be stuck with it. But Chris Robinson was one of the sales managers there at the time and worked things out for us. We did lose our property tax that we paid on the lemon CRV but Chris told me as long as we came back and stayed loyal Williamsburg honda customers he and the dealership would always do right by us. And he kept that word. We went on to buy two more cars under Chris as sales manager and he kept his word. Now I was looking to by car number six from Williamsburg Honda and Chris no longer works there. David Gosselin is the new manager we have to deal with. And when I reach out to my sales person Tetyana Hart to tell her what price I have found out there. She of course has to go through David Gosselin and he comes back with a insulting offer. Like it's the first time we were buying from Williamsburg honda! We will no longer be buying anymore Hondas from Williamsburg honda. Because of David Gosselin. But we still will buy Hondas. Update to my last post, see below. It is now Nov 3rd 2023, bought this lemon in June and issues started shortly thereafter. Lots of maintenance lights started coming on late October took it back to our mechanic (not Honda) and found out the spark plugs they just changed, due to the burning oil issue, needed to be changed again! Looked at my purchase/maintenance report from Honda and discovered, surprise, they had just changed the spark plugs prior to selling it to me, again indicating they new exactly what the issue was. We attempted a trade in at other dealerships and nobody would touch it. Ended up having to scrap the car for $800 just 5 months after purchasing for $12,000!! Do yourself a favor..stay far away from these scam artists, zero ethics! read more

Let me start by saying I was very pleased with my experience at Williamsburg Honda. My sales associate Billy Haynes didn't disappoint. They made my experience very hassle free. I selected a 2025 Honda Civic Sport that I liked with one of the new color schemes.The Urban Grey looks amazing by the way (small up-charge) but definitely worth it. Billy wasn't pushy, and very informative. When it came time to finance, John (Ski) is the man. I didn't feel like I was in a pressure cooker and he even helped with a nice discount on my extended warranty. Thankfully John Gorbett was in house and he congratulated me on my purchase. The service here is terrible. Don't bother booking an appointment, it means nothing to them. 9:00am appointment, brought the vehicle early and dropped it off at 8:45am, (not another customer in site) they didn't even look at it until 1:00pm. Wasted a whole day waiting. Appointment was for no A/C in my CRV, told me the compressor seal was leaking and was covered by warranty, then told me my discharge hose was leaking. $600+ later. Sounds like they just needed to make some money because their throughput is terrible. I was told my vehicle would be ready by the end of the day (6:00pm). I went there for 6:00pm and the vehicle STILL wasn't completed and had to wait even longer. I've been driving Honda's for a long time and always serviced at Honda, but, never had this kind of shitty service. Not going back there and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Williamsburg Honda In early June my wife purchased a 2021 CRV at Williamsburg Honda. Sales department was excellent, as was the finance department. Upon looking over the CRV, there was an issues with the passenger rear door molding. As of now, the service department has taken over 4 months to order and replace a piece of molding. My wife took the CRV in on at least two occasions, and which they ordered the wrong piece. Also, another time she had take it in, to finally get other items installed that were bought in June with the CRV. My wife understandably so, was frustrated with the service department, so I called John, the service department manager, and left a message. He finally called back and told me that according to his records, my wife was only there one time. He didn't call her a liar, he just didn't believe her. Then John asked me to take pictures of the molding that needed to be replaced and email him the pictures. I email the pictures and asked when the molding comes in we would like an oil change done. We never received a response from that email. A few weeks passed never hearing from John, and since it was time for the oil change, we took it to Casey Honda in Newport News. What a difference in the way we were treated there. 5 STAR for Casey Honda service department. A week or more later Williamsburg Honda called to say the part came in , so I drove my wife there to make an appointment to have the molding installed. John was at the desk with a customer and another man from Honda. He finally noticed her and said he'd be with her after he was finished with the other two guys. Finally, he told my wife we can put it on next week when we do the oil change. My wife told him that we had the oil already changed in Newport News. John rudely then stated that they only do the first oil change at Williamsburg Honda for free and it was apparent she lost out on that and it would cost her from here on out. There was no need to belittle my wife, after all she went through to get one piece of molding put on her new car. Our bottom line, if you want to avoid shitty service, don't go to Williamsburg Honda. If you want a rude attitude, and be talked down to, John, the service manager at Williamsburg Honda, is the man to see. Because of their service department, we will not do business with Williamsburg Honda again. Go to Casey Honda, they treat you right and appreciate their customers. read more

I appreciate the fact that new car sales is challenging. The reality of today's car buying environment is that the internet removes many of the pricing veils. There are buying services, such as USAA, which provide straightforward (no haggle) pricing. Consequently, whether a car dealer (such as Williamsburg Honda) makes a sale is largely a function of other factors such as extending the engine/power train warranty and free oil changes. Car dealerships need to keep pace with their competitors in these areas...especially when the car price is equalized among the different car dealerships. That said, if you miss a sale, Williamsburg Honda car salesman, don't follow up with an email accusing me of being "dishonest and sleazy"...as you did in a text to my daughter. That is a surefire way to ensure that we never return to Williamsburg Honda for any reason. Rather, ask yourself (or me) what Williamsburg Honda could have done differently or better. I would have told you that your pricing never entered into my discussions with your competitor. The vehicle price was set by USAA. It was the other items (no cost extended warranty, free oil changes, and state inspections) that Williamsburg Honda didn't offer and couldn't match that made the difference. Of course, customer service counts as well. Ultimately, one salesperson's complete lack of professionalism tarnished whatever reputation Williamsburg Honda might have had with me and my circle of acquaintances. As mentioned, I will never return to Williamsburg Honda. I'll will happily drive to Newport News or Richmond for service and share my experience with Williamsburg Honda with everyone I know. read more

I contacted the dealership for instructions on how to change the battery and they told me to just swing by and they would change it for me. They showed me to how change it and didn't charge me for 2 new batteries for each fob. I also had a couple of problems working some things inside my car and they answered all of my questions and taught me some tricks about my vehicle. Service Review - Brandon is the service agent you want. He was responsive, patient, knowledgeable and accommodating. I purchased a 2015 Fit from Carvana. Because you have a 7 day money back guarantee you need to quickly have the car assessed. I was able to make an appt on the phone and tried to explain what I needed. The confirmation email listed a state inspection. So i called back to speak with the assigned agent, Brandon, and explained that I didn't need a state inspection but a structural and mechanical review as I had a few days where I could return the car for full refund. Brandon said he understood and would make it happen. I dropped the car off the night before my appt and he called to confirm he had the car and understood what needed to be done. I called late in the afternoon to check on the status and spoke to a gentleman who was a bit wound up and lacking professionalism. Thankfully Brandon became available and I was transferred. He provided all the pertinent details and suggested I have the transmission flushed which was $84. Some dealerships would have tried to up-sale services due to my obvious lack of car knowledge but not Brandon (or Williamsburg Honda). Overall had a good experience and will look to use Brandon for my future repair/maintenance needs as I like to keep to the dealership for services. read more

However if your intention is to have them service your car you better rethink your judgement. I was told when I had an appt. for an inspection, car was not picked up as promised. Sales would get 5 stars. Look elsewhere for competent service. This is the second full day our Odyssey has been in the shop in the 1 month and 1,334 miles we've owned it. A sensor is almost completely detached from the windshield, yet they spent 6 hours checking wiring. Why not start with the obvious instead of wasting our time? Also, both times we've had it in, the estimate was 1-1.5 hours, but they've taken over 6 and asked for more this time. I had been looking for a Honda Accord for a few weeks. I found a certified 2013 Honda Accord EX-L online for $19,795 with only 41k miles on it. So I went to Williamsburg Honda to check it out. I was greeted by Toby who was very polite and nice. He took me for a test drive, explained the features and he pretty much let the car sale itself which I liked. I purchased the car including tags, taxes, and dealer's processing fee for a total of $17,775. I think they could have gone down on the price a little more but they were not willing to budge. I think that was because I was doing a trade-in. They gave me good deal on my trade in so I was happy. I also interacted with John who is their finance guy. He was very pleasant also. The only complaint I have is how long I was there. I got there at 11:30am and didn't leave til 4:30pm. Toby kept updating me on what was going on while I waited which I really appreciated. My Apple phone was no longer being recognized by my CRV. I bought a new Apple USB connector cord at a nearby Apple Store but it still did not work. I called the nearest Honda dealership and luckily it was Williamsburg Honda. Unlike other Honda dealerships it was not considered a service call and that any sales associate had the training to help me. I apologize for not remembering the name of my sales associate. He was an excellent troubleshooter and carefully ruled out the cord connector, the USB port and then my phone. He hesitated to reset everything to factory settings and tried a few more ways to get my phone and CRV to sync. He finally did have to reset back to factory settings apologizing for anything that I might have to change later. It was just the clock. That was way easier than driving with my phone in my hand trying to figure out where I was going in a place I had never been before. read more

I recently purchased a car from Williamsburg Honda due solely to a phenomenal experience with their sales associate, Jessica Bailey. Jess assisted me throughout my search. She was incredibly knowledgable about each car I looked at - I'm a nervous buyer who asks a lot of questions, and she was able to immediately answer anything I threw at her. She could not have been more patient with both my indecisiveness and my nerves about adapting to technology that was much newer than I'm used to. At other dealerships I had visited, I noticed that if I had my male counterpart with me, the questions and sales pitch would be directed towards him, despite the fact that I was the purchaser. This was never the case with Jess - she understood that I was the one making the investment, and all of her recommendations and questions were directed towards me. After several visits and test drives, I had narrowed it down to a Honda or another vehicle at a competing dealership. While I'm sure it was disappointing for Jess when I decided to go take one last look at that other car before making a final decision, she never tried to push me out of my comfort zone. In fact, Jess and her sincerity in wanting to make sure I got the right vehicle for me is what ultimately led me back to Williamsburg Honda. This place is the worst. My husband and I went there to look at a truck that was sitting in the driveway. The salesman came out and immediately asked me what time it was, and that he thought it was later (insinuating that they were closing and didn't want to help us). The rest of our interaction with him went downhill from there, he didn't know anything about the truck to be answer any of the questions we asked. After learning where my husband worked, he made derogatory comments regarding it. Don't go here, they don't know how to treat customers. I must say that when I first began writing this review, I was absolutely furious. I was going to give the place one star and I had some pretty strong words to say. But by the end of my visit, my mood changed entirely. Considering that I called the other day and made an appointment for 10am, I was bewildered as to why I was still waiting there an hour and a half later. I have never, ever had a simple oil change take an hour and a half anywhere else I've ever gone. I watched people who sat down after me get called up and sent on their way before me. I wouldn't say they were overly busy or anything. And even if they were, why give me an appointment if you're not going to hold onto it? Even the guy sitting across from me started to get uncomfortable as my anger rose. Finally a man came out to let me know that my car was part of the air bag recall. I figured I might as well let them change it since I was already out of the house. It's was only 10 minutes or so after that until I was called and told that my car was already. The man apologized profusely for it taking so long saying something along the lines of since it was my first time in their shop they wanted to give it a good once over and then they were making sure they had the correct parts for my airbag. He was so nice and polite and just had such a warm personality that I couldn't even pretend to be upset still. It also helped that my oil change was free because I saw an ad that gave me a free oil change with a receipt from buying at least $50 in groceries at Martins. I probably won't go back again and I'm not sure if I recommend this to anybody else but it ended up not being so terrible. read more

I tried to sell my brand new honda civic 2012 with barely 3000 miles, no liens. The original price was around 20000. It is in descent shape, and although it has been in an accident (frontal impact), all the parts were replaced and there were no engine damage or other structural damage other wise. CHARLIE the salesman offered me 9900 for it. I am a scientist, and I can read a technical report. CHARLIE would not provide a reason or a report for the pricing, yappin' about how his boss was making him do this. Moreover, I know a friend who is an auto engineer, who told me that he was being extremely unreasonable. The only saving grace for this review is Darryl, a Williamsburg Honda product specialist. I want to recognize Darryl for all of his hard work over the past few months. I first met Darryl in Winter 2016 when I brought my 2013 Honda Accord (also a Williamsburg Honda purchase) in to be serviced. I told him we were interested in a SUV and he showed us the 2017 CRV. I brought my car back last month and once again Darryl was eager to work with us and I knew then we had found our Product Specialist.  Unfortunately we ran into a major issue with their finance manager Toby (a second occurrence for me since he sold me my 2013 Honda Accord) when we did go in to make the purchase yesterday. I did not appreciate the way he approached us to discuss "financial" information and the lien holder despite us telling him several times that we were paying cash and did not need to finance the vehicle. Instead of acknowledging the miscommunication and working to rectify it, he became extremely defensive and left us sitting at the desk wondering what the next steps were. At this point, the sale was over for me but I knew how hard Darryl had worked for and with us that I wasn't going to allow him to miss out on a sale due to the disrespectful nature of Toby.  The worst part of this entire ordeal is I asked Toby when he first approached us if we needed to go to the bank to obtain the cashiers check and he said he would take care of everything. Instead of running into his office to let the clock run down he should have come back out and told us we would need to obtain the cashiers check because he was running into difficulty.  The fact that I had to find him to inquire on the status of the sale exemplified his lack of customer service and his lack of interest to close this deal. I am sure he was waiting until 6PM before coming and asking us if we had the check knowing that the bank would be closed and we wouldn't be able to obtain it, but I will never be able to prove that. Needless to say, we have never had this much trouble giving someone hard earned money nor have we gone through so much to buy a vehicle.  Now we did meet with Sales Manager Chris before we left to discuss our dissatisfaction with their financial manger and the entire process. 1. You would have thought we would have received a follow up call today ... but we didn't. 2. Perhaps he's sending us a handwritten card to serve as a personal touch. Chris did give me piece of mind that this wasn't a normal occurrence at their dealership and the fact that he did that make me want to return for another purchase. As long as Darryl works for Williamsburg Honda, I will be a faithful customer and I will send business his way. It is my hope that when I am ready to commit to another Honda (hopefully sometime soon) I can work with Darryl and a different finance manager on that purchase. read more

Normally when visiting a car dealership under the premise of buying a car, the salespeople are eager to assist the unassuming victims, most of the time in an exaggerated fashion. But during my cringeworthy hours spent in and around this region of lies I was nothing more than a nuisance trying to spend $28k. I called about an hour ahead of my intended arrival, hoping there would be no hiccups and I could immediately take the car on a test drive. I'd been researching this particular year, make, and model for six months before I stumbled upon the ad for this vehicle and I knew I would be ready to make an offer, securing financing the day prior. Well I did get to go on the test drive immediately, as Ross made a copy of my license and I was on my way. There weren't any long winded fables about the air conditioner knobs, no uninteresting stories about the radio preset options and honestly I appreciated this gesture. It wasn't until I returned from my short test drive when I realized this dealership didn't want me as a customer. After a few friendly quips (and a free Chick-Fil-A sandwich) I let Ross know I wanted the car and was ready to start the paperwork. Shortly thereafter my current vehicle was "appraised" in about 8 minutes without ever leaving it's parking space. (Around here is where he began making small comments which would all equate to me not being able to purchase this car from this dealership.) I expected to be low balled on my trade in but I wasn't expecting to have a salesperson tell me what I would qualify for before checking my credit report. I decided to leave on this note, however with a what I thought was a buyer's order, as I felt disrespected but still interested in the vehicle. I called my financing institution with several questions and after giving them a little information (and having to go to the dealership website to search for the VIN as the order I was given was missing one of it's most important pieces) I was informed of the terms as I was well within the limits I qualified for. I was advised to return to the dealership and to have them fax the completed buyer's order as soon as possible. I went back to them and asked to speak with a manager, Mike. I let Mike know I was ready to complete the paperwork, the finance company simply needed to be FAXED a COMPLETED BUYER'S ORDER. I stressed these particular words and (violently) pointed to the fax number I had scribbled on the incomplete buyer's order as it was a little after 5:00pm and the disbursement office closed at 7:00pm. I was then introduced to a nicer man, Darryl, who quickly began having me sign what felt like my life away. I should have asked more questions but for some reason I had a bit of faith in Darryl. That bit of faith proved to be far fetched and ill placed because at 6:05pm (precisely as I frantically began calling my finance friends) it was revealed to me this dealership didn't have a fax machine, thus the buyer's order was never sent thus everything I just filled out was probably trash thus I've just wasted 3 hours of my precious life in this nightmare. After attempting and failing to contact the disbursement office, I defeatedly left. I love this place! I work with a group of 10 folks and 6 of them own Hondas, so when it came to replacing my Jeep Wrangler, I knew exactly what the next car would be. My boss recommended salesman Steve Snead, because he was very patient and honest. And he was. Steve chose the Honda CR-V of my dreams after an interview of what I liked and didn't like. I DIDNT think I would like the new "Molten Lava" color. Steve brought one up for me to drive anyway. He KNEW I would love it. AND I DID. Red on the outside and tan and black on the inside with every feature imaginable, which by the way all comes STANDARD in the new Hondas. Steve and John Gorbett in finances made the entire transistion painless and easy. I just got off the phone with their service department, same experience. Friendly and at ease. There is something very wrong with this dealership's service department. Here's our story. We received a Safety Recall from Honda to replace the power window master switch on our 2007 Fit. So, on Monday I made a service appointment for that Wednesday afternoon. I brought the car in at the appointed time and had been sitting in the lounge for about 45 minutes when a representative came out and told me, "I'm sorry sir, but we don't have the part for this recall. We'll have to order it. You can make another appointment." I was nonplussed. What do you mean you don't have the part? You should have told me that when I made the appointment or let me know before I drove out here. The rep just looked at me with a look that said, "Shit happens." But the story gets worse. The next day my wife told me that the car's power locks didn't work anymore. They'd worked just fine before we brought the car in. I have made several calls to the service department trying to get an anwser, but to date the service manager has not returned them. This is my take. I think the mechanic did go into the door but he screwed something up. He must have realized his mistake, but rather than try to correct it he came up with this story about the part not being in stock to cover his behind. He just wanted me out of there. He must have had the part in hand, why else would he have gone into the door if he hadn't? I have called Honda's main office and filed a complaint. But I think I'm in a Catch-22 situation here. They told me that I'd have to take the car back to the same dealership and have them determine whether it was anything they did that contributed to the power locks not working. read more

I recently purchased a new 2018 Honda Accord and came by Williamsburg Honda a week prior to take a look at what they had. It was raining but Steve Snead came out to greet me and ask what I was looking for. Over the next week he helped me test drive several options and kept in touch answering questions I had by text. Steve was extremely helpful and did an excellent job of showing and telling me all the features of the car. I bought my Civic new from this dealership and a couple of years later I get week letters from the Honda Headquarters advising that there is an URGENT recall for the airbag and that FREE loaners available for this 1 1/2 hour service. I contact Williamsburg Honda, the dealership that sold me the defective product and they tell me that they would be happy to rent me a car for the day. That's right no "how can we work this out", you rent a car from us while we disarm the bomb we sold you. Run as fast as you can from this dealership! read more

Would give "0" stars if I could. After witnessing shockingly open and unprofessional "frat" boy behavior by what appeared to me to be the sales manager and being mocked by someone behind the counter of what most dealerships use for sales "managers", I should have left immediately instead of staying and eventually getting disrespected with thinly veiled aggressive annoyance for trying to get what had been already promised to me. I went back to their website after reading their reviews and read about them touting their level of dedication to provide an excellent experience and customer service. It was amusing to say the least, and if I were the family that owned and operated this dealership whose livelihood depended on their substantial investment, I would be more than furious. Heads would be rolling, quite honestly. But who knows maybe the guy is the son in law, lol. I don't think some management get it. They don't understand many times whatever they feel at the moment, that a customer does not need the car at their dealership as much as the dealership needs their business. That's why the phrase exists. "Thank you so much for your business". Basically it's saying we appreciate you so much for keeping us open. We could not do it without you. I spent my +$70,000 on two cars at another dealership. I was initially only going to get one car, but was already interested in another car which another dealership was able to get for me. Also got a new Sedan. Listen guys. Shopping for cars is hard enough as it is already. Because it is such a large investment and for most people a large monthly financial consideration, the process can be stressful. Why ruin your day or week mulling over being treated like you were being done a favor to be run through the ringer. Or worse yet, not leaving like I did and having regret and resentment at spending a significant portion of you hard earned income on people who treat you with disdain and entitlement. These reviews are consistently poor for a reason. Be smart and save yourself from the aggravation, anger, and frustration. Avoid at all costs. Wasted over an hour today because of a classic bait and switch move. Advertised a lease deal on a pilot for around $290, but after a test drive we were told that no it's really $350. They don't seem interested in making any deals or working with you, they just want you in the door to try and screw you over. DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME!!! read more

I was looking for a particular model Honda and after searching online for weeks, I found it at Williamsburg Honda. This dealership is a good ways from me but since they had what I was looking for, I decided to make the trip and am so glad I did. I was greeted quickly and warmly when I went in yet there was no pressure sales or pushiness whatsoever. I told one of the salesmen, Cody Bishop, what I was interested in and right away he brought the car around so that I could test drive it. But...then I saw the same car but in a different color on the showroom floor (both cars were new). I already knew that I was in love with the way the car drove and the sporty look (a CR-Z), so now it was down to the color. Cody had no problem when I changed my mind and went for the showroom model and had the showroom doors raised so it could be moved outside. All paperwork was completed, and I was happy with the fair price. When the keys were in my hand, Cody took the time to go over every aspect of the car with me, all the buttons, all the modes and readings, and even set the clock and re-keyed the code for the radio. He left no stone unturned and made the experience SO nice that I almost hated to leave. He was genuine, warm, and honest and he and the rest of the group made my trip the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I would without hesitation recommend Williamsburg Honda to anyone ready to purchase a car, and in fact have already given out their name to my neighbors who now want to steal my new CR-Z right out from under me. I found similar car at the Williamsburg Honda did not want to lose the purchase. I did not want to be rushed and then disappointed. The sales person and manager were most patient and graceful. They took extra steps to verify that the car had no known issues, and gave us most affordable price. They understood my situation and made this purchase less stressful to our family. They took care of all the paperwork with DMV and insurance while we had lunch.
