Horrible! Horrible service; horrible food; horrible customer service. As a seafood lover I have given this restaurant multiple opportunities. I have eaten in restaurant, to go and delivery. This evening I had Uber eats deliver my food which I had ordered seafood platter blackened. For the second time I received 100% fried food. I also received a small cup of gumbo with zero, zero Pro Tien. I had a cup of broth onion green pepper and tomato. The sweet potato fries that I received were overcooked, stuck together in a huge clump and felt like rubber. Receipt by the way clearly says. BLACKENED! I called 20 TIMES for an hour and didn't get through because line was busy. After using the contact us to email restaurant my disappointment I tried one more time to call the restaurant. The manager came on, I explained the situation that my order was 100% incorrect she asked me to hold and hung up instead. It is now 8 pm and I have a $50 meal I cannot eat. read more

Didn't have clue what to expect but got in line. Greeted at the order desk and he was patient with us as my wife was undecided from reading the menu in the wall. Fast order we filled our drinks sand found a seat. Lynn B our gracious server, reviewed our order, asked if we needed more than silverware, salt & pepper, before swiftly returning with both. The manager personally thanked us for coming and provided their delicious onion rings as a token for fist timers! Food came before we knew it. I enjoyed a shrimp Po-boy! Best I've had with shrimp in every bite. My wife dined on the chicken fried chicken. Peach cobbler finished us! The food and service here is awesome! Visit when you can! read more

Upon entering the restaurant, the area for the line to order is very small (social distancing isn't helping that factor at all). The menu is your regular Willies menu, full of a wide variety of things to satisfy ANY tastebud! Now, anytime I've been here, it's usually packed & not much room to find seating, so that's uncomfortable. Especially during these times when you don't really want to be seated close to people you don't know! The service has been hit or miss with the majority of the time being great! I visited this past Sunday & my service wasn't the best but, I believe the waitress was just overwhelmed with a "large" party. Monday 1pm and they aren't taking orders saying they are "on hold" . That's cute but it's a rookie management move to try and keep ticket times down. It's a bullshit tactic to keep corporate happy. I've been a few times and kinda liked the place but this is absolutely unacceptable. If you can keep up on a Friday night then you can keep up on Monday unless you haven't scheduled staff properly. I wasn't the only one who walked out after being told you were "on hold". Poor management and definitely a rookie move to hold customers to keep ticket times down. Cold food upon delivery. Missing items. No one bothers to answer the phone when we tried calling. We have been here multiple times including bringing our kids soccer teams to eat. Not. At. All. Two stars for attentive service by Israel. One star for my sandwich. The fried pickles and mushrooms were good however my buffalo chicken sandwich had the thinnest chicken breast I've ever had. As a matter of fact I had to remove the top bun to make sure it was there. Felt like I was eating a veggie sandwich. My buddies chicken club also had the same size of smashed chicken breast. we've been going to Willies for almost 3 years and enjoyed their menu, food and pricing. However, about a year ago something changed: and not for the better. We had a less then quality meals about 6-9 months ago, the gumbo soup had been fantastic but now became tasteless, the onion sizes got cut in half and the salads weren't as crisp. But we thought it just maybe an off night. So we went back a month later and the menu changed: no shrimp or salmon with salad. This third time the chicken was tough and dry and the reduced serving of onion bites were very greasy. Sorry it was awful and three strikes and we're out there for good! read more

I have eaten at this location 4 times and am done . Stopped by about 2 weeks ago prior to going to a movie. They were slow in taking the order and people in line were getting frustrated. Understand about help issues but when we got the chicken fingers, it tasted like fish. We called the waiter over, complained about the taste and the fact the food was cold. The manager came by and gave him one of the chicken fingers and said there is a fish taste along with the food being cold. I was in a hurry, at a few more cold fries and left. 4 times is enough. I went to the 249 location this weekend and it was the Willy's quality I always expect. We had moved and the 99 location would have been more convenient but we are not going back. read more

Okay... the Grand Parkway location is our favorite spot to eat. In fact, this Willie's is the best Willie's in the Spring ,TX area. The food is fresh. The atmosphere is inviting and warm. This Willie's Stakeholders actually listen to us, are amicable and get our order correct every time.... Our favorites: The Mushroom Burger, Grilled Salmon Cobb Salad, fried mushrooms, onion rings, Grilled Veggies, the brownie, peach cobbler, and slushy drinks. Pssssss....By the way.... Really disappointed lately. The service is always good and consistent, but the food is not. My patty melt was essentially a hamburger patty on a piece of toast. The cheese wasn't melted, the "grilled" onions were almost raw, and the meat was over cooked. Sadly, I can get a better patty melt at Whataburger. I'm not sure what's happened to the food. The first time I ordered and went to pick it up, I was literally ignored for 10 minutes just standing there and I saw our food just sitting there. I called the restaurant, while I was standing there, and watched an employee answer the phone in front of me. I told him, "Are you going to help me now?" He was absolutely SHOCKED! We got there over an hour before the restaurant closed but our server was rushing us out and not checking on us or refilling our drinks, and then when we waved him down and ordered a peach cobbler he brought out dry breading with one good peach in it (credits for the ice cream still being there at least that was still good). read more

Just so everyone knows if you get the margarita get the reg instead of the large. Reg is 3.00 and large is 7.49. The only difference is 2 or 3 oz. and 4.49. Other than that the service is good great waitress except for manager. She is clueless about numbers so I didn't even try to get my point across to her would have had more satisfaction talking to the wall.
