Great food. Lynn B is a great and funny waitress. Got chicken tenders with gravy and my friend got the hickory burger.

It was delicious! i loved the dessert called the willie wonka, and the fried jalapeños are always a hit!

Love this location. The brisket tacos are the best, along with the frozen Jack and Coke. My fiance had the Cajun Burger which he said it was the best burger he's had. Customer service was A++. Will return soon read more

I visited your location in the Spring/Tomball, Texas area for the first time. I can't believe the horrible food that was served as well as the quality. You advertise the catfish and shrimp platter as Gulf shrimp and catfish. I received frozen pre battered shrimp and three strips of catfish that were not cooked: horrible food and terrible service. Lynn was great! We love coming because everyone can find something they like and it's a very comfortable and casual atmosphere.

As a family of 17 we came in, with many kids, which can be pretty chaotic. Sandi came over and helped in a tremendous way. I believe she was training Liz who also did a great job. I visited here today for lunch. Once again, everything was amazing. My burger was hot and fresh! I had Lynn B as my server and she was ready for the Mardi gras season. She was very pleasant, friendly and personable. She suggested that I upgrade to the onion rings and I declined. But when I later saw them AND smelled them, I had a huge regret. Great experience at this Willie's today. We had exceptional service by Lynn, our waitress. She approached the table within a minute of us sitting down and was very welcoming. Our food arrived fast and was hot! Lynn returned to the table several times to see if we needed anything and always kept our glasses full. We could not ask for better food or service. Finally got to try this place with my husband. Great setting and I love the open concept and outdoor area. Our waitress wasn't exactly the greatest but she wasn't horrible either. Staff members just didn't seem happy to be there. My husband got the chicken sandwich and it was really good. Had to send my hamburger back because it wasnt correct. By the time I got my burger, my husband was finished eating. Won't say that we won't be back, but I was definitely disappointed the first go round. read more

Willies was good! I got the 2 blackened tacos, with street corn. The corn was my favorite or was the fish but the corn was so good because it was so hot and fresh. The drinks were surprising good. I got a top self margarita on the rocks. Delish!!! I will be going back. Oh! And the kids enjoyed too they have a small sand box I noticed when leaving but super kid friendly. read more

Wonderful experience! There were 6 in our party today. We got 2 different appetizers and then our meals. The cheese sticks were amazing! Everyone loved their food. The Mahi-mahi tacos were yummy. We have been to this location twice in the last few months and both times they have not only run our tab through but also someone else's...we always catch it and they always fix it but it takes about 5 days for them to give your money back...I could understand it happening maybe once but twice!!!...This last time our bill was $126.00 and they ran someone else's through that was $33.00 so an additional $33.00 was charged as well as our $126.00, then before that our bill was $26.00 and they ran another one through for like $50.00......I've never had a Willies do this ever nor any other restaurant....if I ever go back it will be with cash only... read more

We have come into this location 5 or 6 times now. Service is always prompt, place is always clean, and food is as to be expected from a Willie's. If you're expecting upscale dining, just don't. Go somewhere else. You're going to an ICEHOUSE so take it as it is. This location meets expectations of an icehouse. read more

Horrible service about the second time that they mess my order up so I go ahead and call for a complain about the icehouse queso since it came out watery and I get put on hold for 5 minutes so I hang up call a second time and tell them what's going on lady on the other end tells me oh yeah the queso is coming out watery do you still want a refund like uhhh yeah lady of course I want a refund so she says let me put you on hold and I ask well how long is that going to take cause I already got put on hold once and no one came back and she's like I don't know but give me a second and it takes her 4 seconds like where the hell was the manager the first time I called and why are you asking me an obvious question if I want a refund when you know the food was gonna be crappy if you're gonna go to willies go to the one in Conroe it's a far drive but their food is better I guess read more

Ordered delivery from here from a food app and I wasn't really impressed. My burger had 0 flavor and my fries were cold and stale. We ordered some nachos also and they came with hardly any meat/toppings. The only thing I semi liked was the fried pickles except there were a lot of pieces of fried batter with no pickle! I order the crawfish combo here with a $10 gift card. The portion is great but the quality is supar and I think some of the crawfish are not fresh at all because they are smelly and have rotten taste. Not recommend for crawfish but I'll come back to try the other dishes. read more

Another awesome experience at Willie's. Tonight we had the fried catfish meal with an appetizer of queso with ground beef. We always get Bobby, and we were super lucky to get to sit in his section tonight too because the restaurant was packed! Go early because they are definitely popular. We always enjoy the family atmosphere and variety of food. If you get a chance, try to sit in Bobby's section (good luck he has lots of regulars). Super friendly but fast and attentive. Not many servers these days take the time to build relationships but Bobby does. Way to go Booby! read more

I don't know why I come back to this place. I can't stand their concept!!! You stand in line to order. You may or may not find a table at which to sit and eat. Their waitstaff has no clue who just sat down in their section so you have to wait even longer. THEN your waiter goes over the order you just gave to the person at the counter!!! It's just so damn ridiculous. The food is ok. Not great. The service is ok. Not great. After waiting almost an hour for my food they couldn't even get it right. Pitiful! read more
