Everything about this willies is bad. I enjoy willies for the fried jalapeños and their buffalo bites. We had the worst service I've had eating out at a restaurant. Got cheese sticks and they were cold and didn't come with our extra marinara. Waiting on the second round was ridiculous took about 30 minutes just for them to bring hot ones back out that were hardly better than the first, just a little warm. Food took forever to get out when it came out it was cold as well. They forgot my daughters sides with her grilled chicken. They had to remake my buffalo bites. They also forgot our extra queso with our jalapeños. The entire experience was awful and I will never return to this willies again and I advise you to do the same if you haven't gone to this location, don't, it's horrible. read more

Our waitress Lynn was absolutely amazing! However, my family and I all received our food cold and it was to the point where it needed to be sent back. On top of that, the cashier who took our order had an attitude and wasn't as friendly as our waitress. The cashier wasn't a friendly face and we didn't feel welcome. So my wife and I got to the restaurant about 8:20 on a Sunday evening. Our order was taken quickly. Our appetizer came hot and quick as well. Then it went down hill from there. There where at most six customer in the restaurant. We sat down at our table at 8:25 .6-10 mins later the waiter came and confirmed our order. about 20- 25 mins later our food arrived at our table. My wife bacon cheeseburger came pink and bloodie and her frys where cold. So they fix another Berger with everything she ask to not have on it when she first place her order. This time it came with no cheese no hot frys. My chicken fried chicken meal came with cold mash potatoes. They immediately replace those with hot mashed potatoes. The best thing happen was the manager apologize and told us the bill was on her. I could tell our waiter was quit embarrassed. The free meal did not effect the waiter tip, It was totally out of her hands. I do not recommend this place. read more

I've got to say that the food is reasonably good here. It's not better than anyplace else though. My experience at this location since it opens is thst the service is very lacking. We've been here four times since the restaurant opened and three out of four of the times we were basically ignored after the order. We also purchased gift cards for the holidays to give to friends and family. $600 worth. With these you get bonus cards. The restaurant refused to accept more than one $5 bonus card last night when we dined. The cards do not state this and are only good until February. I'll have to go 24 times to use cards that were basically purchased. Think twice before investing here. read more

My family and I tried this Willie's location last night. We enjoyed the atmosphere and had a good time. Our waitress (I can't remember her name) was great. She was attentive and upbeat. The food was good. My onion rings were really good. We had the fried pickles as an appetizer and I agree with the other review that said they were too thin. The batter was all you could really taste. While I am a fan of batter, the pickles needed to be a little thicker. The reason for the 3 stars is due to the counter service. I completely agree with the other reviews saying the employees at the counter were not very friendly or welcoming. Willie's has its own unique way of ordering. Because of this, I feel the person taking the order has the most important job since they are typically the first person a customer comes in contact with upon entering the restaurant. The way a customer is greeted and welcomed is important to us. The girl who took our order never said hello or smiled. She seemed agitated that she had to be there and it was as if we were bothering her. I know that she could have had a bad day, however, she probably could've cracked a little smile or at the very least welcomed us. Instead, she just stared at us. So, we move on to get our drinks. I always get a to-go cup for my drink because I know that I will get a refill just before I leave so I can take my drink with me. I asked the girl behind the counter (different girl from who took our order) if she could fill a to go cup with ice for me and she told me that they are having a shortage of to go cups and need to save those for to go orders. I asked her, 'so I won't be able to get a drink to go when I leave?' She replied, 'oh yeah, you can!' .....or something along those lines. So I asked her if I could go ahead and just get the cup. I couldn't believe the look and attitude that she gave me. You would've thought I asked her to do something outrageous. She handed me a cup with ice and I nicely told her thank you and I appreciated it. She responded by walking off without saying you're welcome or anything, major attitude. So, that is the reason for the 3 stars. I'm sure not every person working at the counter is like this. We just happened to be there when these two girls were. Our experience once we left the counter was great for the rest of the time. I rarely leave reviews but I felt this one necessary especially after seeing other reviews of people who encountered unfriendly employees at the counter. I'm sure we'll be back at some point because we like Willie's Ice House and this is a closer location to us. I just hope the employees behind the counter have a pleasant attitude. read more

My family and I ate here tonight and had a blast. The food is good but it's Willie's and it's not like you are dinning at Perry's Steak House lol. Our server, Stella, was great. She probably thought we were crazy but she definitely made us laugh and gave us amazing service. Food came out decently fast and it was hot. I would recommend in having the counter service people be a little more upbeat. They just seemed not to care to be there and it showed. My husband and I just left your restaurant and after eating at Willie's for literally years this was undoubtedly the worst meal yet! First off, the staff was friendly but, we waited forever after ordering and sitting at our table, finally asking another server to open my beer. He took our ticket and gave it to our waitress who then came over later and went over our order. Our salad same out quickly and was delicious...always is. Then our entrees arrived a bit later. Our baked potato was stone cold...the cheese wasn't even melted just sort of clumped in a heap. My Chicken fried steak was lukewarm, (it's of my favorite items on your menu) and only so-so tonight as the cream gravy was cold. My husband had shrimp and said it was literally the worst he's ever had there, cold and rubbery, and overcooked. He always gets the shrimp or catfish. Maybe with the covid you're short handed, maybe you're servers are slow on the pickups, maybe our server is new, not sure but tonight was a huge disappointment. Went to Willie's for the third time, and last time. First two times were good, so we decided to go there for Father's Day. There was only 1 party of 3 ahead ordering their food. Thought we would get right in, after standing there and drinking over 1/2 of my beer, I asked Caitlyn if she could take our order and she said they were out of tables. I saw two small booths for two people and I pointed them to her and she said they were not available. I told her we were leaving and could she ring up the two beers that we had while in line and she said no. How can you tell a customer that you cannot ring up something??? Then all of a sudden the two booths that I pointed out to her were available, are now available. I told her we wanted to leave and please ring up the two beers. Again, I was told she can't ring me up, still she won't give me an answer as to why she can't ring up the two beers. My husband took a 20 out of his wallet and put on the counter and we walked out. If Caitlyn is the manager, she should be fired. Management totally froze because a large party of baseball kids came in. They were told that they were waiting on tables to become available and one father literally went and stood beside a large table while the people were eating, the manager should not have let him stand them making the people eating nervous.
