I came with a group of 6 while we were visiting Atchison. It was a busy Saturday night but we were still seated immediately. I had the crispy jumbo shrimp with onion rings. This also came with a side salad. I enjoyed the food and I would order this again if I am ever in the area. Service was quick, even though it was busy.

We were taking a day trip to Weston/Atchison and decided to try somewhere local for dinner. We are so glad that we stopped in here! I don't personally feel like Sports Pubs are typically known for their food, but this place should be. They had quite an expansive menu with several items that sounded delicious to me. I ended up picking the Chicken Fried Chicken, because I knew I wouldn't be able to eat it all and it would reheat well. The portion sizes were very generous and the chicken was still amazing after being microwaved the next time. Service was quick and friendly, the place was spaced out enough that it didn't feel too loud or crowded, even though almost all of the tables were full. If you are in the area and are looking for a place to eat, I highly recommend Willie's. We will be coming back to try more items off their menu. They do not have a separate list for draft beers so make sure it says it next to the name if that's what you want.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Willie's has a very fun atmosphere and good food.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] A great place to be for typical bar food and drinks, not to mention the prices are good and reasonable. I ordered a grilled chicken breast with sweet potato fries and root beer - I really liked my meal. The rest of my family ordered some burgers, salads, and soup of the day. We ordered fried pickles as a starter, but I really did not like these. The pickles were too hard to chew and weren't soft at all. The service we had was just okay.

Barnyard Burger w fried egg, pickles, jalapeño peppers, no bacon + slaw & side of onion rings.....it hit the spot!!!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]This place is really cool, great location, walking distance from Holiday Inn.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Staff was really friendly and very attentive. Menu is extensive, great choices. Great selection of bottled craft beers too. Will return next time I'm in town!!

Pizza soup, spinach & artichoke dip, chicken Caesar salad.

Traveling through the area and stopped for lunch at Willie's Sports Pub Friday in Atchison, Kansas. Spinach & Artichoke Dip, Chicken Caesar Salad, and Pizza Soup were all good. ....and the portion sizes meant we'll have leftovers for another meal.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE!! After an underwhelming experience at another restaurant in town... and having waited an hour and 40 minutes without food... a local person suggested going to Willie's. We had a wonderful experience, friendly and efficient service, and great food without much of a wait. Super place and highly suggest if you're in Atchison for any reason... [[HIGHLIGHT]]and go check out the Amelia Earnhardt hanger museum... views from her childhood home are spectacular.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

They make one of the best margaritas in town! Love their nachos and queso! If you haven't tried Willies you need to stop in for a drink and a bite!

Good food, TVs, and cold beer.

Took a trip to Atchison, KS and grabbed some lunch at Willie's. We split a chicken bacon ranch sandwich and it was delicious. Ciabatta bread, grilled chicken, crispy bacon, lettuce and tomato. Ranch on the side because I don't like it :-). Crinkle cut fries were the side. We split the meal and they simply brought out a second plate. It was a perfect amount to eat given it was a late lunch. We used on street parking, which was free. The place was very packed for a Sunday mid afternoon. Service was good. Lots of TVs to choose from hockey, basketball, and golf. Glad we stopped.

Whether you're stopping in for drinks, watching a game, or grabbing a meal, they always deliver. You can tell it's a place locals love--and for good reason. Highly recommend!

I believe in second chances. I gave Ten Penny 3…read more The first time was horrible, but they were slammed, so I gave grace. Very slow, inattentive service and sub-par food. My wings had chewy rubbery skin and just barely cooked. Fried pickles were lukewarm and breading was stale. Since they were busy, I opted for the self serve beer, but kept running into multiple empty kegs and getting charged for foam - requiring adjusting my tab. Second time. Not busy at all, but still took 20-minutes for our inattentive server to take our drink order. Took 15-minutes to get a beer and they never brought a menu. By then, I was absolutely not eating and ready to leave. Took another 30-minutes to get my check. My group stayed to drink and flirt with the server. Third time. Not busy, yet very slow (and unprofessional) service. I ordered a salad because I figured it's hard to mess up a salad. It was good. (Incidentally, I sampled one of my friend's wings to test whether my first experience was the norm or a really bad day. The wings were ok. Definitely had better but they weren't disgusting like my first trip.) Also had a beer. It took a very long time to get our order and the server rarely checked on the table (but they had time to shoot the breeze with coworkers). I tipped well-above what I felt they deserved because servers rely on tips; however, I cannot recommend this place. I get the sense that the owners are good people and the servers are friendly when you finally get to talk to them. I'd say they need more training. Not sure how long they've been around, but I'm amazed they're still in business.

A couple of good waitresses, but they are talked down to by the upper manage ent. the outside dining is nice, other than your conversations could be being listened to on the camera system. All in all, if you can catch it on a day when it's just Steve in the bar, it's a good time, with good food!

On the regular pork tenderloin, the lettuce/tom/pickles/onions are extra, as is the Mayo. But it ends up being the same price as the other tenderloin options that have condiments included, so I don't see the additional charges as a big deal. Look at it this way, if you don't want all the toppings, you don't have to pay for it! But, wow, there was a LOT of fat on my regular fried pork tenderloin. So much so that, so sorry, I couldn't eat bites I had taken. I'm so sorry for the gross pic but it was a lot. It wasn't just one or two bites. It was still good and I still enjoyed it. I was very full at the end of my meal. The meat was thick and seasoned well. And the breading was nice and crunchy. My problem with the location was the gaggle of children running the pool tables. Or rather running around and playing around the pool tables. When I first got there, they were not playing around the pool tables. And then towards the end of my meal, they started a "game" of pool. I was so nervous that I was going to get hit with a pool stick that I moved to the other side of my table. Just in time, too. Apparently this place is like a Chuck E Cheese on Saturday afternoons so the parents can drink and the kids can run rampant. I really wasn't expecting that at all. I'll come back when the kids are in school.
