This company was recommended from a family member that had some work done in the area and she was really happy. The showed up on time and really helped with the inspection. Unfortunately due to all the severe problems with the home we are not purchasing it but as soon as we find the home we want I will be calling them back. John spent over 2 hrs with my Aunt we met him there. She said he was such a nice man and really took his time explaining things. She said they are a christian company and really try to help the community. I am grateful that we found them or we could have bought a home that would have been a nightmare! He sent us several non-working links for the inspection report, and we had to reach out multiple times just to get any answers. He even told our tenants there was "mold," but when we paid for an actual mold test, it turned out to be a false claim--apparently "mold in a bathroom fan," which isn't even possible since it's an inorganic surface. The report itself didn't mention any mold, showing a complete lack of professionalism and knowledge. On top of being overpriced, he then charged us again just to issue the proper rental inspection certificate that should have been included from the start. Extremely unprofessional, unresponsive, and clearly money-hungry. Save yourself the frustration and go with someone else. We wanted to support a local small business, but it completely backfired.

(My sump pump had failed during a rain storm during and open house, and she had not bothered to tell me this. I went by on Monday and discovered this. She then tried to claim that she had told me, but I could look at my phone, and see there were no calls, emails or texts from her.) Creig promised I wouldn't have to deal with her any more, and the following Saturday, I go to the house, and there she is preparing to do an open house. On various occasions, Creig told me this woman was no longer my agent, but he never returned my calls. I got multiple calls or emails from this woman on Sunday nights saying something had changed and I had to sign something this minute. There was a contractor she found to do some work in the basement. I get a call on Monday morning saying that (1) the few things that are still in the basement have to be moved, (2) for them to do it will cost $500+, (3) for them to reschedule will cost $400+. I spoke to the agent, who was incensed that the company thought she should have told me that the stuff had to be out of the basement. She acted as if some of the problems were just that she didn't understand English, but I think it was (1) a cover for the fact that she had a tendency to screw up and (2) because she seemed to have no idea what was important and what was trivial.
