We have ordered the taco box 4+ times and the last 4 times in a row and they have not included any salsa. They have provided 2 bags of chips, 0 salsa, despite the order clearly stating salsa. We have complained and called to help remind them to read the order, and pack what is clearly on the order, but they don't answer the phone. We order for delivery to $60+ for an incomplete meal which is ridiculous. Support gave us a free burrito for ruining $240+ of delivered lunches. I grew up loving this place but the push for profits in skimping on salsa and clear inability to pack a lunch consistently for delivery is unbelievable. read more

This Willy's is located on the corner of a fairly large and quite busy shopping center that sits at the corner of Barret Parkway and Barrett Lakes. Parking can be tricky if you are trying to get store front, as the section of the center this sits in has limited store front parking, however you do have access to the massive complex lot...which is actually the best option as the rows in front and on the side are small and hard to maneuver through especially during busy times! This is your standard Willy's location as far as food, drinks and treats. Service is hit and miss at this location though. I have experienced decent service upon entry and on the line, but have also experienced less than stellar service as well where the Associate was clearly annoyed at the fact that I was hungry. Overall, Willy's and this location are not my first choice for quick serve burritos and nachos, but in a pinch this spot will do...and has done in the past on a few occasions. read more

I've been to several Willy's in the north Atlanta metro area. In general the food quality is consistent and normally so is the level of customer service. The Chastain location is different. The guy preparing the food on 1/19/2025 has way too much attitude. And the prices are higher. I still like Willy's, but no more visits to the Kennesaw location. This is a horrible location, and the staff are lazy and should all be fired. We have ordered from this location for years and over the last year or two, it's gotten horrible. We order and pickup, EVERY time we do this, we end up having to wait for 20 - 30 minutes, with a non-busy store upon arrival and a staff that could care less. I've always loved this location. The restaurant is always clean, the atmosphere is very welcoming, and the staff are so friendly. I love the vibe, and you can tell everyone enjoys what they do and they all have fun working together. What really made my day was Asia and Kortney. Quesadillas are the truth! While out shopping around on a Saturday on Barrett Parkway, my friend suggested Willy's. Claiming to only want the queso dip -lol. Well, anyone that knows me, knows that I don't play those type of games when it comes to food... when it's time to eat, it's time to eat. Lol. I ordered a quesadilla and a chicken taco ( not knowing how big the quesadilla would be ) and also a small order of queso dip. The dip was all that she said it would be and the quesadilla was really good as well, just cheese & grilled chicken :), my friend, the one who only wanted Queso enjoyed MY extra taco. Lol The service @ Willy's was fast and sweet, the lady that made my food was the sweetest ever, very patient, kept a smile on her face an even chuckled at the lame joke I made about ordering to much food. The cashier had a very nonchalant attitude, almost robotic, but that was cool too. I was in a move it along mood as well. This tasty place has locations all over ATL & I've visited quite a few of them. The service & food is the same all the way across, always tasty with a variety of salsas to choose from. This was my first time trying the steak Baja bowl & it was pretty tasty! It was packed with flavor & smothered with Willy's tasty queso. Hate to have to write this review because I've been going to Willy's for years and always had a good experience, but it was the one in Marietta, on Roswell Road near the Avenue East Cobb. In fact, Willy's has always been my go to for a quick great salad. Sadly, the Willy's on Windward does not live up. I've been there multiple times now since I moved to Alpharetta and every time it's been the same. The place looks dirty, the staff is not pleasant and the salad is never as good as the one I used to get. Today, the guy gave me more chicken than lettuce. Not that I don't appreciate the extra chicken, but the lettuce is kind of the main ingredient and I asked for extra and it still wasn't enough lettuce. I really wish there was a better Willy's on this side of town. Now I have to find another place with a great salad. read more

I moved to north metro Atlanta a little over two years ago, but I'd never heard of Willy's until today, when a Buzzfeed article compared Willy's favorably to Chipotle. My daughter and I decided that we should check this out immediately, so off we went. Perhaps we should have heeded another review on here to opt for simpler choices - like a quesadilla - over something like a burrito, because we were really disappointed. We ordered the chipotle pork burrito, the cilantro-garlic steak burrito, and vegetarian nachos. The employees weren't UNfriendly, but neither were they especially friendly, either. That's certainly not a deal-breaker - we all have off days. They seemed generous enough with their toppings, but I admit that I was especially disappointed with the rice. We both love Chip's cilantro lime rice, and by comparison, Willy's was very bland. So, too, were both types of meat - not spicy, not flavorful, not..anything. It was like having a bit of unseasoned meat on there. The burritos were generously filled and we could each only eat half of one, so while they were filling, the flavors weren't really satisfying. The nachos were okay, but they burnt the edges of our order, so that wasn't awesome. I know some people don't like the very thin tortilla chips, but I don't mind them. I will give them props for using what seemed like fresh garden-ripened tomatoes; they had that satisfying "you can't buy this is a store - you have to grow it" kind of rich flavor, but that's all you tasted - not onions, cilantro, or lime, for example. So, tomatoes (in late June at least!) = good, but the pico as a whole wasn't great. The Luzianne tea (sweet and unsweet, of course) was excellent, and for those who like soda, they also have a Coke Freestyle machine. The atmosphere is cozy, warm, and a little dark - not at all like the industrial look and feel in Chipotle. The restaurant seemed clean, and like the kind of place where you could come to study or get some work done. If I were to return, I'd come back for the feel of the place; the food itself wasn't otherwise compelling. read more

I'm a huge fan of Moe's, but only because it's closer to my house. I honestly like Willy's better (Shh, don't tell Moe's). When I'm on this side of town, I have to stop in at Willy's. I visited for lunch this past weekend and it was my first visit since they remodeled. The store seems larger with more seating, which was great because it was kind of busy. I've eaten here on a few occasions and I've had several menu items from the chicken burritos (both regular and spicy chicken), nachos, and quesadillas, to the Baja burrito which is phenomenal. You have to get that one!! Willy's is always delicious and I've seriously never seen food look as fresh as it does here. I can't even explain it to you. I've been to other Willy's locations and they're always top-notch. Highly recommend for fast-casual Mexican fare!! read more

I came here for the first time the other day. I've never been to a a Willy's before but I frequent Moe's often. Let me just say, the customer service is the reason why this place gets 5 stars. Everyone in the service line was so patient with me, despite me not really knowing what I wanted. They answered all of my questions and I did not feel rushed. This is in stark contrast to ANY Moe's location I've been to, including the one right down the street. They ALWAYS rush customers and overall don't seem to be happy to help. Moving along, the food was also tastier and fresher than Moe's so I appreciate that. The only downside is the tortilla chips are not truly thick/sturdy enough to support all of the toppings for nachos. This is something I would like to see changed. Chips at Moe's and chipotle are much better. Nevertheless, I was very satisfied and even though I prefer the chips and queso at Moe's, I will be changing my loyalty over to Willy's due to a more pleasant experience and fresher ingredients! read more

I'd like to think that Willy's is a nice answer and approach to some of the larger chains out there in the world today. Not only have they put together a rather efficient makeline with plenty of ingredients to choose from, but the menu is pretty straightforward with something for just about everyone. Pros: Adore Chicken - Pretty flavorful and a nice mixture of spices Coke Freestyle - I mean....what's not to love? That sauce they have at the salsa station. Dig it! Cons: It feels a little too much like another chain I'm not too fond of. The toppings/ingredients just don't really make the cut for me. However, I think going with something more simplistic is the way to go with Willy's. I'd probably opt for something like a quesadilla instead of a burrito. The burrito was just kinda blah. Not a whole lot of love in the beans or rice. Also, the guac was pretty flat as far as flavors go. The chips are all wrong. They all stuck together and are so paper thin. They break before you can scoop anything atop. Kind of a bummer. Willy's is great in a pinch, but definitely wouldn't be my first choice. read more
