We received the motor and installed it and the engine had a bad rod knocking in the motor. I called the Albany yard and asked Antonio why they did not check out the motor before selling it he had no answers. I asked him to reimburse my company at least the labor for the techs time. He said they do not pay labor and i said you never checked out the motor before selling it and i need some help and he said NO. So i called Brian at GNR in Troutdale that we use a lot to see if he could help us and he said NO as well. So buyer beware before you purchase anything from any of their yards and be specific to ask them if they check any items before purchasing or better yet DO NOT buy from them.

Before the sale was made, Manny the sales manager answered my calls and text messages but once the sale was done and they got there money the communication was gone! I had the car shipped to my house and first time starting it I knew something was wrong! The car was shaking and misfiring with check engine lights and wrenchblights on the dash and I couldn't even drive my new car!! The car turned out to have major engine problems and I had to have the engine rebuilt which not only was my new car in the shop for several months not being able to enjoy my new car but I had to pay outta my own pocket several thousands of dollars for the repair. When I got a hold of Manny and told him my situation he said that he would make it right and help out with the costs of the repairs. When it came time to ask him about sending some $$ he just ignored all my text messages and calls like he blocked me. Employees are hit and miss. Some are helpful, and some distracted and not wanting to be there. They keep their shelves stocked and always have what we need. Their prices are reasonable as well. Would definitely recommend for convenience and pricing. Just don't be surprised if you get an employee that isn't helpful or friendly.
