Had them come to my home, they took photos and measurements and we were advised they would get back to us as soon as possible. One month and a few days later we receive a phone call from their door specialist that he was able to come to our home at 9am (the same day). No heads up. During that month of ZERO communication back to us we decided to seek other potential options. Our last resort for our needs was to overall get new doors which we personally were getting from home depot to put in but we figured we would still love to give Quality Service business for a different part of our project. We had no intentions of not using Quality Service but instead they had no intention of helping us out and overall wasted our time. They had heard that we were moving forward with only a portion of our project and sent my husband a very rude and unnecessary note that they did not want to help us because we were not moving forward with some of the other things we asked for on our quote. Such horrible and sad service. Plus when you have ZERO communication with someone for a month please expect to not have people wait and still want service done from you, even though we gladly still wanted to get service done. Not shocked any more after reading an old review which was a similar experience to ours. Seems like some things just done change.

Apparently, he wants to be a subcontractor for tile. He didn't know how to fix or repair damage and he promised an estimate but since he didn't know what he was doing, never got back in touch. After install, I immediately noticed a squeaky/crunchy noise when walking on my new LVP. After a round of finger pointing, an independent flooring inspector came out and identified that the manufacturer was not at fault, but it was in fact the installer. This process took months and the end result was that there was negligence during prep/installation so back over to the ladies for action. Original purchase and install occurred in July and its now September and just this week the floors were redone, but still experiencing the same noise -- just not to the same degree. I was told to wait for it to settle.. So we will see! I can't help but laugh at this point that I originally paid $700 for quarter-rounds during installation because "they would be damaged" but during the second round of install they did not replace the quarter-rounds and here I am repainting them (yes, full reno back in July). There is no doubt that the ladies are fantastic saleswomen and very helpful with recommending flooring options. Furthermore, they stand behind correcting deficiencies. However, for the amount of money I paid -- I expect quality craftsmanship throughout the entire process.

When I told them to reverse the charge or I would dispute it with my credit card, they threatened to place a lien on my property. The job was not completed when promised due to the installers getting drunk the night before and then not showing up the following day. First crew didn't put the leveler down and at the end of the day, they took it w/them (stole). LL Flooring did refund the money for that. They then sent the same crew out to fix the floors and my son sent them away. They sent another crew out who fixed some of the issues but not all of the issues. Every door threshold dips and makes a noise when you step on it. Planks are not scattered, some are in line w/each other. The thresholds are not even across but slant diagonally from one side to the other. Still waiting on LL Flooring Store Manager to get in contact with my son as well as LL Flooring Corp Office. I definitely would not recommend them unless they hire better contractors.

I bought polyester carpet. They installed nylon…read more We agreed upon 6# pad in the hallways and living room, 8# in the bedrooms. They brought only 8# and installed it everywhere. Their installer, Paul and son, did a great install. Experienced and professional, they finished up on day 2 (today, 11/6/25)...only after I noticed the printing on an exposed remnant did I realize they had installed nylon! I will update this positively if, tomorrow, they find a way to make restitution
