Once we started the remodel process everything was super easy and straightforward. The team did a great job on the work and even touched up the paint in some areas and hung a new light that I ordered. When I had a question about a gap between the waterfall and the wall, they immediately addressed it and the work is seamless - you can't even tell it's a false wall! The team also did a great job cleaning up after themselves each day when they left - they didn't leave so much as a speck of dust behind. I am in love with my new kitchen.

I hired these guys to come back using my own supplies and it was great! 4 guys packed it up in about a day for the move the following day. It was the same 4 guys and 2 additional on move day and they loaded everything nicely. They worked hard and was mostly careful with my things on the way in. There were a few wall scratches and they made an extra trip back to grab some large doll houses we had so that was nice of them. 5 star review but for the wall scratches, I wiould still highly recommend these guys for your move.

You will DEFINITELY need a doorbell camera if you want to receive packages. Controls around who can get in the building are pretty weak; all sorts of random people in the hallways and I have gotten scared a few times. The building reeks of weed, not just coming from apartments but in common areas like entrances and elevators. There are nice amenities here if you are into communal amenities. The gym looked usable and the pool looked nice (never used them though). The renovated apartments are nice but the walk-in closet is small (if you are into clothes and shoes like I am, you will suffer and your quality of life will be diminished). Beware of what they call a 1brm; it's really a junior 1 bedroom because the room doesn't have a true door ... just a sliding wood thingy that doesn't provide much privacy. If you think you can have a guest on your couch and partake in adult bedroom activity, think again; it's just not going to happen. Food options are slim if you are the type that wants to walk to get dinner. There's stuff about 7mins drive away on Howell Mill Rd but you gotta drive. Overall, it's ok. I am not booking staycations in my apartment but I am not fleeing for the hills.
