    Chicken katsu banh mi

I went around 11am and was debating between this and smashburger. I ended up getting the chicken katsu banh mi since it seemed a good portion size for the price of $15. All the food around here costs at least that. The service and employees were nice. The sandwich itself was pretty tasty (I've never had a banh mi before so don't know what it should taste like) but this was very refreshing and the jalapeños added a nice kick. They skimped a little on the sauce so I went up to ask for more and they gladly gave me more of it. Would recommend for the nice service and pretty quick. However the food wasn't so incredible that it's a must eat. I would probably try somewhere else.

Super reasonable breakfast banh mi. Found myself here on an early connecting flight home. Service is great! The baguette was fresh and crunchy outside but soft on the inside. Got the egg and Chinese sausage. Veggies were crisp and tasty!

The Worst rice bowl i ever had! Burnt, bitter and salty

The worst rice bowl i ever had! Burnt, bitter, and salty! We also ordered the pho. The broth had no taste, it was like water. We added 2 packets of soy sauce, and still no flavor. Worst asian food I've ever had!

Airport pho. While it was served piping hot and had the right look, the taste left much to be desired. The broth lacked any traditional pho flavor (no star anise, no cloves, etc) and perhaps it needed to be mixed w the hoisin sauce etc. i was a bit disappointed. The Banh mi, however, was pretty good.! While not fully traditional, it was flavorful and worth getting.

Delicious for the airport-Terminal F (smaller planes). Vietnamese breakfast veggie omelet. You can choose from sausage, bacon, or tofu for the protein. Served with a sprig of cilantro.

Lobsters and crabs were abundant. I learned about this place awhile ago from YouTube of which many gave praises. We frequented many mid level AYCE places like this and we've found that as time goes by, quality degrades with restaurants like this. Now there was a rather long length of time between discovering this place on YouTube and actually visiting this place. I wonder if the praises that were sung about this place were still valid. I would say yes. As previously mentioned, lobsters and crabs were abundant and makes it worth the trip on that alone. As for the other offerings, it was mostly surprisingly good. Don't expect Michelin quality food here. Generally, it's about the quantity BUT the food is pretty good. The sushi/sashimi shocked me a little. AYCE sushi is usually just passable but here, I thought it was pretty good. Everyone in my group loved the quality of the salmon. Other offerings, of which there were many, were pretty good. Standouts were the lamb chops in my opinion. Dessert options wasn't as extensive as the other AYCE places I've frequented but they do the job. Aside from the usual fountain soda options (serves by the restaurant staff) , they had a few fruit drinks and a milk tea option as well as some specialty drinks in a can. Scale 1 to 5. (Keep in mind that this is based on quality you'd expect from a typical AYCE restaurant. Food 5 (large selection of food and that shellfish!) Service 5 (Friendly staff and were pretty efficient in clearing the plates) Cleanliness 4 (Place was well kept. Deducted 1 star due to the stickiness of the floor around our table which reminded me of a movie theater floor... lol) Value 5 One con to point out. The restaurant was rather large yet the bathrooms were small and couldn't accommodate a lot of people at once. Not a huge quibble as the wait wasn't astronomical BUT it did seem odd that the size of the bathroom didn't match the size of the restaurant.

Their Dim Sum was my favorite, but I also enjoy their soft-shell crab, sushi, fresh fruit, and so much more! The service was delightful, we paid before we ate and did not feel rushed at all! The restaurant was very clean and well kept. The building is very large and definitely got a little loud and crowded towards the end of our stay, but if you get there a tad earlier you'll be fine!

We had dinner reservations for 7:45 but got there two hours early because we really wanted to try out their happy hour. Huge selection of food for happy hour and delicious drinks. We waited an hour but were sat and immediately cancelled our dinner reservations because we knew it was about to go down. Fair warning - if you're approaching 40 like us, it's dark, it's loud, and you're sitting on top of people. It will be worth it. We had the double knot roll, spicy tuna roll, BAO, and some drinks. All 10/10. But the real star is the grilled meats. Specifically the scallion ribeye. We tried to take pictures of all of it but it was literally too dark in the restaurant. I would go back and just order ribeye skewers for the entire happy hour. They don't take happy hour reservations but get there early. It's the best.

It feels like a converted cellar lit with candles, very vibey and romantic. Only thing I would say is it's pretty dark so if you have bad eyes it makes it hard to keep reading the menu to make your selections, so preview it off you know you are doing the tasting menu. The food was really good, and everything was presented well. The service was outstanding, the staff was attentive professional, and very patient. Stand out dish was grilled scallops. My table loved the fried rice. Enjoy your meal!!

Food was phenomenal! Everything we had was delicious, very tasty. The general tso's soup dumplings were delicious. The pork bao buns were an explosion of flavor! We also shared a Kim Chee fried rice and Korean bbq beef satay. The rice texture was perfect and so flavorful with plenty of shrimp as well. For dessert we had the mini ice cream cones chocolate pecan and vanilla guava!!! I could have eaten 10! Definitely going back, excited to try other dishes!!!

We ordered the crispy chicken bao buns, crispy shrimp, general tso soup dumplings, wagyu beef, Korean bbq beef, and hamachi ceviche. We were a group of 3 so one thing that was nice was that our waiter added 1 additional skewer/bao bun for the meals instead of ordering 2 plates of them. Out of all the food we ordered the most delicious were the meats; the wagyu and Korean bbq beef. They were so tender and lightly seasoned because the beef quality itself was good. The Wagyu beef was paired with an apricot dip that was really good. The chilli crisp chicken bao was also good but didn't have much sauce, so it was on the dry side. It was supposed to have chilli so we expected it to be spicy but it was not. We all really liked the crispy shrimp--it was truly crispy. The sauce and the radish paired really nicely with the shrimp as well. The one meal we did not enjoy were the soup dumplings. When we got them they were dripping of raw dough and had no soup in them. The waiter was kind enough to replace them but we still didn't really enjoy them. I did not try the hamachi ceviche because I'm pregnant but it was also a favorite from the group. For dessert we had the mini ice cream cones. The waiter again added an extra one for us. The flavors were chocolate banana and mango. They were good, small bites. One of them melted so quickly and fell on the table and the waiter was really kind and got us a replacement. I did use the bathroom and absolutely hated it. It was unbelievably dark in there and there were weird sounds playing in there. I went in there to make sure I didn't have food in my teeth but couldn't even see. Super inaccessible, hopefully that's something that can be changed. The service overall was clearly excellent! I would recommend this place, especially if you come for the meats. It was surprisingly filling too.
