I ordered a single Nashville Hot chicken sandwich from a very kind woman at the register, then waited not very long (~5 mins) during off-peak hours to get my order. Overall, the sandwich was enjoyable (crispy chicken, refreshing sauce, little bit of heat). Something I didn't enjoy was that the chicken was a bit too soft on some places; and I like chicken to be firm and tender. And of course, I didn't expect anything authentic from a wings and burger spot, and it definitely tasted like I expected. Win Wings at UTC is the quality you would expect from a mall food court. If I were in the area, I might get this again and try some other items on the menu, but I can't see myself coming out of my way to get this. read more

Win Wings is one of the newest vendors to debut at the food court inside the Westfield UTC Mall. Chicken tenders and wings were the featured products, however they did offer two burgers, two salads, and a couple of chicken sandwiches on the menu. The wings could be ordered as boneless, bone-in (Classic), or a mix of the two in quantities of six, ten, twelve, or sixteen. I thought the increments were unusual as normally it's by fives or by the half dozen. I counted fourteen different flavors that were randomly listed. Combos could be purchased which included fries, drink, and toast (for tenders) or dip (for wings) which cost an additional $6. That saved about $2 if you had ordered each of those items separately. I picked a six piece of Classic wings as a Combo. Garlic Parmesan and Honey BBQ were my two sauces. Initially, the staff incorrectly prepared my food because they gave me a plate with six boneless pieces split across the two flavors. They let me keep the mistake and then fried a batch of bone-in wings as I had requested. The size of the wings was average while the crispiness was decent. The Honey BBQ was by far the better flavor of the duo. The french fries were the shoestring variety and ordinary. I chose a sweet iced tea for my beverage. Overall, my experience was middle of the road for a wing shop, hence the three star rating. read more

I was walking through the UTC food court and noticed a new restaurant open. Win Wings appears to have a location in Montclair, CA. I gave them a try. The humans don't talk to you and order at a machine on the counter. I order 10 wings with 5 plain and 5 with honey bbq sauce. Wings had crunchy skin while the inside was moist. The plain wings were mild with a slightly salty flavor. Ok. The honey bbq wings had a nice sweet bbq flavor. Good. The wings remind me of Wingstop. They are good as long as you find a sauce you like. I wouldn't order them plain as they are ordinary that way. I feel they went too far with the cost cutting as in addition to getting rid of the cashier they didn't provide any napkins. I got boneless wings with hot honey buffalo sauce and they are AMAZING. Tender inside, with a crispy breading, and the perfect amount of sauce. Terrible customer service, waited 30 minutes for them to cook our single chicken burger and they hadnt even started cooking the onion rings until right after that. Entire time the cashier lady is flirting with the only guy cooking in the back, and when my brother went up and said excuse me 3 times theyd ignore him or give him dirty looks before continuing with their conversation. My brother is a very calm and kind man so I doubt he was trying to get their attention in an obnoxious way, but they treated him like that regardless.
