Again, the server said it was fine. * The server brought all our food out at one time, even though we mentioned staggering it. 2 guests had beer samplers, which takes up more space than a glass. We had to put some of the food plates ON THE BENCH SEATING next to us!!! That is ridiculous and disgusting. Rude, arrogant server. * First, he told us more than once that our table size was fine even though it was clearly too small (see above). * Would not split our check. As a group of 6 adults, some ordered several drinks and more food. My husband asked the server before he even brought the check to the table to split the check by couple. Then while my husband was away from the table, the server brought one check - all together. My friend asked him to split the check (again) and the server gave the same response as before - "I could split it, but I can also just take 3 cards." It was very clear after bringing it as one check when already asked that he had no intention of splitting the check. It would be embarrassing for the customer to ask again, but clearly, this is not a good way to handle being asked 2 times! This is incredibly arrogant of the server, or maybe he's just lazy? * Side note, my husband and I paid $45 MORE than our own bill would have been because of this. While we did tip a full amount, this put a very sour taste in our mouth to ever refer someone here or return ourselves. * We didn't see any management, nor did anyone stop by our table. Weird vibe from the entrance to the last moment of your experience. The entrance is set up where you don't really see the restaurant upon entering. Almost like you are checking in at the doctors office or a job interview. We arrived at 5pm table of 3 and the two hostesses debated about where to sit us and some internal employee drama of he said she said. They give you one menu per table on an iPad so you have to pass it around to figure out what you want to eat. Menu is a combo of Indian, Tex-mex, bbq cuisine. I settled for a wagyu burger, husband a chicken fried steak, and my daughter sliders. We got a cheese board which was pretty tasty and unique because of their bacon jam. Unfortunately the food was subpar. The burger thickness was half the size of my face so it's not a burger you can actually bite into. I asked for my food medium well. Burger came out rare boarder line raw. Which I imagine happens when you are trying to cook a burger that big. My daughters sliders were also however pretty on the medium to medium rare side. Leading me to believe that they just don't know how to cook food. It was also unseasoned, trust me a little salt goes a long way. The waiters all stand in the corner by the bar blocking the restroom entrance. When you walk to the restroom none of them make an attempt to part ways or even remotely smile in your direction. Who knew you could enjoy an exquisite dinner while listening to world class jazz in a beautiful environment without flying off to a jazz capital like NYC? Food was excellent but service definitely lacking. We were seated outside when asked to be seated inside, the server assisted in moving us. Once inside, one server came and took our drink orders. Brought us water and then took over ten minutes to bring my husbands beer from the bar. My drink took another eight to ten minutes. Food was ordered and came out rather quickly (the same time as my bar drink). Taste and presentation excellent, however we had to flag down other servers and a manager to get silverware, water refills, and additional napkin. Great food. Terrible service at bar! Bar was very dirty. iPad that you use to order drinks and food looks like the whole restaurant used. When my wife and I were seated at bar, food came out, and I asked over and over for plates, silverware and napkins. Beware if you order a beer! If it comes in a tall glass, make sure your second one comes in the same size and not smaller. You will get charged the same price no matter if you were served less. Food summary- don't go unless you are expecting Spicy Indian Food. This is not a USA traditional Brewery. There should be a sign out front stating - a taste of India or something of the sort and expect spicy! First and foremost is how you are greeted and seated at any establishment. The two gals working looked like they would rather be anywhere but at work. We are seated and it takes about 5 minutes until we get greeted by a waiter who has never worked as a waiter before. He speaks softly to the point I can barely understand him. We order our drinks and continue browsing the web menu. I'm taken back with the food options . Outside the building it appears and the sign states Brewery Restaurant and Music. Long behold the menu is made up of mostly Indian food with a couple of options sprinkled in between. We end up ordering the lamb kabob and orange chicken zest kabob along with Beef Keema Kulcha, a tomato & burrata cheese salad and beef empanada appetizer. Mind you no indication of spicy noted in the menu or stated by our waiter. The beef empenada and tomato-burrata salad gets served first. There was a weird orange sauce under the empenadas and the traditional chimichurri in a dip bowl. My daughter takes the first bite and immediately puts it down stating her mouth was on fire. She took a bite of one of the empenadas exposed to the mysterious orange source. I enjoy spicy - Tabasco spicy but that orange sauce was over the top for me. The cook took the liberty of altering an Argentine empenada with an Indian flair that is still burning coming out hours later. Moving on to the lamb kabob and beef keeme kulcha. My wife and I are regular middle-eastern cuisine eaters and both were surprised with the amount of heat - spiciness of the lamb kabob. Again, not what we expected. The keeme kulcha was the only mild item served so far besides the tomato -burrata cheese. My wife and I gave up on the lamb kabob. A while later our waiter asked if we needed anything and we said we still had not been served the orange chicken zest kabob. Shortly thereafter the floor manager came to apologize and said we would not be charged for the chicken zest kabob. It was finally served, not expecting spicy we got hit again. Food aside, the facility is very nice with a nice pond out front. Strange music mix, from non-mainstream jazz to 70's soft rock. The food was absolutely to die for, and the beer was remarkable. The Sonidero was recommended by my server, Nathan, and it was hands down one of the best beers I have encountered. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place, and this was on Christmas Eve. We made a reservation, which we would have had to wait 2-3 hours from what we overheard at the front. It looks like the reason behind this long wait is because of the spaced tables due to COVID. Now, my waiter Nathan. I can't say enough positive remarks about this young guy. He is the epitome of what a competent, entertaining, and caring server is in the restaurant industry. He was attentive, very quick with our food and drinks, personable, and genuinely caring for his customers. I would visit this place 10 times over and not regret it once. 5 out of 5 stars.
