Windows and doors installed May 2026 . We had one window that was the wrong size and a door that had a cracked frame that was discovered before they installed it. We were told that it would take 2 weeks to remake them and get them installed. Well, here we are in July 2026 and our window and door has yet to be installed. Finally got the local manager to answer an email and he assured us that the window and door was scheduled to be in a week ago. We once again reached out and (of course) he isn't answering. I signed up a window replacement project with Window Nation in August. Until this time the project has not started. I have called the company several times for updates but never returned my calls. I only learned later after 2 months that the sales person who estimated the project had left company which resulted to the delay and for other changes to be made to the original window plan. The sales manager was supposed to show me pictures of the changes to be made. Until this time I have not seen pictures of the changes. I've been calling the sales manager several times with no response, sent an email but still no response. What kind of a company is this? Marvin and his crew were phenomenal. They replaced 22 windows and our front door. No issues with installation. Marvin even found a few windows with bad trim and they replaced and painted it for no additional charge. When installation was complete he walked with me and we inspected every window to ensure I was satisfied. Every window fit and they foamed and calked them nicely. They also did a decent job cleaning up. We didn't have any major messes to deal with. Also, installation was completed in one day. Can't speak for other crews, but Marvin and his crew did a stellar job. We love our new windows. It's so quiet now and we can already feel more consistent temp with our AC. read more

After a rocky start regarding my quotes and the style of windows... I did have the windows installed in my condo. I am pleased BUT I was told my son would get a referral fee from Window Nation. It took a few emails and phone calls... Turns out it was generated from his local company in Maryland and was only $75, not the $250 that I was told he would get... Oh well, $75 is more than nothing, just a bit different than I was told. read more

The sales rep was not so good, attempting to sell himself rather than the company. However, after the sales call the company rep called and reduced the price and down payment. We were considering a cash payment. So we decided to go with them. I wish that I had researched the firm better before committing.' What was to be a two day install became a two week problem. After two weeks the company called and demanded final payment with a threat that the warranty would be voided until final payment was made, even though we still questioned the installation. I would not recommend this company to anyone and question whether there is any "warranty" on the product or installation. I haven't seen anything stating what the "warranty" consists of. BTW, the installers are sub-contractors and not Window Nation's employees. Just saying. read more

July 13, 2023 I had Window Nation Crystal come and install windows in my house. The first thing they did was before installing these windows. It came out twice to measure room.. they bring these windows on the day of installation, and it took about four weeks to get them. They knock down the bedroom windows and went to install the new windows.. without checking the windows to see if they were right, they knocked out my bedroom windows. They find out the windows that was sent to them to install they were 3 inches shorter than what the measurements were.. spoke to the installer, and he said he spoke to his boss and said go ahead and install these windows. I got him on the phone. I said I did not all ordered these windows this way I want them to fit to size.. he tried to convince me that this is the way the windows would be and it be OK they would fix it I said no. The other windows that they install in the house for right sizes. But three that I had to go in the bedroom and three that I had to go in the kitchen dinette area Barong.. so now I am still waiting for them to come and get the right windows in to my house where they belong the right size. Then I spoke to about compensation for the problem.. mind you this is a company that supposed to manufacture their own windows and haven't ordered to size and then makes a big mistake like this. Why would you think they would do for you?. hey turn around and want to give me a lousy two or 300 off my windows I spent $15,000 for these windows are you kidding me I do not recommend this company. I'm very curious about the negative comments because the customer service they speak of is NOT what we experienced. I would give them 4 stars but we did run into a slight issue BUT they get 4 stars for how they handled the situation. I got an email from Harley 1 of the owners of the company harleym@windownation.com asking me about my experience. I explained a couple of things that weren't exactly as expected. I truthfully did not expect to hear from them BUT the very next day I got a call from Forrest at the corp. office not only did he promise to reimburse us for the window trim we had to install (because the window frames did not cover the seams in our mobile home as the salesman Lyane stated they would) but he is sending someone out to look at the inside seam to see what they can do to finish the inside. The windows came within the 4-6 wks as promised, the salesman, measuring person and install team were all professional. We would definetly use them again if ever need be and would recommend them too. read more

I met with a sales rep and received an estimated offer of $17,000.00 to replace twelve window. I was very interested in this offer but before I signed a contract I needed more info on a couple of the specialty windows and copy of the window warranty. After numerous calls to my rep and Window Nations main number I have not received a copy of the window warranty nor a return call. I guess Window Nation doesn't want customers to ask questions or ask for a written warranty. Buyer be ware. read more

I would NOT RECOMMEND this company! Stay away! I've never regretted working with a business before until now! I've heard so many horror stories of people doing home improvements and with contractors I thought by choosing a well known name I would not be a victim. But unfortunately I was by hiring window nation. They subcontract your job with an outside contactor to work on your home. Then in turn that contractor hires their help which was unskilled day labor people that ARE NOT licensed or bonded to be working in your home. So I had rift raft in my home rummaging thru my stuff and going into our closets for no good reason and eating or snacks in our media room. The list goes on with what went wrong with this company. And all I did was get passified about my issues. A 4 day project turned into 4 months! STAY CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY! Keep shopping! read more

I bought windows for my entire house back in August and had them installed in September. Two windows came cracked from the manufacturer upon installation. On 11/28 the two window replacements were reinstalled but one of them came cracked again. Waited until January 3rd for the final glass to come in. When the tech came out the glass pane was the wrong size and was stated the wrong size on his paperwork...They would have to come back a fourth time...I have not heard from them since (this window is also standard size so it shouldn't be a special order). I understand that a majority of the issue is with the manufacturer and how they ship pieces. I have no issue with the techs they were great! A project like this however, should not last six months! Still have a cracked window! I have been paying on my project for six months and it's still not done. Update: called then and they some how closed the project without completing it so now it's going to be at least another two weeks to get the glass in and then we can schedule it to be replaced! read more
