i ordered through Jasmin some black windows and doors from my house the service was really bad and not only that but they ordered them white and once they were installed painted them black the whole job is really botched I wish I could go back and go with a different Dealer ! I would def go with Window world or Hardy windows also check out cambria windows in Whittier CA read more

Upon arrival the representative was kind and professional. We sat down and he was patient with all my questions and concerns regarding the type and brand of windows they provide. He assured all of my need were satisfied. He took measurements the day of the appointment, which impressed me. Overall the job has been completed and I am very satisfied with their work. The windows are high quality and I definitely noticed the difference between my OLD windows and the NEW ones now. It blocks the loud sounds and are very efficient. It was super easy to schedule them. They came out to measure & then came out several days later once the replacement glass was ready to do the install. While Milgard had some issues with delivering the windows on the originally scheduled date, this was no fault of Fusion and Gary kept me promptly informed of the changes. The workmanship by Alex and the installation crew was top-notch. The installers were very respectful and took care to seal off the areas where they'd be working to minimize dust and debris from spreading throughout the rooms. They also did a thorough job of cleaning up any mess before leaving the site. I'll definitely be hiring Fusion again when we've saved up enough to replace the remaining un-tempered windows at our home.
