I came to this store with my daughter to find her homecoming dress, and our experience was quite disappointing from the moment we walked in. No one greeted us or acknowledged our presence, which immediately set an unwelcoming tone. After browsing for a bit, my daughter found several dresses she wanted to try on. When we approached the fitting room, the associate there was in a deep conversation with someone and didn't acknowledge us at all. I waited for a moment, expecting at least a quick "I'll be right with you," but that never happened. I simply needed to know how many items we were allowed to bring into the fitting room, yet I was completely ignored. I ended up asking the cashier, who also seemed disinterested and unmotivated. She eventually answered my question, but the overall attitude from the staff felt indifferent and unprofessional. Customer service should always start with something as simple as acknowledging customers when they enter the store. A friendly greeting or offer to help can make a huge difference, especially for families shopping for special occasions like homecoming. Unfortunately, the lack of attention and basic courtesy really affected our experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training to the staff--acknowledging people and showing a little enthusiasm is part of good customer service, and it goes a long way. read more

I came here looking for a formal long dress to wear to attend an upcoming wedding in November... The staff here was nice & attentive. I didn't catch her name but a lady noticed my arms full of long dresses and started me a fitting room & let me know they'd be in #5 when I was ready. Ami was super helpful & got to help me add & bring the remaining dresses I found into my fitting room. She also helped me zip up some of my dresses when I requested her help. When I was ready to check out Ami also helped me with her opinion of the 3 dresses I was choosing from. Thank you so much for your help & kindness. They have a good amount of variety for options here! I definitely would come back here again. My only con and the reason I'm taking away one star is that the company does not ship dresses from other stores if they don't have your size... if they offered this would be a great help for someone who can't travel to another city hours away, especially if it's not available on their website. read more

Ami and Alyssa made my entire experience at Windsor! I had just driven 8 hours north from SD to attend a wedding, and needed an outfit fast. After an hour of looking and trying things on, I finally asked for help. These 2 (plus another gal who was racking new dresses) came to the rescue and STYLED me themselves. Aside from feeling relieved that I was getting taken care of, they made this experience extremely fun and professional. From the dress, to outerwear, to shoes, and jewelry. After never receiving a shipping notification and contacting them they told me I was still within 10 days although I had pointed out it was the 14th business day. Finally receive the dresses and they were the poorest quality not worth the time I took to write this review. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! If I was just rating their online service, I would give it one star. My package never got to me, the online/phone support was not at all as helpful as they should have been for someone who just spent $100 on their clothes, and it took over a month for my refund. As far as the actual store, you can definitely find some decent clothes in there for a good price. I usually go for their dresses. The quality isn't fantastic, but good enough to last a few wears if you hand wash and don't put it in the dryer. I would probably say it's a step up from A'gaci or forever 21. read more

Im going to have a cotillion and trying to find 9 dresses for my court is not easy. Knowing Windsor is a formal clothing store and looking at the recently asked questions on the website, I had prior knowledge that if the dress is no longer on the website, if they have it in the store, they can make a special order for you. So we come into the store(not greeted) and there's a variety of regular street clothes in the front and in the back is mostly formal attire for prom and what not. We find the dress we need and want to try it on. The worker there and many of the workers there(from other experiences) do not have much knowledge about the online store, which is understandable, but would be of use if needed, especially if it's a customer trying to buy dresses and will buy through the store for those dresses. Our worker had no knowledge. He wasn't friendly and didn't seem to understand the simple questions we asked. He took our dress that we wanted, looked for it online and said it was no longer on the website. When we already knew that if it was, we could still order it(because even though its not in the website, if it's in the store we can still order more of those dresses). Very bad store. Came there and its locked. The lady said somebody still inside and have to wait for 30-45 mins though I don't see ANY CUSTOMER inside. We waited and the staff came back handing a paper that it will open again at 3:30pm which is an hour from that time. It is so upsetting. Seems like the staff doesn't want ANY CUSTOMER!! I never write bad reviews because I myself worked many years in customer facing industries, and I am very empathetic with people who are client facing. With that in mind, I have never been more disgruntled with an experience as mine at Windsor/ Stonebridge Mall! Because it is Prom Season, the store was packed on the day I took my daughter to buy her dress, and the fitting room lines were extremely long. I bought two dresses to try on at home, there was no sticker, tag or any indication that the dresses were non- returnable, and the staff at register did not disclose this to me at the time. When I went to return one of the dresses, I was told it's a special occasion dress, and I can only exchange it. I presented my case of not being told this, no tag was on the dress, but the sales person only said there is a disclaimer on the receipt. The disclaimer is a generic statement saying if the item is a special occasion dress, it is non- returnable" I asked her what indication am I given, her answer was the code on the receipt. At this point I was very frustrated and asked her for store credit in the form of a gift card, and I explained that since my daughter was not with me, this would spare me yet another drive. Without any effort or even as much as a show of empathy, the salesperson said that can't be done and that I have two weeks to exchange it. The dress's quality was pretty good. However, this store tricks you. Please be careful, I wish I could go back and not order from them. I found the same dress on Amazon, but I decided to experience their service. PLEASE think and rethink about it. I ordered 2 dresses I loved them; however, one of them came with a defect and I had to return. Long story short, the shipping to return was more than half the price of the dress $23.00. WORST customer service! As you walk in you might be greeted by someone in the store but most likely you don't even know who said it or where it came from because no one gives you eye contact. I went in on a weekday looking for a shoe, asked a worker if they had it and she said "I'm not sure, let me ask my manager because I seen it a couple days ago but not sure if we still have it." She goes on to ask her manager (who was in the back) and the manager tells her I don't know, go and look. First of all, I've never seen the manager smile once out of all the times I've been in the store. If you're a manager you should know your inventory and since she was in the back on a not busy day she could've looked really quick for the employee. When the girl finally came out with the shoe she put it on the counter and walked away, once again no eye contact or didn't even bother to hand it to me. Overall, VERY bad customer service and will never go back to that location. I'd rather drive down to the Great Mall which is usually a zoo but everyone at that store is more welcoming. I've worked retail for 5+ years and know how bad it can suck sometimes but a smile and attentiveness to customers goes a long way. read more

Probably illegal shipping methods. My kid needed her dress by Thursday so she paid $28 for Express Shipping. The dress was shipped from 2 hrs. by car- we live near the store, but didn't even know when we ordered. It was shipped Monday and when we saw it coming from LA, we laughed because it was so close. Express is 1-2 days across the US. Well, I started to worry on Tuesday when it said, "Delivery expected Thursday evening." That did not make sense. I started emailing- "Did you send it Express?" Total impersonal responses each time about it showing up Wed., which would have been fine. I replied, "We all have the tracking number. It's not coming Wed. Did you send it Express?" No response to that question. I ship for a living- online business. This is when it hit me..They knew we lived 2 hrs. away so they sent it 1st class (about $4 to ship) and figured it would never take 4 days. Well, it did. She paid a non-refundable sitting fee and had to find some dress last minute and it was literally not a good day. Thus, they were going to pocket about $24. I believe this is actually illegal. Not until a 4th email did they say, "We will refund your shipping." They never took accountability for what happened regarding Express vs. 1st class so I believe it was intentional. I requested the sitting fee of $20 as well since it was a loss. I emailed that I would leave some reviews, but I am also looking into getting more attention into their "shipping practices" after reading so many online reviews that show a pattern of behavior. It's also a good lesson for her to always look up reviews prior to buying online, so not 100% loss. read more

Homecoming shopping, this is the place. Lots of cute dresses, shoes, accessories here. They were short staffed but things were still moving. Lots of styles and sizes available. My suggestion is to go when they first open in the morning to avoid the afternoon rush. UPDATE: Firstly, thank you Donyale for your response and help. Because of you i was able to return what i needed to return. I returned to the store after speaking with Donyale about my situation and tried returning my bathing suits again. The associate at the cashier at first proceeded to tell me she couldnt accept bathing suits, i then told her I spoke with Donyale who advised that i was able to. She then proceeded to ask Aresha, (the same store manager from my previous post), if she was able to. Aresha did not answer her but instead rolled her eyes and mean mugged me and walked away. I had to explain again that i had spoken with the store manager before she accepted my return. During my return process, Aresha kept rolling her eyes and giving me dirty looks from the side of the store. My friend who i was with was planning on purchasing a few items here, however she quickly changed her mind after seeing how poor the customer service is here. I really love the clothes here, but Id rather spend my money at a place where I feel welcomed. I usually have a pleasant experience at Windsor and i love their clothes, but Im gonna make a complaint against the manager, Aresha (idk how you spell it), for this experience. I bought some bathing suits online in different sizes because i didnt know my size and tried to return the ones that didnt fit right. The website clearly states that only lingerie and jewelry are final sale, it says nothing about not being able to return bathing suits. Plus, a few days ago I returned some other bathing suits i had ordered previously at the Great Mall store with no issue. Aresha (sp?) told me I can not return my bathing suit because its final sale and that i can only return it by shipping it back. I told her the website states i can return it within 14 days, but she refused to take the return. She said that this store codes their bathing suits as lingerie and she can't return it. So i left and called great mall to ask about the return policy on bathing suits and they said i can within 14 days with tags and everything attached and original receipt. I asked if this policy is the same for every store and they said it was. If the policies are different for every store, which im sure is not and that the manager was just being difficult, it should state that when ordering. read more

i bought a dress for my daughters winter ball. Upon shipment dress didnt fit so i boxed it back up and after reading all return policy was told to bring to my local post office. When I reached out to customer service it took a couple of days for them to review my order and would not ship out a true large shirt until I returned the other. Very inconvenient. Wanna get accused of stealing their clothing for an hour? COME HERE! If I could give it 0 stars I would. The manager is unprofessional and rude and is going to get reported to headquarters. Very long story kinda short: I purchased a few clothing items for my vegas trip in july, one of which was a clearance item of $15 (wow I broke my bank with that purchase). The dumb associate forgot to take the sensor off (which obviously didn't work because it didn't beep) so I was left in Vegas with a shirt I couldn't even wear. That sucks but whatever. So the next time I get around to going to the mall which happened to be 2 months later, I bring the shirt so they can remove the Sensor.. And the fun begins. I was greeted immediately as I walked in so I promptly showed her the shirt so they wouldn't think I stole it.. Asked if I had my receipt and I did not since this was a 2 month old purchase and I had no intention of returning anything especially since you CAN'T return clearance items anyway. So she told me she can't remove the sensor with a receipt. Ok well that sucks cause I did buy it. Understandable I guess but not really. It was only $15..... And it's pretty impossible for me to have stolen something that they probably don't even have in the store anymore since it WAS a clearance item from 2 months ago. So she proceeds to ask to see my bank statement to prove I was here 2 months ago with a purchase... Uh ok. Luckily I did use my debit card. So I show her - and the b*%}] has the nerve to ask if Id mind showing her my balance. Lol yes I would mind because MY BANK STATEMENT isn't for your incompetent self to see. But I did tell her my purchase was for $22 and some change. So she proceeds to ask why it was 22 when my shirt was only 15. Um obviously that wasn't the only thing I bought. So she then decides to explain to me that since my BANK STATEMENT didn't show an ITEMIZATION of what was purchased, she can't take the sensor off. Is she dumb or does she think I am? So she then decides to call headquarters and explain to them my situation, and conveniently decides to leave out the part about asking for my bank statement. Whatever headquarters said wasn't in my favor cause I was still there for another 30 minutes. So she looks up in the system if there are any left - and funny cause according to her there was exactly ONE left in the white large. (I should've asked to see it cause i guarantee it was a lie). She goes to "look for it" in the store and obviously "can't find it" - no sh!t you can't find it - it doesn't exist! All the while she keeps telling me she's not accusing me of stealing her 15 dollar shirt with a smirk on her face. Keep in mind I've been here for 45 min and am enraged. She asked me TWICE if I could come back another day when they are not so busy so she can search their ENTIRE SYSTEM for proof of purchase (cause shes REALLY gonna do that) um NO I CAN'T cause it's already an inconvenience I'm here NOW - it ain't my fault your busy. And I'm not leaving without my shirt. "Oh ill give you back your shirt, I just can't take the sensor off" lol ok lady. Cause that makes a whole lot of sense. So I tell her she can go ahead and search the system now so I can leave with my shirt (which btw I had the exact date I was there since I had to search my bank statement and I was the last person there before closing so I had the time of purchase also - how much easier can it get for her?) She's entering in my debit card number which I'm glad I asked to look at the screen cause she entered in 2 of my card numbers wrong AND the expiration date (which I think she did on purpose cause I can tell by the way she was looking at me and talking to me she was purposely f*^%+*^# with me the whole time) and funny cause it didn't pop up - she probably entered something else in wrong that I didn't catch. So she finally enters in the product number and voila - there it is. I'm so mad I wanted to cry and slap her smirk off her face. She says "thanks for your patience!" And I respond with "you should've just done that in the first place" and I storm out. Rude, unprofessional, and if I were to steal it wouldn't be a $15 shirt from that cheap ass store. Just sayin. And why did she ask to see my bank statement if that wasn't gonna be enough proof for her? Of course she had nothing to say when I asked her that. Opens the store whenever she wants, although she sees customers waiting, (mall opens at 10, she finally opened at 1pm on a Wednesday) talking on the phone whole time once I finally got let in the store. Certainly did not want to ask for help and interrupt her complaining about customers. She lost 3 customers that day, who were there waiting as well. Will not go back until she is replaced. Waiting for the employee to come as she told me it's going to be an hour and a half for them to take their lunch. I said is there anyway I could just come in and grab a top real quick that I need for my trip she said no. She was extremely rude. And said I had to wait an hour and a half for them to come back. First of all who takes an hour and a half lunch. Secondly why is management not making it to where they have coverage at all times. This is a Saturday at one of the busiest times at the mall for Mother's Day weekend. Let's keep that in mind. Worst part is that there was a group of girls that was working the store just huddled in the back watching this girl be completely rude. I ordered a dress in store with the help of the cashier at Windsor Fashions in Las Vegas on April 8th. This beautiful dress was going to be for my sorority formal on Friday, April 26th, 2019. According to Windsor Customer service, the package was shipped out on 4/8 by USPS and delivered to a parcel locker on 4/10. Well, I NEVER RECEIVED MY DRESS. I immediately called Windsor to inform them of the issue and the lady over the told me this matter had to be resolved my credit card company. I called them too. I even went down to the post office and waited in line for half an hour to speak to the supervisor. Who told me "We are so sorry. What most likely happened was that the key to open your parcel locker was placed into some other person's mailbox. There is nothing we can do". So I called Windsor who basically told me yeah that sucks but hey you can buy another dress until this get's sorted out. BUY ANOTHER DRESS, ANOTHER 200+ dollar dress!?!?! Why not just send me a new one? It's not about the money, I just want my dress! Your whole thing is about making girls feel beautiful but all I feel is stressed out and cheated. I ordered a dress here and realized shortly after that unfortunately it was the wrong size. Honest mistake on my part, so I tried to change the order. I have not heard anything from Windsor, so I tried to cancel it. I received an automatic email that said I can't cancel my order after it has been "submitted." By submitted, I think they mean ordered in general. My order has not even been processed yet, I checked on the website. I thought there would be no issue with canceling it but I am poorly mistaken. What's worse is that now, even if I get the dress and have to return it, that's $13 in shipping (including the return shipping) that I will not get back. The dress I ordered was $35, so that's more than 1/3 of the cost of the dress! Not worth it. I'm so upset about this and will NEVER make the mistake of shopping at Windsor ever again. I saw the bad reviews and thought I'd be lucky but boy am I kicking myself now. I'm so upset I have filed a complaint through PayPal and am hoping to get a full refund since they don't allow order cancellations. Also, in all the email correspondence I have had with the company, I have noticed multiple spelling errors. Obviously this is minor, but extremely unprofessional. Avoid this company at all costs. This store does carry stylish clothing. I liked the dresses but alot of them were really short (& I am 5'7"). They do carry dressy dresses perfect for homecoming, the prom or a Holiday party. The clothing reminds me of what you would find at Forever 21 & the quality is the same. However, the price point at Windsor is about $10 more per piece than at Forever 21. That's not to say it's expensive, because it's not but you can find similar items at Forever 21 for less. I do like the layout of this store better than the already mentioned competitor. It is less overwhelming with clothing choices & you can actually see each piece of clothing. Service is hit or miss. The 1st time I came in I received no help & one of the sales staff was wearing sweats (not appropriate for a customer service position dealing w/ fashion). Other times I have been in the staff has been very personable. Be warned: the RETURN policy bites. Not to mention STORE CREDIT is only for 30 days. read more

Let's get one thing clear: I hate shopping. When I have to do it, I just want to find what I'm looking for as soon as possible without going all over the place and then get on with my day. I guess you could say I shop like a guy, but that analogy is a little weird. At my job, I have to dress a bit conservative. You know, slacks, nice, clean shirt, etc. Since I work in this mall, I'm pretty much stuck here 90% of the time so I tend to shop at the stores I happen to work near. Before Windsor came along at Stoneridge, I would be hard-pressed to find just what I'm looking for and would eventually get frustrated and give up (I'm kind of picky with my clothes). JCP has a lot of stuff I need for work, but not without really digging for something, which meant spending a lot more time there than I would like. Windsor's store is very well organized so it's easy for me to go to the section of the store that has what I need and go. You can see just about everything they have to choose from just by doing a quick sweep of the store. I have always been greeted by an employee and offered help. Normally, I decline the offer for help since I like to just be left alone when I shop, but one time in particular, I was looking for something specific and the employee was able to grab a handful of items fpr me to try on in no time flat. She hit the nail on the head, too. She knew exactly what I was looking for and knew exactly where to find them without question. Awesome. Even though it's in the expensive Stoneridge Mall, their prices AND quality are pretty good. I just bought a winter coat there for about $23, whereas other places would charge upwards of $50. I have been a customer of theirs since they opened and have never had any issues. The return policy is definitey fair (they want to be able to re-sell returned items if they're not defective, so keeping the tag on something with the receipt is a pretty basic policy) . I have clothing from them that I've had for over a year and they've held up pretty well. No holes or snags in anything yet! Usually cheaper clothing store don't have the best quality clothing, which is why they're cheap, but not Windsor. I don't ever want to see this place go under, they're awesome! read more

Don't buy items here unless you checked your items fully and then make sure you actually want the item because the ridiculous return policy isn't mentioned. I got home and my shirt had a rip in in the front that no one noticed and I went to return it but I couldn't. The girl at the front was absolutely rude about it too. I had look around the store to find something and as I was looking, I found a jacket with a lipstick stain on the side. Imagine if someone bought that and didn't notice it but couldn't return it. FOR EXAMPLE MY SHIRT! Ridiculous and such bad customer service. She didn't attempt to help at all and just rolled her eyes when I explained that I wasn't pleased with the service. Stick to the online store instead if you do choose to purchase from this store. Let me not even start about how messy the store is and the register, everything it just sitting on top and no where to put down your items.
