She helped us explore several beautiful options and guided us through the process with patience, professionalism, and great attention to detail. We narrowed it down to two final dresses and ultimately chose the one that perfectly matched the color of my son's tuxedo. We also had the pleasure of meeting Katie, the manager, who took the time to speak with us, reaffirm our choice, and help us confidently seal the deal. Right away I noticed how organized and clean the store looked. They have a great selection of dresses, and she was super patient with us. My mom was able to try on about 6 different styles until she found the one! Katie helped me get my mom outside of her comfort zone, and the dress she chose was perfect. I have my appointment in a few days, but she did allow me to try on a dress I spotted as we were heading out to even tho it was cutting it close to their lunch hour. My mother and I stopped by to look at mother-of-the-bride dresses. The store is appointment only, which we didn't realize beforehand, but one of the employees was nice enough to let us browse anyway, and we appreciated that. Unfortunately, after that initial moment, the experience went downhill. The associate who greeted us left and never returned. When I later tried to ask a question about a dress/how to make an appointment, one of the ladies didn't even look up after I said "excuse me," which made the situation feel very awkward and uncomfortable. When I was finally helped, the response was short, unengaging, and not very helpful. Overall, the atmosphere felt unwelcoming and gloomy, and it left us not wanting to return. On a positive note, if you're looking for beautiful mother-of-the-bride dresses, we had a wonderful experience at Gesinee's Bridal, where my mom found a gorgeous gown. Worst bridal shopping experience. I arrived 30 minutes early they said I couldn't be helped because they needed to vaccuum even though online all appointment slots for the day were open including the slot right before me and no one was in the store. Came back on time 30 mins later and they looked surprised I was there. Online they ask for what you're looking for prior to appointment including size, price range and style. After talking to the sales girl which is there to watch you shop and not there to offer suggestions or have any dresses ready, it turns out they had 0 dresses available for me to try on. Would've been nice to know ahead of time that there wasn't anything in stock that was near what I was looking for before wasting my time and money. Looks like no one reads the notes on appointment slots, in store options are very limited with no help from employees. Called a 2nd bridal place J'aime bridal just 10 mins away they were able to take me in same day. Receptionist was friendly and attentive. Stylist was amazing and was able to pull out many dresses in the size, style and price range I was looking for. Don't bother with blossoms who also doesnt respect privacy and go somewhere else. read more

I had a really disappointing experience with this dress shop, both during the purchase and afterward when trying to resolve an issue. On the day we went in, we specifically wanted to see the champagne dresses. We were told we had to wait because a bride had all of them, which was understandable but once she was done, the dresses were never put back out. We actually had to ask just to be able to see them. On top of that, the associate helping us made the whole experience feel rushed and uncomfortable. Every time I tried on a dress, she would quickly come and take it away without even asking if I was done with it, and it felt like we were being pushed out the door rather than helped. Unfortunately, things only got worse after the purchase. I ran into an issue with my dress (sizing/fit concern that didn't match what was expected), and when I reached out for help, I initially got a response but no real solution. After following up multiple times, they completely stopped responding altogether. Being ignored as a paying customer when you're trying to resolve a legitimate concern is incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, the customer service was poor both in-store and afterward. I would not recommend this place if you're expecting attentive service or support after your purchase. read more

I'm disappointed to be writing this review, because my initial experience at Blossom's was excellent...and then completely unraveled. I'm an early May 2026 bride. I visited Blossom's in October 2025, shared styles I liked from other salons, and was transparent that my timeline was tight (another designer I liked required a significant rush fee). During my appointment, Jolie pulled a dress that ended up being the one. Before I committed, she checked the production timeline and returned with what she described as "great news": the dress would arrive in December. This timeline was critical to my decision. The following day, when I called to place the order, I reconfirmed that December delivery date. I was again told the dress would arrive in December, and the salon even offered to ship it directly to my apartment since I live over an hour away (yay!). Based on those confirmations, I purchased the dress in full. At no point did Blossom's proactively inform me of a delay; all updates occurred only after I reached out. December came and went with no dress and no outreach from Blossom's. On January 10, 2026, I contacted the salon for an update. I was told the dress now had an estimated arrival date of April 8, allegedly due to a "shipment delay." April 8 is less than one month before my wedding, which is well outside the standard alteration window of 2-3 months. I immediately reiterated my wedding date and asked whether the order could be expedited. I received no response and had to call the store myself the following day. Four days later, I was told the earliest possible arrival would be March 27, exactly one month before I leave for my wedding, and even that date was not guaranteed. Shortly after, the store owner called me and stated that the dress was never going to arrive in December and that this had been a mistake. This directly contradicts what I was told twice: once during my appointment and once when I placed the order, and also contradicts the earlier explanation that the delay was due to shipping issues. At this point, it would be very unwise of me to trust their updated timeline and be 3 weeks from my wedding without a dress. At this point, Blossom's insisted that one month was more than enough time for alterations, and pushed me toward using their in-house tailor, despite the fact that I had already told them during my appointment that I planned to work with a local tailor due to distance. They only offered to cover their in-house tailor's rush fee. No alternative solutions were offered: no compensation for the dress so I could find a backup, not the sample from the store, no meaningful attempt to mitigate the risk they created. I did not want to write this review. I asked Blossom's to do the right thing - whether that meant offering the floor sample, covering the dress, or otherwise acknowledging the situation. They declined. Jolie was wonderful, and this review is not a reflection of her. It is a reflection of Blossom's management, communication, and unwillingness to take responsibility when a serious issue arose. If you are working with a firm wedding timeline or relying on quoted delivery dates, I strongly caution against ordering a dress here. read more

‼BRIDES‼ DONT NOT COME HERE! I bought my wedding dress here the first week of march, it's a beautiful mermaid style dress and they told me it would be ready for pick up early april but it wasn't here until mid may. NO ONE returns phone calls or answers the phone. After that experience I told myself I wasn't getting in house alterations done because of the lack of communication. Well their seemstress gave me her personal number to reach out with any concerns, so I felt somewhat relieved. Well yesterday I have my final fitting and to take my dress home, come to find out the dress no longer fits correctly after her alterations. The top is taken in perfectly but the waist is no longer fitted. It's bulky at the hips and stomach area. I asked the seamstress if she could fix it and she said no that I would have to keep pulling down the slip underneath. ALSO there's now a huge orange stain on the FRONT of my dress. I have to go back yet again to get this fix after finding my exact dress for $1100 cheaper online directly through whole sale. This whole thing has been a nightmare. read more

Worst experience EVER! I just left the store in tears. I bought my wedding gown here. The person who ordered the dress ordered it way too small. Took it in for alterations. Dropped the dress off for my 1st alterations appointment. When it was time for my 2nd appointment the seamstress cancelled the day of my appointment. Rescheduled it. I show up to the rescheduled appointment (that I scheduled a few days before) and the seamstress told me nobody told her that she had an appointment with me scheduled so she did not bring my dress. So I rescheduled the appointment AGAIN in front of her. Well, my appointment was 30 mins ago (at least my dress was at the store this time) and I put my dress on and ask when the seamstress will get there. They call her and then tell me that she's not coming in today, but that another seamstress will be coming in and will be there in about 20 mins. So this lady has cancelled on me 3 times now, all the same day of my appointment (2 while I was already in the store, after my appointment time). And I live 1 hour away from the store. So I've made two 2 hour round trips here just to get cancelled on. The dress is now UGLY because of what she had to do to make it fit (again, because the person ordered a size way too small). It's so bad that I now have to shop for another wedding dress less than 3 months before my wedding! And I lose out on $2500 for this ugly dress because I'm not able to return this. If I could give this zero stars I would. Think long and hard before deciding to buy a wedding dress here. read more

I understand it was a sample sell dress but sample sell does not mean dirty merchandise sell. I called spoke to a lady who said she would call me back. She didn't. I emailed. No one emailed me back. So I paid UPS shipping to send it back. Instead of apologizing and fully refunding me, this place charges me a shipping fee and restocking fee. The audacity. I paid for my own shipping and a restocking fee is a joke. Why would I pay for them to restock a dirty dress. I have filed complaints with the BBB and FTC. And it won't stop there because we as consumers have rights. Instead of doing the right thing, they decided to be crooks. I should be focusing on my wedding. I can't rave enough about Blossom's Bridal. My gown was originally being custom made and two weeks prior to the fitting the designer let me know she was having personal problems and couldn't deliver. She sent me to a site that had nearly the exact same dress which I ordered and they then cancelled the following Monday, just over two weeks before I was to leave for Italy. Enter Blossom's and Katie. I found them on line, a brick and mortar store that responded to my chat question within hours on a day they were closed. Katie went to the store, confirmed the dress size and sent it overnight so I had it by Wednesday, June 17. It was able to be altered it to be and had the dress finished and ready to leave for Italy on July 2. I don't know of very many places that go above and beyond like Katie and Blossom's. We called Blossoms and there was no answer and I received an automated text. Which is totally fine. They provided a link to make the required appointment but it lead us to "world of dresses" and no appointment option. I asked where the appointment button was and received a short reply. Gave up. Then today I messaged the number and asked if they have a good selection of homecoming dresses and received another short, and what I consider to be rude, reply. Come to find out, she didn't send me the correct link for appointments. Forgot the "s" on Blossoms. But second, where is the customer service? When I asked amount homecoming dresses, I received "we don't really pay much attention to homecoming", A more professional reply would be something like "I'm sorry, we do not stock a lot of homecoming dresses. First of all, I had a bad experience with this company last year, but decided I would give it another go this year. The only reason is because the dress I received was really pretty and well made, so quality is not an issue. The problem is, the staff there are unhelpful and sound like they'd rather be doing anything else. Again, that was last year so I'm not sure if the staff is the same this year as I decided to shop online to avoid that. Second of all, it seems they don't want to cater to the bigger girls, like me. I wear a size 14 or 16, depending on the dress/fabric. The actual makers of the dresses have bigger sizes, but when I went in person last year there were only a few bigger dresses to choose from. Now this is my biggest problem. I tried to order a dress online, aware that not every dress has bigger sizes. But I selected a dress and saw that they had size 16. The website literally said in bright green letters "size 16 in stock". I will include a photo. Yet, a week later my dad calls Blossom to check on the status of the dress and they just now decide to tell us that they don't have that size in stock. I once again went online to check the website, and sure enough, it said "size 16 in stock". We had placed our order about a week ago and Blossom failed to contact us. Not even once did they try to reach out to us to inform us that the dress is supposedly "not in stock". Blossom is very bad at communicating with their customers. My prom is a month away, and I thought I had found the most perfect dress, only to be crushed. Do better, Blossom. To all the bigger girls reading this, don't waste your money on this company. Especially because the dress makers sell their products on other websites as well. read more

I made an appointment with Blossoms Bridal & Formal to purchase a Mardi Gras gown. The appointment went well, the sales associate was very helpful and I was able to find a beautiful gown for my event. The lower star rating is for the alterations and service after I purchased my dress. My dress was returned to me in a plastic thin covering bag. I noticed other customers dresses were retuned in actual blossoms labeled garment bags. I requested one for myself and was told that the bags are only given depending on the price point of the dress. This is unfortunate being that most of the dresses in the store are expensive and each one should have a proper bag to prevent damage. Alteration work was poorly done. I requested the stitching to be removed and for a refund of the alterations payment as I could have better alterations done elsewhere. The manager replied that they are not miracle workers. The manager attempted to refund cash but was having issues with their computer system; hence, the refund was not posted. Luckily, I was able to have the proper alterations done by another seamstress at a different shop. read more

What should have been a joyful experience turned into a frustrating one! Stay away if you can! We purchased my daughter's wedding gown here because they were the only place in the area that carried this designer. They were uninterested in helping us from the beginning. My daughter had sent a list of dresses she wanted to try on during her appointment and they didn't even have them ready for us, we needed to ask for them. The worse part was having alterations done at this place of business. Do not let them alter your dress, they overcharge and don't communicate clearly about timelines. We were told the dress was ready but when we arrived the hem was only pinned and the straps had not been taken, only the elastic had been sewn to the lace strap. They tried to charge us again for the straps. After a back and we forth we decided to go elsewhere because we did not feel comfortable in their ability to take in the straps. They still need to hem the dress, said it would take 45 mins. But when we returned an 1-1/2 later they had just begun working on the hem. They were extremely unhelpful - if you can buy your dress elsewhere do so and definitely do not have alterations done here! read more

I came in on a Sunday morning. The store has a great vibe and the folks were pleasant. That's where the pleasantries ended. Red flag #1: I was not permitted to walk around the store to browse the inventory and select dresses that caught my eye. That's absolutely insane to me. Red flag #2: I was under the impressions that I paid $35 for a consultant to assist me. However, she told my MOH to "feel free to go in and assist me since she'd be the one helping me day of wedding." What exactly did I pay for then? Red flag #3: After trying on 3 dresses in 34 mins, the consultant tells me that there is nothing else in the store based on the parameters I described. She then "offered" to carry over my deposit to another appointment in 3 weeks after I "looked online and figured out what I wanted." Insane. read more
