It took 3 stylists just to hook the dress together before it could be zipped up. I had not gained any weight since ordering, and the dress felt like it had been ordered a size too small. The stylist who was helping me put on the dress kept reassuring me that the gown had a hard corset, and because it was strapless, it was meant to fit that tightly. Well before my actual wedding, I had my courthouse ceremony... I needed a lot of help to get the dress hooked on, and when it came time to drive to the courthouse, I couldn't even sit up. I had to lean the car seat all the way back in order to make it to the courthouse. The entire afternoon I was so uncomfortable that I didn't even want to drink water. After that experience, I brought my dress to Marina at Le Caprice. She took one look at my back and didn't even bother zipping me up. She assured me that my dress was too small, that it was not just in my head, and offered to remove the zipper and replace it with a corset back! I was nervous because I really loved the top part of my dress and how snatched it made my waist look, but when I received my dress it still looked just as perfect! Not only that, but I was completely comfortable in it when I was sitting and eating at my reception (: Marina was able to complete the alterations super fast at a fair price and I think the corset was elegantly executed. The first associate(blonde dyed hair asian worker) I worked with discouraged me from the clearance/sale options by saying they were all made from "cheap" linen material that creases easily, which he said explained the discount. That seemed odd to me, especially since these were Indochino's own products. I later noticed that the sale and clearance options included other fabric blends as well, so the information I was given did not appear to be accurate.   Because I did not feel I was getting helpful guidance, I ended up sitting in the store and placing my order online myself. I purchased approximately $2,000 worth of suits before discounts. During that process, the same associate also suggested that I should buy "nicer" suits because of the job I was starting, which came across as judgmental, unprofessional, and inappropriate.   After I completed the online purchase, he helped me schedule a measuring appointment for 3:00 PM. At that point, another associate assisted me, but the experience still felt disengaged and unhelpful. It seemed like the level of interest dropped once the purchase had already been made online.   The reason I am still giving 2 stars is because another gentleman later stepped in and completely changed the experience. He seemed to recognize that the visit had not gone smoothly, took over the appointment, measured me efficiently, offered helpful insight, and explained how the customizations would affect the final suit. His professionalism and service were excellent and were night-and-day compared to the earlier part of the visit.   Overall, the branding is what made me walk in through the door and I have yet to receive the final product but the customer service experience was very inconsistent. The final associate was great, but the earlier interactions made the visit awkward and frustrating.

They are located behind Westgate mall where there is plenty of parking. The inside is small and they only have 2 fitting rooms. Now that is where the bad news stops seriously, that's it, they are a mom and pop place where service is priority one! They are not salespeople! They are people who listen to what you are expecting and will even under sell you if they think it's not needed "as in my case" I asked them if I should buy a blazer with my shirt & slacks? And they talked me out of it!! That's service, that's really trying to do right by you as a customers, that's integrity! BUT WAIT THERES MORE! Normally they size, fit and do the alterations all in the same day!! No that's not a typo, same day! They have an in house tailor who does tailoring for men and women and I found out that the tailor can even stitch leather, patches and jackets! Wow!! I mean wow!! Now the day I was there, the tailor had the day off, and they were very apologetic. They said that they would have everything ready for me by the next day and because I wanted my shirt fitted they told me that the tailor would measure me and adjust my shirt while I waited the next day as well. Now the next day came and I showed up, my pants and shirt were waiting for me, the pants that were measured the previous day fit me perfectly. The crazy part was that the shirt fit me perfectly too?!?! Then the lady that help me the day before said that instead of ordering the shirt that I tried on she ordered me a slim cut shirt! So she saved me money there as well because I did not need any alterations done on my shirt!! All I got to say is wow!!! They got my business for life!! The best advice I can give is: Don't select your sizes online; Go get fitted in person. An appointment can be made online for the closest Nordstrom, it is free, and it will take 30 minutes of your time. Plus you'll get to see the fabrics up close. For my fitting, I discovered I should actually be wearing a 40R jacket for the tux style I wanted, not the 42L I usually wear. The saleswoman was friendly and very professional. She noted I needed one minor sleeve alteration. A full ten days prior to my event, I received my altered tux in the mail (obviously brand new). It was in the size & midnight blue color I had ordered. They even threw in a tux shirt, though I had not rented one. It all fit like a glove; and I received several compliments at the actual event (along with my wife, who wore a stunning dress). One of the best aspects - I mailed the tux back to them, in the box it came in, and with a prepaid label. No return visits to the store were required. The only issue for me was the tight return period - My event was on a Thursday, so with a 3-day window I had to race to a Fedex location on a Sunday afternoon (before they closed). It was a steep $60/day to miss that deadline. Geez. (Correction per owner comment - it is actually a one-time fee) But yes - I'd rent from them again.
