We visited for lunch on Saturday afternoon. I had the pesto chicken panini shandwich, which was wonderful. The place was clean, and cute, and I wanted to buy everything there. We also did a wine tasting, and bought a bottle called "New Age." We also have some meat we took home to grill, which we haven't had a chance to cook yet, but looking forward to it. Love this place. Their steaks are amazing and we love their desserts. Just had a take away steakhouse burger that was absolutely amazing.

My only question is why can't we have more places like this? It's not in my neighborhood so when I happen to be in the area, it's really hard for me to drive by it an not stop in. They always have something I want. It's also great if you're hosting a party and need some cool dips, cheeses, fresh meats, craft beer. They have a very helpful staff, but not "up-in-your-business" which is nice. Oh and they have sweets too. Made in house....so yeah, it's pretty terrific. The only reason I don't come here on a weekly basis is that I could go broke. It's not cheap, but it is original, good quality and they have solid service. So that's worth it for me. The food is pretty good - including the lunch specials, pastries, and bakery items. My one gripe is their hours. They were running a one-day Facebook special for $2 off a large one-topping pizza. I called at 7:10 (about our normal dinner time) to order and the gentleman indicated they were closed. Really? You close at 7pm on a night when you're running a pizza special. What time do you think people would be taking advantage of the pizza deal? I went back to see if the Facebook special listed in fine print their hours for the one-day deal - but it didn't. There are a shortage of "butchers" in our area and Wine'ing Butcher fills somewhat of a void. They have a limited selection however, lunch is good. Burgers are awesome. Some things are overpriced, some are respectable. I would recommend a visit to see if this is your kind of place. I'll definitely go back. read more

Got lunch for my kids teachers here back in May but couldn't review bc I wasn't the one eating I have been wanting to try this place for awhile. Tried lunch here for the first time with a friend. We ordered 2 panini's florentine and chicken pesto. WOW!! Very Yummy....so tasty that I went back for a second time in 1 day and ordered two pizza's for my kids. Their brick oven makes the pizza's not only look delicious but taste delicious as well! If you haven't tried it this neighborhood gem....you are missing out! Called today on the outside hope that I could get lunch delivered for my daughter for her birthday. They were soooo accommodating and delivered a few hours later. Today I ordered lunches to go and our order was completely wrong this has happened the past three times. The food prepared was sloppy and my husbands chicken cheese steak was horrible. I visit here regularly and I feel the quality of service and food has declined since they first opened. I used to order the steak tips and they were delicious. I went in to get a sandwich (steak) that took a good amount of time to get (~20 mins) and there were only about 15 ppl in the store and plenty of staff around for the deli/meat sections for help. I ordered a gift card for my family (they luv'd it). I love the concept of the store but was not impressed with the disorganization with the take out food. The steak sammy was good, but not to die for. Perhaps, it was an off day. I gave three stars b/c of my friends adorement, and the concept and other services (meat and deli) seemed to be stellar (reasonably priced). Still advertising brick oven pizza with a gas grille and Boar's Heads toppings. Marinades still out of a bottle, laying in in front cooler for up to five days (ask an employee). Still flap steak, not categorized as "sirloin". Slow service, with so many open bottles and glasses during "tasting", not a shocker. Ordered Northern Italian Sandwich. It was Subway style, (One piece of meat, one piece of cheese, and a lot of bread). Not good. Your a good local place that should try to stand out. Make a REAL sandwich. Teach these kids the right way to do things. Also, waited 40 minutes for it. I also see less and less care put into the same old prepared stuff. I have only had to go food here. It's pretty good and is fresh. On Fridays around 4pm or later I do know that wine and cheese samples. Can't remember the ladies name but she's pretty funny. The chicken salad tastes terrible though so I only have 4 stars. read more

A small group of us came here after my sister recommended it, primarily because we were in the mood for wings. I ordered the Chipotle Fire wings and loved them! For those who aren't sauce people, the dry rub wings are amazing! Very crispy and decently sized. I do not like bleu cheese, but there is something about their bleu cheese that was addicting! My mom and I were just looking for things to dip into it! I ordered the steak tip sub and it was incredible. I wish there were less onions and peppers and more meat, but delicious nonetheless. They also have wonderful prepared foods, their broccoli salad ia great even for someone like me that doesn't care all that much for broccoli. Two words: Cobb salad. Three more words: sweet potato fries. We would often drive out of way to get salads and sweet potato fries to go from the butcher. Everything there looks delicious, but we would rarely consider straying from our favorites. Their fresh soups are delicious and savory and their steak tips are awesome to take home and add to dinner. Really interesting place with a bit of an identity crisis as it's a deli, butcher and a whole lot of things in-between. All of which are high end. When I first heard about the place I didn't realize you could actually eat there, however was pleasantly surprised to find out you could. As a deli, if you can call it that, it's outstanding. The stone baked pizza and variety of sandwiches are all great, but one of the charms is that you are not limited to the menu. They will cook many of the prepared items for sale such as the largest jumbo lump crab cakes you have ever seen, Seating is extremely limited and there are no tables that can seat more than four. read more
