Worst service ever ! We called and placed a big order to which they said it would be done in 15 min , surprising as the service has always taken longer , first red flag . I want to clarify I placed the phone order my husband was just going to show up and pick it up , once he gets home I open the bag and the first thing I see is boneless wings ( I had said Bone In ) well they heard boneless and they stuck to that . Our mistake according to them was reading the order to my husband and not checking our food before leaving . I called nicely and told them that we spent allot on this order and that was our Friday family dinner & no one ate boneless wings leaving us with a huge portion of the meal being useless , again they replied with sorry there was nothing they could do as we left . I find it hard to believe that they never make a mistake and expect everyone to know that their fore making us check our orders right then and their. I called back once more and still calmly with no rudeness or profanity explained that we spent allot to not be able to eat our food and that it was untouched and we would happily bring it back even though we live about 15 min away as long as we were able to eat , they finished with basically saying if they made the mistake it was ours for not correcting it then and their . I would suggest to spend your money on an establishment that is willing to work with the customer and their for make them want to come back . All I was left with was a craving, hunger and allot of frustration but they happily kept my money , I hope it was worth loosing a domino affect of customers as I'm sure I won't be the last whose order they mess up and blame the customer . I ordered here once, and that's plenty. Here's a breakdown of my less than sparkling experience. 1) Their menu prices changed drastically compared to what I saw online. Prices go up, no biggie. But they went up almost 50% ($15 wings are now $22). On top of that for some unknown reason 10 wings costs $2 more than 2 orders of 5 wings. It's minor, but they also charged me a credit card fee without mentioning anything about it. Nor did I see any signs about it. This just adds insult to injury. 2) When I ordered they said 10 minutes. I get there in 10 minutes. The cashier was nice enough, recognized my phone order, and processed my payment. She said she's going to get my order. I proceeded to wait by the counter... for 10 more minutes. At this point I'm confused as to why it takes 20min to make 10 wings. Plus I've seen several people come and go. I ask about my order and give them my order number. Turns out it's been sitting there since before I arrived. Get it together, man. If you see a customer waiting there for 10 minutes maybe it should enter your mind to check on their order. 3 people at the front counter (I think one was a manager) and none of them had that common sense thought pop into their head. 3) Wings were barely mediocre quality. Meat was tough. Skin wasn't crispy. Lemon pepper was only vaguely lemony and peppery. And thanks to the unnecessary wait they were barely warm. They did add a couple extra wings, but more of a bad thing doesn't add up to better. Even the veggies were gross. The celery was rotten. Never going back. I suggest you don't either. read more

Starting with changing the name to Wings Legends and adding a boba menu, for some reason. The Buffalo fries hit the spot when you're craving it, and they were very generous with the sauce. I ordered over the phone and my order was incorrect. I was given whatever they wanted because two items were incorrect. I came back to ask for my missing items and the guy who gave me my order ( had a beard and wearing a hat ) saw me walk in and ran to hide in the back. Seems to me like he knew why I came back. Kinda pricey & a bit inconsistent with the cashiers but food is always on point (we enjoy the Buffalo Salads). Regular salads are a fairly large portion & I usually can get two meals out of it. Always double check your order if you are taking It to go (everything is packed up as a to go order regardless) but there have been times when they've either forgotten to add our substitutions (especially if that said cashier charged us extra for a substitute) or put the dressings in the bag. The mango habanero looks like cat vomit and it has such a weird taste, almost like burnt hair. The garlic parmesan tenders straight up looked like they dump store packaged shredded cheese on top. The jalapeño poppers were mediocre as well. A of that is not worth $40. I've been coming to this location for some time now (back when it was wing empire), I can definitely say the food quality has gone up. Our go to is the mango habanero Buffalo fries, around $15 with tax included for the regular size. Portion is pretty large for a "regular size", you can definitely share it. This place is always busy regardless of what time you go, so keep that in mind. Only reason why I'm not giving it 5 stars is because our second to last order the chicken was mushy but our last time everything was perfect.
