These people obviously don't care about the quality of their product, that they give to customers. Terrible!!!!! I've had better wings from a freezer bag of any generic bargain brand. First of all, I ordered 20 wings. 10 mild and 10 honey barbecue. Paid just short of $2.00 a wing. Ranch dipping and blue cheese dipping. The ranch had a hair right on top. The wings were almost black. They looked like they were under a heat lamp all day. This was early afternoon, so I imagine this is what most people would get. They were very small and dried out. Certainly nothing appealing about the way they looked. Trying to eat them, proved to be more disappointing. This is the one in Imperial Beach, where I was doing a job. I live in Lakeside and stopped on my way home. I am busy and all time is precious. I decided not to drive all the way back there to hash it out, and bite the bullet. I made my final choice of not coming here 2 months ago when me as a loyal customer was charged for a side of Chipotle sauce like they put on fries. I asked for it after I had ordered and was picking up my food. I had tipped them 7 dollars! still charged me for a squirt... started eating my chicken tenders and they were so hard and rubbery I got upset and told the lady she told me sorry no refunds... I bought the buffalo fries (mild). I was kinda disappointed by the size of the chunks of chicken. They were so large by the time you added some fries to the "bite" it was too much food!! I also didn't expect the mild choice to be so flavorless. Was expecting more like Frank's sauce. No spice at all. Should rename that choice to "bland". The teriyaki boneless wings were also just ok. Very greasy. Next time I'll go hotter on the sauce for the fries (and ask for chopped up meat) and get chicken tenders instead of boneless wings. If I go again.
