I really like the price for the boneless wings, however my recent experience was disappointing. I had placed a to-go order and the food was ready on time like it was supposed to be. However, once I got home my order was incorrect and the food lukewarm. I had ordered a size of carrot sticks and I received a side of half celery and half carrots. I don't like celery and couldn't eat it so that was super disappointing. My husband ended up eating the celery but it was still a bummer. Since the shelter-at-home orders have gone into effect I've been doing a lot more cooking at home; hence, my reviews on Yelp have decreased significantly. Last night we decided to order some wings and throw a little variety back into life. Well, kind of... Anyway, this place was kinda hoppin' considering we're all supposed to be staying at home. There were plenty of guys working the line and it appeared the orders just kept coming! We pre-ordered and paid online, so I arrived when the food was supposed to be ready. I did have to wait a few minutes, not too long, though. And the wings were fresh and what I would expect when I received them. I was a little concerned with the "social distancing" set-up they had in place. There are tables in front of the front counter and blocking dining room access. The problem is this set-up doesn't allow 6 feet distance between patrons. They could extend the "blockade" across the distance of the storefront and still accomplish the goal of keeping customers from accessing the dining area and cashiers, but allow more space for distancing. They may also want to consider reminding their young staff to try to keep 6 feet distance between one another; they were working up close and personal. I'm not complaining, we're all doing the best we can. I just want to see us all come out this happy and healthy! read more

The Wing Combos came with your choice of Classic or Boneless Wings, a regular homemade side, dipping sauce, and 20-oz drink [$10.19 + tax]. They had like 12 flavors total, 5 hot/spicy and 7 mild to non-spicy. The place had flat screen TV's tuned in to sport channels watching the current sports games. The dining area was a nice size and was kept clean for the most part. Horrible service. Put in an order for later in the day, got there to an almost empty store and they looked like they had no idea what I talking about. This is the third time I have had an insane wait with no explanation or apology. The management here should all be retrained or let go. It's a complete unorganized mess. Came here on 03/06 for a pick up order around 7pm. My order was ready upon entry in store which was nice. I ordered the Garlic Parmesan and Original Hot. These two flavors are a go to for me. The Garlic Parmesan is great with ketchup. The Original Hot can seem dry sometimes but you have to grab the sauce at the bottom which makes the wing just nice and pairs well with ranch. The fries here are great and not oily. This particular location does not have dine in just yet. read more

Used to love this place but the quality has gone down hill during the pandemic. Since things were opening up again I thought I'd give this place another shot... well it was worse than before. I ordered online in advance, had a 48 min wait time so already experienced how slow they were before I decided to drive over at the 48 min mark. Well I arrive, get checked in and still waited another 30 mins! While waiting I watched the kitchen and how they operate. Based on what I saw the cooks are slower than a sloth, they took out the chicken from the fridge and slowly put one piece at a time into a fryer basket, once they felt the basket was full enough they then dumped in the remaining chicken. Which they could of done so from the beginning! I swear they were high or something, given how slow they were moving. On to the food, normally the food is at least ok. This time they over cooked the chicken to where the meat was stiff and crunchy. I think they knew this and tried to cover it up with a ton of sauce. Just an observation, but the quality has gone down while the price has increased by at least 15%. The wings were tough, almost like they were overcooked, yet they were not even warm. Reviews seem to be inconsistent here, but from my personal experience of about 6-8 times ordering online and picking up here in the last year, I have not had any issues. Consider myself lucky? I usually give it 10 minutes more than the stated pickup time and my food has always been ready. The staff members I've come across all seemed cool. I think the only thing that may be inconsistent is the food and depending the cooks in the kitchen so that might be the only gamble, but again from all my times its been fine with my orders.
