Their customer service has ALWAYS been good to me. I live not too far from here and it has ALWAYS been the spot to go to, esp after school with my kids. Its close to the gym. Which is across the street and in the same plaza with Savemart and next to Dunkn Donuts. The workers that work the late night shift are very nice and helpful. They always listen well when orders are made at the drive-thru and their drive-thru has a short wait, which is nice! °* Their store hours has officially changed as of June 2025, which NOW closes at 3am versus 2am!!!! *° Overall I trust this location and the fact they accommodate my order when I ask for black beans as a veggie order versus beef, they definitely come thru with the order to make it possible! Counting chips and scooping cheese should be the easiest job in the entire building, yet somehow this crew manages to mess it up every single time. I let her know nicely, and she told me it's the same thing and refused to give me the fountain drink cup until I made a fuss about how I paid for it and it isn't the same thing. My god people are so negative on this app. I take my daughter to this location at least one a week and they're great. The drive thru is always fast and the dudes working the window are always nice. People who complain on Yelp about fast food places are just miserable humps who think their only power in life is to criticize others anonymously. This is a Taco Bell that I'm somewhat of a regular at. (I have been eating here since 2015) I usually go when the manager is not in the store and even then the service is pretty fast for a Taco Bell--Has always been a highlight of this place. The food itself is really expensive for fast food, depending on what you get of course. Although whatever you get it is good. They tend to pack the more promotional (and more expensive) burritos with rice and "Fiesta Strips" (which are like a sort of corn chip like thing). I do have a problem with how the staff are properly regulating how long people are in the lobby and their behavior within, or more accurately, how they are not. There seems to always be a crowd of people in this taco bell that just sort of hangout and don't even usually eat anything most of the time. Also note the lobby is never usually that clean and you'll most often have to brush off your table or even wipe it down before sitting. Although the drink machine is literally always perfect and delicious so that's a highlight. read more

I LOVE Taco Bell, I come to this store an embarrassingly large amount. The store has been amazing for me the past 2 years living here and the staff follows food orders really well now. Except over the past month I have been getting instantly sick WHILE eating (something I haven't had from TB or anything else my entire life) and have noticed last night that my food tasted like soap or chemicals.
