The worst ordering experience on staten island! So it's Super Bowl Sunday and naturally we decided to order some wings... First mistake was calling these guys. We placed our order at 4pm for a 5pm pick up. I get here on time where I'm told to wait 20 minutes... In half an hour I'm told my order was just put, I'm asked to wait half an hour...in half an hour I'm told that's it's being prepared and should be ready in 20 minutes... The game has started and I'm standing there with about a dozen others waiting for our food. The manager comes over, and says that he can't complete the order cause they have no time and would only be able to prep the wings (same ones that have been frying for the past 2 and half hours)... Terrible business people; sloppy, unprepared and understaffed. PS. Plenty of people called to complain about raw or undercooked wings. PPS. Call restaurant impossible, maybe they'll be able to fix this train wreck. read more

had ordered from here many times for home and at work but seemingly gets worse each time so NO STARS... I've recommended them many times to many people and even after getting pathetic ly cooked and flavored wings on numerous occasions (they're a wing place though right??) I still order because I enjoy their quesadillas and they are sometimes pretty quick. I'm a repeat customer who never has any problems besides the girl on the phone can never understand the address, bland wings and waiting times.but it's convenient and decent so why not order. I ordered last night and missed the delivery due to some cell service issues. the guy on the phone REFUSED to give his name (very professional right??) and said he wouldn't send the food back they were busy. that was fine but I still haven't received my refund. called for a new order and now they won't deliver at all. all of a sudden I'm too far. the man on the phone was rude, unprofessional ans couldn't give a legitimate answer. I will continue to let everyone I know not to order from here. there's so many alternative wing spots anyways now. read more

The wings are usually great but today even one hour after ordering the wings are nowhere to be seen. Unacceptable. Will not order again.

Not super saucy which to me is a +. When there's to much it over powers the taste of the chicken. I would eat here again over planet wings bc they just out too much sauce. There fries are so good and when I do the take out option. The fries when I'm finally home are not Soggy!! Do you know how rare that is when you pick up or even get food delivered. Great food and made to order. Comes hot! Who knew that was a possibility around here! This place isn't a replica of that other place that sells wings. This is quality food. Great portions and great service. We continually use this place for our go to quick or late night snack. :-) in the new year however I'm going to have to start ordering the salads instead of the quesadillas. read more

I finally ordered from wing world this week. Wasnt too happy with my order unless i ordered wrong. The jumbo wings are actually tiny nuggets. The food was good temperature when it arrived. And I didnt know the sauce was on the side when i ordered jumbo boneless wings honey bbq. I think next time ill come in person and order to actually see the food. Overall was upset that jumbo wings were small little round pieces of chicken and not chicken wings. read more

This place is way better than planet wings- I've ordered here several times and they've been consistently good. A great addition to the neighborhood! Try their cheddar filled jalapeño poppers, cheese fries, and their wings with honey barbecue habanero sauce! Delicious! read more

Screwed up order processing on Super Bowl day..people were waiting hours, and they couldn't handle orders..

if i can i would put no rating! i did an order on uber eats because its cheaper than ordering it over the phone because this place is very much overpriced and likes to tax everything. i called to add a side of sauce, because uber eats did not have the option. i seen that they charged me $5.00 for something that should've been maybe $2.00 the most! so i called to re check, and a man answered the phone very disrespectfully and told me "he added the side of sauce that i wanted and added a $5.00 tip" , without my permission!!!!! i did not give permission to take off any tip. i ordered off of uber eats, the person who gets the tip was supposed to be the uber eats driver, not wing world! then they cancelled my order. very rude very disrespectful very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! they literally charged $5.00 from my card for a tip 1 without my permission! and 2 the tip does not go to them it goes to the uber eats driver! a woman that also works there got on the phone and told me they took it off of my card because i did not tip thmy driver the last time which is false, everytime i order from there which is frequently i always tip. never again, i will never order from there again. if i am not the only one they are definitely robbing people. anyway eat somewhere else. these people are very unprofessional! read more

Great wings. Large and not breaded, I went atomic and they had a nice bit of heat. I can't even imagine what the diablo is if the atomic were this hot and only 3 stars of heat. I took a star because we also got the app combo and it was a mess. The pigs in a blanket were greasy, the gravy for the mozz stix was a disgrace to Italian culture, I couldn't taste the onion in the onion rings, and the fries were the only thing that was good. Food was ok nothing spectacular but pricey pricey pricey. Portions was mediocre for price and even with a $20 groupon I still dished out 20 more just for a family of 3 . Went there last night and ordered a ten piece buffalo wings with the bone. The wings had absolutely no flavor and were slightly undercooked. The mild sauce wasn't very good either and lacked good flavor. The staff is very very nice despite the taste of the food. I wouldn't go back. read more

I ordered the 15 wings combo and only got 10 but still charged at full price of 15. This is the second time this happens, the first time I thought they made a mistake and let it go specially with what everyone is going through right now plus I don't want to be a dick about it(I'm not that type nor have the time), I also work an essential job and I'm coming home tired and hungry after long hours so yes I know the struggle, and the last thing I want to think about is if the food that I paid for is right or wrong but it clearly seems like it's a joke to some people or just plain carelessness. I ordered atomic sauce on the side with the shrimp but got buffalo instead within the same day too I guess they're thinking I wouldn't know the difference. I don't really understand what the point of putting options on menus if at the end of the day I'm going to get what ever you feel like, if a customer is being charged for a service you promote you should be grateful they're giving you their business. I don't get how you can half ass them and think one won't notice, I'm not looking for discounts or free food. I work for a living and can afford it. I just want my point to be clear because I might not be the only one and is unnecessary stress for all. I know I won't affect this place if I don't order from here anymore but I know it will definitely help someone second think about it before they do. read more

The food might be good but the customer service is by far the worst. My colleagues and I ordered from here and it took 2 hours before the driver showed up with our order, cold and dried out. After speaking with "the manager", nothing was done to correct the problem and barely even an apology was made. The manager also noted the order which was placed at 11:15am wasn't even put in their system until an hour later because they forgot about it. Like I said good food but terrible representation, these people need to find new jobs. read more

While the food is good and the menu better than Planet Wings, I will NEVER order from this place again. Today is Super Bowl Sunday, so I understand that there an expected wait time. However, what occurred is just unacceptable. I called and placed an order for pick up at 4:30. When I asked how long, I was told ONE HOUR. I had no problem with this and if I were told two hours, that would likely be fine too, as I would have known that the wait is two hours. At 5:30 my husband arrives there and our order hasn't even been put in. Their phones are off the hook so no one can call and they are barely functioning. He is told that he needs to wait a half hour. He agrees and waits. Then he is told 20 minutes several times afterwards until at 7pm the manager comes out and says that they can't fill the appetizers and only the wings, with that still not being ready. This type of service is unacceptable, Super Bowl Sunday or not. My husband waited for over an hour and a half to be told they can't accommodate us. This happened to everyone there and many people were left without their orders. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. read more

My wife and I use to order from here once every couple of weeks. She use to really like their gyros but last time she ordered it the pita bread was hard however we decided to give it another try. She decided to go with the Southwestern Wrap and I went with the Super Crunch Chicken wrap. They were both really dry! While the Southwest Wrap was new Ive had the Chicken Wrap many times and it was really disappointing this time. I hope this is not a sign of a decline. read more

The customer service at this place is totally awful. You place and order and can wait for hours to get it. I waited almost 3 hours and still NO chicken wings. (what a joke) Delivery service stinks or is non existent. In the time it takes you to go supermarket shopping and to cook your own meal this place still wont deliver the food. its a joke the whole operation there. The guy that answers the phone is rude and patronizing and will lie to you that your order left. I called 3 times within the first 1 and a half to inquire about my food and he lied and said that it left. The last time I called he cancelled my order without apologizing or anything. Totally rude and low class attitude. I only ordered from them because I got a brochure in the mail. Huge mistake! I ordered many times from Planet Wings and NEVER had this problem. I believe Planet wings is much better value for the price as well. The portions at this place if they ever deliver to you are small and pricey. Planet Wings has better customers service and the food is far superior. I would NOT order from this place ever again. Save yourself the trouble and don't even bother. Ordered for delivery and the food came fast! I was so surprised at the fact that the food was really hot which usually isn't always the case when it comes to deliveries.
