So the Service from the waitress was good. The food I'm not very happy with I ordered a sticky finger salad when I got my salad I noticed that one of the tomatoes was starting to rot. I still ate the salad because I didn't want to make a scene so I removed the moldy tomato and placed it in a different plate. When I finished I showed the waitress the moldy tomato she was shocked and then apologized. I still paid because I don't feel like it was her fault that I got served the rotten tomato. had lunch at Wingers in West Jordan this week. It is a diner style sports bar with mostly all booths and a bar in the back. Lots of big screen TV's and plenty of seating during lunchtime. Got a basket of popcorn to eat while I was reading the menu and waiting for my food to come out. I ordered the Sticky Fingers meal with double barrel barbecue sauce, which ended up being a very good flavor. Wingers is a classic. And they still have free popcorn when you sit down. The sticky finger sauce is addicting.

Very disappointed with my takeout order, paid extra $4 for two additional fingers that were not included. There were two slivers of celery at the bottom of the container that looked like they were a day old and the coleslaw was tasteless. Gave a tip of $5 for a $43 dollar order but apparently it wasn't enough.........Will never order takeout from them again. read more

I seen about half of the meals got eaten, and it sure was not because they were big portions, Because they weren't. I had a Veggie Burger with fries, It was ok for $12.00 Bucks, But they were glad to offer Grilled Onions, Mushrooms, Peppers,& different things like would really make a Burger taste great, But each one cost extra, I think I would have spent $20.00 Dollars on Veggie Burger if I had ordered the way it should be offered. Some of the sticky fingers are super spongy and chewy. They were really hit and miss. One would be inedible and the next would be great! It was exactly like I remembered it, like I had told all my friends back home how amazing the original sauce was! I have been a wingers customer for years now and to be honest, I have been disappointed as I watch the quality of food and service depreciate over time (the only thing I order from wingers EVER, is wings). I recently moved to Riverton/South Jordan border and tried the 9000 S redwood rd location for the first time. Not only did I receive exceptional customer service near closing time, the manager went above and beyond to make sure my wings were fresh. Not only are these wings Fresh, they taste just like the ones I used to order when I was a teenager. I never thought that the wings would vary so much from location to location, but apparently they do. And the wings were big and yummy and juicy and crispy. Wingers sticky fingers are unbeatable, but the service is not. We waited for over 30 minutes for our dinner, and once we were finished we waited over 10 minutes to get our check. Oh wings. Crispy, sweet, deliciousness. Add to that the NBA finals game 7 on every friggin' tv in the house, and you've got a recipe for success. Admittedly, it was 30 minutes out of 1.5 hrs I've watched all season, but... One observation: all the servers were dudes. I'm not saying that's bad, because everything was pretty dang efficient. Me and the misses haven't been to Wingers for several years. It did not disappoint. Last time I was the only had the breaded wings. This time we went for the naked wings. We really enjoyed then. They still had a great crispness to them and not heavy like breaded wings. I have always enjoyed their homemade ranch dressing, but for me it was just way to thick. Great flavor, but to thick. We shared the chicken philly sandwich. It came with a full piece of breast, green peppers, onions, mushrooms & cheese. I loved he veggies and the cheese was oh so gooey and yummy. After a disappointing meal a few months ago at the corporate Wingers, (The one by Valley Fair Mall) and an even more disappointing response from a Wingers CEO about our concerns, we went from eating there often, to not eating there at all. We finally decided to give Wingers another try, but not at the corporate restaurant where they like to turn the customers into guinea pigs (Trying new things on them and replacing regular menu items without letting them know beforehand). Because of that experience, we felt we needed to come back..and again were treated wonderfully by another server, Kayla.
