I have been ordering from this place for a long time. I would say 98% of the time the food is pretty good. Yes I too have had some fries that were burnt and over cooked and over salted. The next time I ordered and I told them no salt and don't over cook the fries. The order arrived perfect. They pack their fries and combos in a Styrofoam and poke a hole in the contain which steams the food. I told the to start poking holes in the top of the delivery that fixed that problem. I made a purchase for wings, fries and 2 orders of egg rolls. I received all but the 2nd order of egg rolls via delivery. I've always ordered from this location and have enjoined the food. When I relayed my dismay with the delivery person I advised I'd take and pay for the food but would still want the 2nd order of egg roll. The "owner" called me and told me they never wanted my business any further after I told him I'd pay but still wanted my 2nd order of egg rolls. If they truly cared for customer service I wouldn't of been spoken to the way he did. Too Bad :-( read more

Amazing service! First of all would just like to say, I wasn't expecting much as I usually go to the mainstream fast food joints like KFC. But I have got to say, I was stunned. I ordered lemon pepper wings and spring rolls during the restrictions of covid and the waiter personally brought me the wings and the spring rolls in a timely manner. Went yesterday and this place should really just be delivery (if open at all). There was so much junk outside of this "restaurant"? that I thought it had closed down. It was not much better inside and very tiny. It would seat about 12 non-claustrophobic people. From your seat you have a scenic view into the liquor store next door via the glass window in the wall seperating the two businesses. The girl who took my order gave me the feeling that I was bothering her by placing my order, even though I was the only customer there. As for the wings...I have had better. The sauces were great (I tried the garlic Parmesan and the teriyaki) but the wings were a bit undercooked for my taste. They come with bone in or out flavors including lemon pepper, old bay, jamaican jerk, buffalo, honey mustard, sweet thai chili, texas bbq, garlic parm ranch, teriyaki, cajun, and more. Wow that was alot huh! They all are very delicious and juicy cuts of chicken. I have eaten here on 3 separate occasions with my wife and all times we have ordered the Buffalo Wacky Wings (Bone-In) and/or the Honey Teriyaki Wings (Bone-In) Both times they were exceptional. It looks like a little whole in the wall, but the food is kickin! Do Not Ever order French Fries! But the Fried Rice was delicious. We are both really really picky eaters so I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the wings and fried rice. This is actually my first Yelp review ever but I figured my experience with this place deserved to be documented. I ordered from Wings & BBQ twice now and both times I've had horrible experiences! The first time was a late night order and I had called ahead and made sure that I wasn't one of those people that order delivery 5 minutes before closing (I work as a server, so I know how annoying it can be to have someone come in literally when you're about to close). The said no, they were open for one more hour. I placed my order and asked how long it would be. They told me no more than an 45 minutes (standard delivery time anywhere you go). I said okay. I waited for over an hour and half before they show up! I had even called after the hour mark and they had said "It's on it's way." Then, when I got the food, the fries were cold, the sauce was incorrect, and the wings were under cooked. I was livid, but I chalked it up to a bad experience and just let it go. I decided I would give them a second chance so I ordered wings again today. I ordered them at 11am. It was 12:15pm when I said "f*** it" and called to cancel the order. I called 4 times and no one picked up the phone. I called a 5th time and someone finally picked up. I told them I no longer wanted my order. They didn't even ask why I didn't want it or anything. Their reply was "Okay" and they hung up on me!!! At 12:40pm I get a call from the delivery guy demanding where I live because he has my order. I tried to tell him nicely that I am sorry he went out of his way but I had already had my order cancelled. He wouldn't listen to me and just kept demanding that I tell him where I live so that he can give me my food, and I kept trying to tell him that I had cancelled the order. When I finally got through to him that I no longer wanted it his response was "Why did you not call and let us know? I drove out here to drop this off!" I was so angry! I responded that I had and it wasn't my fault that the business did not contact him to let him know. All in all, I will NEVER NEVER NEVER order from here again. read more

Will not EVER order from here again...today I took a chance and ordered from here because my favorite wing place does not deliver. I ordered hot lemon pepper wings and fries through eat24 and specified in the notes that I did not want my fries over cooked and I paid for extra sauce on the side. The driver shows up with cold food and the order was being incorrect. I got half hot lemon pepper and half regular lemon pepper with burned fries And no extra sauce on the side (yes the sauce I paid for). I told the driver my order was wrong and even pointed out the specified cooking instructions on the order invoice as well as the extra sauce that I had paid for that was missing, he then called the restaurant (speaking in foreign language) and then looks at me and says "well do you want it or not?" Being that it was my lunch break I obviously didn't have time for a 2nd delivery. And with his nasty attitude of course I didn't want anything else from this place. Fair but not great. I was hoping for a diamond in the rough but only got a bit better than okay. I ordered wings and chicken fried rice. The rice was dry and the chicken pieces were cut too small to telling they were white or dark meat. The wings (lemon pepper), were simply hot wings with a lemon-pepper zest sprinkled on top. this is my 2nd time ordering from them and the food's been great both times! first time, i got hot lemon pepper wings with steamed shrimp dumplings. everything was nice and hot and they delivered much quicker than i expected. the wings were to die for and the dumplings were really tasty and surprisingly filling. this time i got a fried chicken wrap with cajun fries. the seasoning on the fries could be distributed a lil better. some are overly coated and others are bare like they kinda just dumped seasoning on top of the pile but they're still alright. the wrap is ENORMOUS (same size as my head) which is great! it could be a meal on its own. but i did want chipotle ranch sauce and instead, i think they gave me buffalo or that their "chipotle ranch" is just buffalo sauce with very little ranch mixed in. no biggie, though. i still recommend these guys. read more

We order from here fairly often. We've ordered delivery, and also have placed pick-up orders. We are always happy, and the food is always good. When it is delivered, it is always delivered quickly and on time. Also, it is reasonably priced. The only real complaint I have is that their onion rings are not REAL onion rings. read more
