Briant K the manager said he was sorry but they are really busy. I had to return to pick up the food they missed and I paid for. I asked if he could do anything and he said no they are busy. This has been an occasional wing stop for us but today's experience just stepped it up. The place was very clean and well prepared for the requirements of today. The for was very good and well prepared but the service was perfect. Our server Sarah did an excellent job of taking care of our needs in a timely manner without seeming pushy like some servers tend to do. Update, well just when I thought it couldn't get worse than my first visit, well they went and did it. So I was trying to call and place a to go order. That only took 30 minutes, I kept calling and they kept putting me on hold. And then it would disconnect after a while. So I only kept at it cause I told my daughter we would have wings. After eventually getting through, I placed my order. 5 bone in wings (medium), 10 boneless (dry rub cajun) and fries. Let's start my daughter seemed to like hers well enough. However, to say that they boneless wings I ordered where dry rub, is a joke. It was literally, just cajun seasoning. As if they just sprinkled it on there. It was awful, hell it wasn't even good cajun season. It just tasted like salt. The fries were cold and soggy as well. This was a total waste of $23.00. In fact to me $23.00 is a bit much for some chicken and fries. So let me say this. Here's the real problem, it is just another corporate restaurant more concerned with. making money than quality. And that is fine there are plenty of other corporate restaurants that do that. The difference is they serve quality food. You see the Anderson Wings and Rings used to be independently owned. And when it was the food was awesome. The wings were meaty and delicious, the curly fries were awesome, and the gyros were off the charts good. However, since Wings and Rings corporate closed that location and opened their new fancy one well, judging by my reviews you can see what I think. The evening started with a group text to 4 people with the words "Wings tonight?" So we all chose to meet at this location. We were seated and about 11-12 minutes with not a single person to see or greet us, we stopped someone and asked if we could see a server. The person we stopped ended up taking our drink order. At that point and time, a server named Austin began helping us with the delivery of the drinks. Then a frantic person (presumably a manager due to the uniform she wore) who identified herself later as "Mary" stopped by our table and asked if we needed drinks? Our drinks were on our table already. Again, this person was clearly frantic and was speaking to me in a VERY loud manner like 4 inches from my face. I actually said to her "Are you angry at something?" -to which she responded "No, I am just very busy and I happen to talk loud". You think she would get the hint to back off and be a little more appropriate with the tone of her voice but I guess not. So we order an appetizer (nachos) with the frantic manager Mary and we wait, and wait, wait, and wait and wait. A total of 20 minutes and still no nachos. I stop the server who originally helped us (Austin) and asked him about the nachos. He said he would check. Another 5-6 minutes go by and the nachos are delivered. We had to ask at this point for silverware and plates. 5 minutes go by-still no utensils and plates. I walk up to the hostess stand and ask for the utensils and plates-they were wrapping the silverware and gave them to me but said "we don't have any plates". I then walked up to the bar and got my appetizer plates. At this point, Austin walks by and we order another round of beers. The frantic manager Angie delivers the beers about 5 minutes later as we are finishing up our appetizer. She asked us how was the Nachos? I said to her very nicely and calmy "Can I tell you the truth about our experience so far tonight?" And she says VERY loudly and intensely-talking with her hands "You mean how all of us are working to help you tonight?" I said "Would you mind lowering your hands and actually the team work tonight has not been the best and the service so far has been subpar" Instead of apologizing or calmly offering a solution or something that resembled that she cared about her customers and the experience she said "This conversation is done" and walked away. At this point-we got in touch with Austin again and asked for the last round of drinks to be removed from our check as they went to waste and we turned left on Beechmont avenue and spent our money down the street at Buffalo Wild Wings (BW3)-please see the attached picture that is timestamped with the receipts as proof. Service was nonexistent. We waited 15 minutes for a waiter and then ordered carryout using the app. It was 5 minutes more when a waiter showed up at our table. I stopped in for a quick libation. After meeting Sarah, the bartender, she quickly convinced me I needed some grilled wings (I'm on a diet). Service was on point, fast, and accurate. She had a full bar and no one ever had an empty glass. As a seasoned bartender, I was impressed. She was slammed. I don't typically dine at cooperate restaurants because of the processed food. Great all around food, had an amazing time with my friends watching the sports games and sharing a laugh, everything was fine till the end when I got a charge of -$35.83 on my card, which to me was strange since my order was $29 And some change so I added 20% of my total with my total and got what was charged to my card, which shocked me since it wasn't a few change short or a few change more it was on the dime. I brought it up to my waitress and she paused and her hands started shaking and had her manager come over, the manager said that "there wasn't anything charged except my total on the bill" which sounds to me like a cover up as she didn't sound confident in her responses. Just upset as a teenager almost getting cheated out of $10 due to if I didn't get a notification of my bank statement I would've left another tip of $5 or so. Just upsetting. read more

I've been to this location multiple times and I usually have a good experience the food is good and staff is very friendly. Tonight the service was okay and the food was horrible. My husband and I waited to be sat for awhile and then when were sat nobody came up to the table for awhile, plenty of staff looked at us multiple times though. My husband ordered the mvp chicken sandwich and the chicken was raw when we got it. We told the server and she offered to get something else. My husband got a burger instead. We were very shocked that a manager did not come up to us once considering raw chicken was sent out to a customer. We received the check and it was full price. We were upset and told the server it shouldn't be full price and she said she would get her manager. He just took off the burger instead of coming after it got brought to his attention twice. The server did her best with handling the situation. My husband and I both work in the restaurant industry and this is was a huge red flag. An incident like this needed more attention from a manager this is not something that should be looked over. It seemed as if this was not a big deal at all to them. This is the second time in two months we have waited over 10 minutes for a server to acknowledge us. The first time they were a bit busy, so we stayed and waited. Today they were not busy and there were many servers standing around chatting. We got up to leave and only then did the host realize they sat us in a section that the server didn't know was hers. Less than one star. We came in at 9:30pm, stood at the counter for 10 minutes waiting for a table. Waiting for a table while there were only 3 groups in the place at the time. The greeter was walking out of the restaurant to smoke a cigarette as we were walking in to be seated. After that ten minutes, we were seated at our "sanitized table" for nearly 20 minutes while waiters and waitresses served other tables. At this point, it's 10pm. Literally thirty minutes before we even spoke to a waitress. At that point, we ordered a few drinks and were denied because of the alcohol order by tyrannical Mike DeWine. Unfortunately, the waitress and the bartender wouldn't accommodate our requests. When she came back to tell us, we politely declined and left the restaurant. Great wings but horrible service. The immature teenage boys at the hostess stand are useless and very inappropriate. Every time we call in an order for pickup we immediately get sent to hold. When we finally get to place our order, which is nothing special, classic hot and typically a quantity of 25, it takes two to three attempts to get the order right. When picking up the last time I had some clown trying to get me to tell the other kid he looked like Tom Brady. I'm on the hunt for a place with better wings so I don't have to deal with the horrible service any more. **Update** Super Bowl Night: I have to say they've really stepped it up in regards to their customer service. Went last week. It was crowded. There was only 4 in our party. We all ordered wings and it took over an hour to get our food. We asked a server when we could expect our food. They said it was talking longer because on of us ordered the wings well done. Moments later we got our wings and they were hardly warm. We don't normally send food back but we did. They brought the food back and mine had a hotter sauce on them. I know they have only been open for a month but that was bad! We may give them another try some time in the future but I think I'll stick with the mom and pop Craft Wing House for now. read more

Upon arriving, my fiancé and I were informed that it would be a fifteen to twenty minute wait - which I was okay with (I thought that was kind of strange for a Tuesday night and there were clearly open tables indoor and outside, but whatever). Take out was inedible - we waited an extra 35 minutes past the time that it was supposed to be ready and I am not sure for what since everything that was supposed to be hot was cold and the three salads were so warm and drenched in dressing they were inedible.
