We arrived at 6p to an average evening crowd and were quoted 30 minutes to get a table. It ended up taking 60 minutes. Further, we then waited about 15-20 minutes for a server to greet us. Multiple times we were told about issues with the kitchen and how everyone was having to slow service and tables because the kitchen couldn't handle it. We looked around and by the time we sat down after 7p half the restaurant was empty! We finally got (some) of our food around 8p which was a bizarre mix of appetizers and entrees that were very lukewarm. The presentation and concept is great and we really enjoyed the beers.
