We had the worst service tonight in the bar. We were there for 2+ hours and saw our server 1 time. We had to ask another server to assist in getting us refills, additional food orders and a To-go order. The waitress who assisted us was phenomenal! While we were checking out, we heard the bartender saying I better get the tip from that table. To top the night off, I had to go to the kitchen and ask about my To-go order, which we waited 40 minutes for. The kitchen didn't have it, but promptly made it for us. Second time in 2 weeks they did me wrong. Last week, they dint put the lid to a ranch side on right...leaked the bag on the trip home. Had to pay for that. This week (tonight), we got there only to find out the wings were not naked as ordered. The server told me they would be remade. Got my wings and got home only to find they did NOT remake them, only tried to get the bbq sauce off. Traditional wings are outstanding...personal favorite of the lime dry rub. I've sat in the bar and in the restaurant, it's typically a busy place, but I see it getting better and better the longer they are open. overall food quality is ok, better then BW's for sure. I enjoy the option of trying their different sauces as you can split your sauce options on an individual order. Sauces appear to be in-house made. I go to this place regularly. Their food is pretty good - 'especially like the Asian Zing sauce. Tonights order was a disappointment. I ordered boneless wings- half asian zing and half medium sauce. They sauced the asian zing but the medium wings were naked. They marked the box "medium" but didn't sauce the wings. Given that medium sauce is bright red how do they miss this? Also, I usually order their fried mushrooms because they're so good - juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. Now, they've changed their mushrooms - they're total crap! When I opened the box I thought they mistakenly gave me fried pickle chips. The new mushrooms are sliced thin and hard as rocks! You taste no mushroom - just fried breading. I think I'll take a break from this place for a while. I don't like when restaurants change things they've had on their menu forever and don't tell their customers. My husband ordered the pulled pork sandwich with their "famous" sauce. Guess what, the food arrived all pork and bun... No sauce. How do you mess up a pulled pork sandwich? As soon as we set down the hostess took our drink order and immediatly the drinks came out by the waiter. Great! She then wanted to take our order and we had just sat down so we never got a chance to look at the menu. Told her we would need more time and she came back 2 minutes later, so we felt a little rushed. No biggie tho. While we were eating the waiter was cleaning the table behind us had way to much in her hands and lost control and threw water all over the young lady I was with. She apologized, but the water was all over her, in her drink and in food and she never mentioned getting her a new drink or food or comping her meal.
