In fact, it surpassed all expectations ! Somehow, they managed to cook a rilleno inside a nicely browned omelet with soft egg on the inside. Topped with melted cheese and salsa verde. Ooey gooey heaven. Oh, and made to order hash browns served with tortillas and salsa roja for wrapping everything up into a delicious breakfast burrito if desired. Hot sauce not required. All salsa is homemade with great texture, rich flavor, and perfectly spicy. My husband ordered the chilaquiles rancheros - and he ate them so quickly, I didn't get a taste! I didn't pay too much attention if there was booth options or just open tables, but either way it was pretty spacious, bathrooms were easy to find, and the place itself was easy to navigate through. Sounds weird, but some places are super cramped and somewhat confusing. Place was chill. Service was good, food was good, price can't comment - was a paid company lunch, and location was convenient, right inside the Morongo casino.
