I've been coming to this location for over 20 years. The name has changed a few time and I'm assuming the ownership as well. I come here 2-3 times a month with a buddy who comes here 2 times a week. I always order the same thing. Philly cheesesteak, and it's almost always on point. I'm not a picky person at all and almost always let things go. Tonight I order the same as usual. When the food got there both me and my buddy said the same thing. "Wow that's a lot of cheese" I ate half the sandwich when I had to call it quits. There was so much cheese on there I couldn't taste the meat. I told the waitress and she said I'll talk to the manager. 20 minutes later she brings the check and says I could only take 10% off. Now I wasn't looking for something free. I did eat half of it. The part that made me upset is that no one cared. I manage a place that has more guest come through in an hour then this place does in a day. I do table visits often and if there's any issue what so ever with the food we serve I make it right. Management at this place couldn't care less. Apparently checking up on my complaint was to much for him. When we left my buddy saw the manager sitting down with other people having a good time. I was gonna go up and talk to him but figured he just don't care about his guest and walked out. I grew up 5 minutes from this place and now drive 20 minutes to come here. My favorite wing spot locally. Whenever I dine in, the soda always seems to be flat and not cold. That would probably be my main complaint.

We have coming to this restaurant since I was a little girl. I still remember the plastic red chairs and red light fixtures. The food is still delicious, service is excellent, and the manager has introduced himself to us and spoken to us many times. The staff is friendly and eager to help. This was a return visit after vowing never to return. Then I received a massage from Weston Wings saying they just there the new owners and they've totally refurbished the restaurant. They did and it's a 100% turnabout. Totally refurbished, new booths , tables, wall treatment and flat screen. The wings were great. I know my wings, they are the best around. Service was excellent and friendly. If you haven't been there in awhile, make it a point to stop in. You won't be disappointed. My wife and grandson are now fans of Weston Wings. We stopped into this place last minute before our movie. Our waitress Brittany was very friendly and attentive to us. She was very friendly and had a warm smile. My husband , son and I were reading the reviews as we were sitting at the table and not sure what to expect with both service and quality of food. Both turned out really good- nothing like the reviews below. The boneless chicken wings were very tender, not dry and the sauce was very good. We ordered the Blue Cheese dressing as suggested by one of the reviews below and it was a good choice. Very good- totally recommend it. The atmosphere was very traditional. The restaurant was pretty clean. They have a room in the back for parties with a big screen TV. The only complaint I have and why I wouldn't give it a 5 star was the bill. Don't come here. Incompetent, untrained, and servers who barely speak English. Our server messed up our order TWICE. I can forgive once, but twice...? And she messed up the same thing. When you ask for boneless wings and get served bone in wings twice.. there's a problem. Especially at a WINGS restaurant. So then of course by this point we're irritated so we go up to the counter and the manager/lead server/whoever he was who speaks good English, fixes it and brings us the correct order... but then doesn't do anything else. Every waitress has a terrible attitude and the work ethic lacks. I have experienced everything from: 1. getting the cops called on me because I did not want to pay an 18% forced gratuity. 2. getting called a "s*** person" from a drunk customer at the bar while the staff just sat back and did nothing. 3. putting up with lazy waitresses that fail to give refills and provide basic customer service. 4. experiencing a staff worker tell a 13 year old that "AC costs money" while the kid held the door open for his friends. Very disappointing!!! For being a "wings" place, i was expecting great wings, but it was the opposite, very small, dried, burned wings that i can make better ones at home with frozen Tyson wings. Other than disappointing wings, the service was also terrible, unfriendly staff, never came to check on us, over charged us for everything, she offered us to try some sauces and than charged us for every one of them ( after offering us to "try" ), kept us thirsty for a long time because she never came back to offer us refils, just disappointing, i came from far way and i'm sure never returning. At the check out place, the cashier never asked us how was everything, and she had a mad face at all times, so i never had a chance to share with them the terrible service i had. Made be a bit concerned about the food...but not to worry.....wing were delicious! We ordered 15 wings, 8 lemon pepper, 7 medium. The wings came out quickly and super hot. Lemon pepper were crisp and delish, though a tad salty, but that is just the nature of lemon pepper wings. My son ordered medium buffalo, which he found to be more hot than medium, but he said they were very good.
