Very nice wings. It's nice, and rare for most wing places, that this place uses enough sauce on their wings. The wings are wet yet just a little crispy. The sauce is quite delicious. The French fries are terrible, limp, undercooked, and not worth eating. It's better to get food to go here, so if you're looking for a place to eat and relax this is not the best bet. Wings place...obviously. ordered teriyaki and lemon pepper combo with fries. Flavor: teriyaki was the slightly sweet and not salty type so it was the exact type that I liked. Although I didn't ask for the sauce to be all in the bottom of my bag. Lemon pepper was just right. I thought it was going to be dry but it was somewhere right in between. Since it was my first time eating here, I didn't ask for crispy wings, but I should have...they weren't crispy enough for me. Jan. 29, 2019 Wings Mania on Columbia Dr. Decatur, GA After I ordered my food at the drive thru there was a man on my right trying to cross in front of my car. I let him cross but I noticed he was coming from a Roto Rooter Plumbing Company van. Once I approached the window I asked the lady what type of issues they were having on the inside of the restaurant. FYI, understand that there was a language barrier where I couldn't understand her. She continued to give me my total for the food and continuously reached her hand out for payment. Again I asked the question "what type of issues are you having on the inside of the restaurant for Roto Rooter to be there?" At this point she got so upset with my question that she slammed the window in my face and loudly speaking in her language to someone on the inside. A gentleman came to the window and answered my question. I informed him of her nasty attitude and he apologized. I recently became a customer to this establishment but now I refused to give anyone my money who treats me like this. We must do better people! If you want to continue to serve this or any other community you need to polish up on your customer service skills. It was only a question @Wings Mania. You don't deserve my money or my patriotism! I will never come back to this place. So unorganized! First time there and will be the last. I order their wings combo, paid for it and ask how long will it take? The young lady told me 10-15 mins. I said cool, i need to run across the street to Walmart and will return to pick up my order in 15 mins. The Asian guy quickly stopped me to make sure i had my receipt. The young lady told him she gave it to me and i showed him my receipt. I left and came back 15 mins later. The Asian guy asked for my ticket number on the receipt. He goes to look for my order and tells me it's already checked out. I told him that's a lie. He clearly stopped me as i was leaving to make sure i had my receipt after i told them i will be back in 15 mins. He didn't say anything. So i asked him what happened to my order? Well, they gave my order to the wrong customer. I was hungry as hell and wasn't in the mood to wait for them to redo my order. He said it will take one min. How is that when y'all told me it will be 10-15 min when i first place my order??? Since he didn't want to accommodate for their mistake, i told them to refund my money and will go somewhere else. He had an attitude and refunded my money. I went to American Deli instead. At least, They didn't mess up my order. Last time was there, the cashier/server had on a top that showed her belly and it was hairy!!!OMG...Can someone say that is not a good look when serving people!!! i ordered single wings (lemon pepper/honey garlic pepper) and a combo (dry ranch/hot honey garlic pepper). wings were okay and fried rice was eh. wait time, like everyone else says is long, which i expected because they were a little busy. got there at 10:40 and didn't leave until about 11:20, they close at 11:30 and people were still walking in. they don't make your food till you get there even if you call in (which i did and was told 10 minutes), so it's at least fresh. CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS. the guy at the counter has a bad attitude. tonight i realized that the price difference between wings only and the wing combo was about .50 cents, i asked could i add the side and just pay the difference since my order hadn't been made, the girl at the counter couldn't really understand what i was saying but he was on the phone and he just kept saying no, i had to order separately which was $3.99. needless to say, i still waited another 15 mins for my food so i was a little annoyed. okay food for the price, but the service makes you want to consider one of the other thousand wing places in atlanta. read more
