wings over columbus is a great place to get your wing fix.... they serve portions by the LB... and thats always comforting... as ive ben to resturants before where the wings were sold by quantity- and i learned the hard way.. not all wings are created equally sized.. the menu options are named after various fighter jets- and bombers...its slightly confusing.. but there is a brief discription so shouldent be to much of an issue... i tried the afterburner sauce..as i was told it was "a little hotter than the cruising altitude sauce"... well if it is slightly hotter- then the cruising sauce must be slightly higher.. than the average cruising altitude because it was spicey.. and made my lips tingle.. wich wasnt all to bad. overall great spot.. and would be GREAT for a large buckeye tailgate party as they have huge party options... read more

The Food here is great, but the customer service is lacking. I ordered my usual over the phone, a Jamaican Jerk Fried Chicken Wrap, no tomato. The employee didn't repeat back my order, but that didn't bother me. Jamaican Jerk doesn't sound like any other flavor and there was nothing complex about my request. When my wrap got to me, I discovered that it was "plain" aka no flavor, no sauce, just a piece of chicken in a tortilla. Who orders that? I called and asked politely if they could send out some Jamaican Jerk sauce, since they screwed up my order, and they spent my phone conversation insisting that I was to blame and making excuses as to why they couldn't just send me some sauce. I ended up getting a $2.00 credit to my account. I already paid 8 for the sauceless wrap and I'm not exactly sure what $2.00 does for me. I'm pretty upset and pretty sure I won't be ordering from them again anytime soon. read more

Boneless wings are the best. Fries with Cajun seasoning are good addition. Delivery is fast. I think wings are never frozen and that's what contributes to the taste. read more

As far as taste is concerned its 5 stars. The boneless chicken wings are the best I have ever had (Honey BBQ is my favorite). I eat here probably once every 2 or 3 weeks. The only issue is that it's kind of expensive. If you want a lot of food for cheap this might not be the best spot. The wings are more pricey here then most other places on/around campus. On a second chance, the place is still ran by a bunch of cheap dicks. After attempting to order 50$ worth of food and receiving some of the worst service I've ever encountered in my life, they refused not pile the order of fries on my burger essentially ensuring that my family's food is soggy. As i order there multiple times a month they them proceed to call me a liar even though I assure them they've been doing it for me for months. I have call logs and receipts, and pictures. The food isn't worth having to deal with the joke behind the register that is rude as all hell, or the manager that will call you a liar. Hopefully I can get in touch with corporate to let them know how this location is being ran. What a joke. read more

A coworker and I ordered a sandwich at 10:40pm and it was supposed to have been delivered at 11:05. They are usually good with their service but tonight they have the worst service. I call at 11:15 and asked if they where on their way and the girl told me that the driver was leaving now. I called again at 11:30 because they are only 5 min away from our place of business and the same girl told me that they have GPS and he was outside getting ready to call and it is 11:45 and they are still not here. My co-worker called and then they told her that they voided our order because we didn't answer the phone. I told her we have a switchboard where there are a lot of lines, you call and come to Select Hospital ALL if the time, there is a security guard at the door and we called twice already. They voided our order, so I called back to order a pick up. The lady I was talking to, I guess couldn't take my order but put some guy on the phone who said he was the manager and asked if he could help me. Out of frustration I said No, there is nothing you can do for me. So I won't be ordering from there anymore. read more

Great service and a great flavor of wings. I'd put them over BW3's wings here in Columbus. I had the honey barbecue with a side of ranch and it was great. Fills you up and gives Columbus a great place to go for Wings. Definitely recommend to anyone I speak to about wings in Columbus. read more

This place is a joke! Their wings aren't that good at all. You can tell they are having financial trouble also since they have had to expand their delivery area from what they originally did and their delivery times take forever. Don't go here unless you have no other option for late night food. I would recommend Bdubs or Wings Xtreme out on Franz Rd in On the Rocks. read more

If there was 0 stars I would select that for poorly made food and HORRIBLE customer service. I am a repeat customer of Wings Over in Athens Ohio and Columbus Ohio and have always had a great experience. Tonight 1/21/2017 I picked up a carry out order from the Wings Over Columbus location. I ordered 1lb of boneless wings, 10 bone in wings and fries. The food was inedible. The fries were stale and hard the wings were completely over cooked, and the boneless wings were like mush. I called Wings Over Columbus back to tell them about my experience. I spoke with multiple employees then after 15 minutes of waiting I finally spoke to "the manager". After explaining my situation again, he said the best thing they could do was offer a 10 dollar store credit after spending almost 40$ on food we could not even eat. After stating that I was a multi year customer and this was my first bad experience, the supposed manager said that they would rather lose my future business before giving me "free food". He explained that they were busy and acted like my call was a big hassle. He made it apparent that he didn't have time for my call nor did he care at all about anything I was talking about. They never offered to remake the food, said I had to bring back my food to prove how much I ate, which is a 20 minute drive from my home. I have never had worse customer service or treated the way I was from anyone in the service industry. I am extremely frustrated with my experience and do not think anyone should be treated the way I was. Whoever decided to appoint these people as managers needs to seriously rethink there decision. read more

When I've ordered by phone and drove to the site to pick up the order, the staff was the most rude I have ever found. I did this twice and got the same response....no "thank you" or anything. They gave me the impression I was doing them a favor by ordering from them. I recently decided to order online and was given the message that the order would be delivered by 25-35 minutes. By 40 minutes the order had not been delivered. I called, spoke with a manger, and learned that my order was one of three being delivered at the same time and I was told that mine would probably be the last of the three delivered. I expressed concerns that it would be cold by then and was curtly told I could decline the order or they could place a new order......meaning another 25-35 minute wait. I cancelled the order. I consider the wings from this place average; however, with the service (or lack of), this "restaurant" is subpar. Three strikes and they're out! read more

AWFUL customer service. I've been ordering from them since 2013 and the wings are usually very good, but I've noticed that recently, they've been starting to go downhill. I was willing to try it again tonight and everything was fine but whoever packed my order forgot to pack my sauces.....so I called and was offered a credit. When I tried to redeem the credit, the woman I spoke to became really defensive and refused to honor the credit. I was then transferred to a "manager" who literally HUNG UP ON ME after saying "I'm not having this conversation anymore." I called back and after speaking to the same woman again (who refused to transfer me again), I spoke to the same "manager" Nate, who basically told me that he hung up on me because he wanted to show me that "you can't get what you want in life by yelling." Dude. I didn't get what I ORDERED AND PAID for, and now you're refusing to give me a refund or redeliver my food. I was then accused of LYING (OVER SOME CHEESE SAUCE) and "calling his senior employee a stupid bitch." I've never been so mad or so offended by a MANAGER working in CUSTOMER SERVICE. As a woman, I would never call another woman a "stupid bitch"especially when she wasn't even the one who messed up my order in the first place. But, he flat out told me, "She's my senior employee and I'm going to believe my *SENIOR* employee over you." He then proceeded to hang up on me after I told him he was being really rude and unprofessional. I am livid. These people cannot handle any criticism and do not understand AT ALL what CUSTOMER SERVICE IS about. Seriously, you don't have to believe that "the customer is always right" but you do have to treat them with respect and fully deliver on what they were promised (and paid for). I will never be ordering from this place again and I really hope that you guys think twice before ordering from them. It's really not worth it. read more

I never really liked wings all that much until my boyfriend made me try them from Wings Over. They have the best wings I have ever tasted and I found myself with another food addiction, I order them at least once a week. The wings are well cooked with a lot of meat, they aren't dry, over cooked, or greasy like some other places. There is a wide variety of sauces; my favorite is the Honey BBQ, it's both sweet and tangy, full of flavor and a great choice for people who don't like really hot sauces. The waffle fries and onion rings are crisp and flavorful, they actually give you what you order with them unlike other places that cut them so small that pretty much all you taste is oil and batter. The delivery is always fast and the wings arrive hot, great for late night study food on campus. I have never been disappointed with their food or their prices and I highly recommend ordering from them over anywhere else. After trying wings over I have never entered a BW3 again and I'm quite sure I never will. read more
