WOH, is a good setup and concept. I mean it's wings. But they DID NOT deliver. The wing flavors we had were good. But the chicken was severely overcooked. We politely sent them back for a better batch. Second, batch was just as overcooked. We tried their fried pickles which were very light but decent. On to the dipping sauces(ranch and blue cheese) Ranch was the runniest ranch I've ever tasted and it was kraft brand which is cheap. The blue cheese was a little better but cheap in quality. First time at this location. Did walk-in order Didn't start off good. Several employees looking at me, "like did you need some help".??? One employee said he would be right with me. Walked over to another table and took their order. Waited about about 5 mins. When friendly KEVIN appeared from kitchen. He promptly took my order with a smile. Even offered a drink while I waited. 12 mins later I was set to go. Got 2-10pc of wings, waffle fries and regular FF. And some Fried M&C. Total with tip was $53.46 Hubby got bone out, I got bone in. The favors were very good. Garlic Parm/BBQ and Lemon Pepper. The waffles ff and Reg ff were cold by the time I drove my 8 mins home. The Fried M&C had creamy gooey center. The breaded was really favorable. They have typical bar food. Next time we'll try a burger, or sandwich with dine in. Overall, the atmosphere seemed to be very relaxed. Food was okay. Service needs some help. We saw some of our food under the heat lamps and asked if we can have our appetizer (chips and queso) and asked about our food our server told us they hadn't started on our wings when it had already been 20 minutes. My chicken sandwhich and onion rings were also there under the heat lamp. Once our food came out the onion rings were already soggy and cold. Not sure what happened they had an Expo by the food. Maybe service will be better in a couple of months. read more

Don't understand the name in that they have a varied menu.. but guess wings are the staple.. seems wing prices are expensive in order to get enough to get full by what I saw next to me .. I had salad with salmon ; wife had burger. Both were good but not outstanding... service was friendly . Wife and i had lunch there Saturday,the establishment was very clean and had great atmosphere. We ordered fried mushrooms for an appetizer and they were amazing with really good dipping sauce. My wife ordered patty melt with fries and the burger itself tasted as if it came off of a charcoal grill it was very good and the fries were perfectly cooked ! I ordered marinated steak tacos and they were very tasty ! The service there was very tentative and our server Paulina did an excellent job , you could tell that she loved her job! Wings Over Heath is an absolute delight compared to nearby small restaurants. It has a great, diverse menu with wings obviously, but also hotdogs, burgers, tacos, salads. They have an excellent cocktail menu. Most importantly for families, the outdoor area has lots of shade and foosball, basketball, shuffleboard and air hockey. We sat at the bar where we were helped primarily by Annie, but the entire bar staff helps everyone actually. All the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and fun. We got a platter of wings with 4 different sauces (all were great!) and salmon tacos. I got a pear margarita and my husband a Guinness. I'll go back for the tacos and pear margarita every time. I was really happy to see hot dogs on the menu, because you don't often see them at restaurants. My only complaint was they did have a regular hot dog or chili cheese hot dog, but these are minor concerns obviously. This restaurant replaced another that was only open a hot minute. I'm SO happy a great spot opened so close to our house and I'm sure we'll be regulars. Definitely recommend! read more

We love seeing another restaurant come to Heath! The first few times we did have a little wait but that's expected with a brand new restaurant!! We love the drinks, the wings (honey garlic is so good) and their patty melt! Their fries are great (both waffle & regular) & they have some pretty good happy hour specials! Likely too early in opening to assess. Nice atmosphere that was totally spoiled by another patron going off on someone on his phone. Luckily we were able to move to another table away from the disruption. Our waitress was young and it was obvious she had no service experience. Ordering was difficult but finally accomplished. Had to prompt waitress to retrieve beer order from bar after 10 minutes. Food was passable. Wing sauce was okay but very salty. Onion "rings" were actually greasy pieces piled together in a plate. We wanted this place to be good. We tried it twice- once for takeout burgers and the other to dine in. The burgers were dry and the fries had a coating that masked the flavor. Had the chicken fried chicken during our dine in. The chicken was dry and salty. The gravy was salty with the consistency of mayonnaise. The mashed potatoes were cold. The green beans were the best part of the dish. Our service was good, but we realized of the 15 people in the place on a Wednesday evening, all but two were at the bar drinking and not eating. About 8 people were on the patio with children playing games. A quick view of the patio showed a lot of plates had uneaten food. I think this place will last about as long as its predecessor restaurant - Anchor Seafood which was only in business about a year. read more

We saw this place open a couple months ago and decided to try it. Went on a Wednesday night at about 6 PM. Place was moderately busy, clientele mixed ages from children to seniors. The atmosphere was congenial, lots of screens and games showing, and the restaurant clean. I was relieved the place wasn't too loud. We were seated promptly in our choice of booth or table. Our server took our drink order and offered an appetizer, which we passed on; we asked for more time to look at the menu for our main selections, so our server got our drinks. We cannot comment on the quality of the bar service because we just had soft drinks. We ordered loaded brisket nachos, an order of ten wings, and the Frisco patti melt. The nachos came first, almost as if we had ordered them as an appetizer. Really good nachos, generous portion, spicy creamy sauce, pico, and plenty of brisket, but definitely an appetizer and not a main dish. On the wings, an order of ten allows for two flavors. There are three levels of heat on the menu: mild, medium, and spicy, with different flavors at each level, some wet, some dry rub. We ordered the lemon pepper dry rub, which is mild, and a Hawaiian Hot, which comes saucy and at medium heat. We were offered either blue cheese or ranch, and carrots and celery as accompaniments. Wings are offered bone-in or boneless; we chose bone-in and asked for all flats, which we got with no hassle. The wings were *excellent*--hot and fresh, good-sized, tender and juicy, flavorful, and exactly as the menu describes. The burger was offered with fries or onion rings; we chose the fries. The fries were lightly battered, crispy, and lots of them. The burger was also very good, juicy, tasty, well-dressed with onions and condiments. Service was overall good. You can tell it's a new place, and the crew is learning. With us, they were prompt and courteous. Our server, nice guy with a dashing goatee, was knowledgeable, prompt with his offers of options, and kept the refills coming without me having to ask for them. The food came out quickly and piping hot, which is a big plus for me. The one hitch is they use a portable to process the credit card payments, likely one per server. So if your server happens to have another table paying right then, you have to wait and that wait depends on how fast another customer is, not how fast or efficient your server is. The busier the place gets, the more this will be an issue. And given the quality and the location, Wings Over Heath should expect to get busy! read more

All the sides are ok, the set up is goid, but the reason for going, wings, were a bit dry and greatly under seasoned. We got to rubs and hadto ask for more rub as we couldn't tell which was what and the waitress even said, "I can't tell which ones are which neither look like there have anythibg on them." Bartenderess, was busy flirting with some men, and the day manager didn't seem focused on operations. On a good note, the ambiance was perfect for a good sports bar. Sat at bar until our table was ready, which bartender was great!! Sat at our table for 20 minutes before asking wait staff if we had a waiter, which we were told no one was assigned to our table. Once we had a waitress she was great as well! Waited over hour for food, not all was brought out at the same time, 10-15 minutes apart. Wings were cold and chewy (which all 4 of us ordered), sent back and asked for our bill. From what I was told it was because of all the Uber Eats and Door Dash orders as to why it was taking so long, someone turned off the online to go orders, but then someone turned it back on. Stopped at Taco Bell on the way home for food. I understand the restaurant is new, but it's March Madness on a Saturday night and this is a wing place, come on get it together and prepare for this!! Maybe need to shadow a manager at Hooters or Buffalo Wild Wings to learn how to handle a big crowd and online orders at the same time. On the positive: All wait staff that I had an encounter with had a smile and were very helpful. Bartender, did not catch her name, was very nice and very attentive to all customers at the bar. Every time I get food from Wings over Heath I order food for about 6-8 people, so when they mess up a very simple order for the second time, you can imagine my disappointment. My sister CANNOT eat cheese whatsoever. It makes her very sick. The first time I ordered from Wings over Heath I was very specific and simple. This was about 2-3 weeks ago. Just bacon and lettuce on the burger. No onions, no tomatoes, no cheese. They somehow managed to put everything I said not to put, on the burger. When I went to go explain the situation I feel as if I was very patient, as I understand how frustrating the food industry can be. A woman who I'm not sure was the manager or not was very rude to me, refusing a refund, and even SNATCHING the box holding the burger out of my hands, stating she would give me a remake and nothing else. She even rolled her eyes at some point at me, even though I thought I was being reasonable and was being as understanding as I could. I didn't get her name but she had dark hair and was behind the host stand, maybe mid 30's. Again, not sure if she's a manager. I asked what she was going to do with the burger, and she said throw it away. What a waste. For a while the whole interaction threw me, and I wasn't sure how I felt about going back. But just yesterday I decided I would give it another try. So I put in an order for 7 people. Total came out to 141. Again, I told the hostess NO CHEESE on the burger, because my sister cannot eat cheese. Just bacon and lettuce. It was comical at that point because they put cheese and did not put lettuce. My sister could not eat it. They definitely need to work on this, as it's really disappointing. read more
