I could go on, but I'll stop with the mention of THE MONTEREY. I am a disgusting human because I loved and still love the Monterey wrap from Pacific Wraps. I am even more disgusting because sometimes I would sub in CRISPY (read: fried) chicken instead of the grilled. Let's talk about how perfectly pedestrian this piece is regardless: chicken, cheddar, bacon, rice, and ranch all wrapped up together in a delicious, delicious gut-bomb of a thing. If they are out of a particular item, they are very good at suggesting alternatives. Sometimes you get one worker who just really, really, has no idea how to wrap a wrap. When my grilled chicken sandwich finally arrived, I discovered they'd forgotten the lettuce, and the chicken itself was chewy. My mother's burger was simply "okay." Overall, the experience felt overpriced for the quality received. The lack of attentiveness from our server, who never once checked on our food if it was tasting good or not, only added to our dissatisfaction.
