Wings used to be 4 to 5 star but now there going down hill. The food is still good quality and quantity but the service is now all teenage rude kids and most aren't able to understand English literally and physically. I ordered a hanger 1 half sweet chili light sauce and half mustang ranch with blue cheese. I received all heavily sauced sweet chili and ranch dressing. After that duck up she started saying order for josh is ready! The name it was under is Shawn and the sad part is I was the only person in the building! Wing Over Worcester has horrible customer service, I have ordered delivery from them multiple times and it almost always takes over an hour for the food to arrive. The most recent time they gave me the wrong flavor of fries and they wanted me to wait for the next driver so I could exchange them. Not acceptable. Advertises delivery but only delivers in a very small area around their location. I was prepared to order about $75 worth of food. I live about 6 miles away. Would not deliver. We ordered online and payed with card but when the driver came he said that they hadn't been paid for and we needed to use a different method of payment. Not having cash we tried 3 different cards all of which were "declined" despite having the right info and being cards which we use daily. The driver was completely unhelpful and the woman on the other end of the phone became passive aggressive as if she was the only one frustrated. In the end after waiting 35 minutes for the wings and spending another 20 trying to find cash and use other cards the driver took the wings and left. SO GOOD. I have these every time I go back, and they really are the best wings I've ever had. The fries, as other people have noted, are pretty awful. Limp, flavorless and wet. Not even soggy, just wet, like they were cooked and then dipped in water. So don't bother with the fries. But I sometimes get a huge order, 120 wings, or 6 lbs of boneless, to feed 15 or 20 people and I would advise calling in with a generous lead time. But for anything less than that, the service has always been fairly fast. Can't beat the price, either... Oh, I really, really love these wings. read more

I order at least once a month, if not closer to weekly. I love ordering from this place when I got the money to spare, the waffle fries are awesome, the boneless wings with all the variety of flavors is amazing, and the ribs are really good. The cheese they have as a side gives a weird after taste though and wouldn't recommend downing it all by yourself. Other than that, all their food is pretty much great, and by far have the quickest delivery. I do wish they would have more coupons out there, since their site has a spot for coupons, or some sort of rewards system. read more

I'm here every single week. Order the same thing every single time. Hangar 1 with honey bbq sauce, ranch dressing and regular fries. By far my favorite place for boneless chicken wings. No one in Worcester, scratch that. No one in central Mass has better chicken wings than Wings Over Worcester. The food is not cheap but it is overall very generously portioned. I come here every single week because it has basically become a routine for me that I cannot skip because I enjoy their food so much. He was more than courteous and had a private conference with his staff members involved. I was then offered a free meal worth about $30 for the inconveniences. Sick and tired of them changing what they offer on the menu. Every time I come for the blackened Cajun they are not doing it. Also now they are picking and choosing what sides they are offering. I am an avid Wings Over fanatic and regular customer, but today I went there with a friend and I wasn't really hungry so opted to try the broiled chicken wrap. Wors mistake of my Wings career. It was inedible! The chicken was chewy as leather, The wrap was 200% to big for the amount of "Chicken" that was in it. Needless to say I am officially done being a Wings customer. I hear Wing It Up is better and there is no way the customer service can get worse that Wings Over so Wings over you need a recheck on your customer service. Last time I ordered you never showed up. Good food, BUT tonight was the second time that we were missing items from our order.. when we called to ask for either a refund or for the items to be sent we got put on hold and then eventually got hung up on. Called back... put on hold again....got disconnected (on their end) again!.... Called back and told them not to me on hold, explained what happen and she said the items were on the way. I was delighted when the girl on the phone assured me that they do serve unbreaded wings, so I placed my order: Hanger 1 with bones, unbreaded, with red alert sauce and a can of coke. I then jumped in my car and took the 25 minutes drive to Worcester. The whole way my stomach was growling as I thought about thiose delicious unbreaded wings. When I got to WoW there was only one person in line. I waited my turn, paid for my wings, and quickly grabbed a seat at an open table. But to .my dismay, the girl on the phone lied....the wings were breaded. So what did I get for my 25 minute drive to Worcester? Breaded wings that I didn't want and saugy fries. I've been eating here for more than 7years now. They alway been great, even a few years back my bro worked for them and it was awesome. But lately I don't think they care as much. Tonight, as usual, I called in to just order two CHICKEN caesar salads full size. I specifically asked if she had them she said yes. I got no chicken on anyone. I know it's late and people make mistakes and things happen. I won't die because there is no chicken. But I am just frustrated that every time I order (at anytime of day) they always mess something up. ALSO, sometimes the quality of the food is questionable, like they toss the chicken on bread w a slice of lettuce and send it off. No flavor and just a mess. At the very least I would expect they're staff to be friendly, but always, every time I call the girl on the phone is either very monotone, rude, annoyed at me, or all 3 combined. I feel she hates her job and doing her job. The delivery guys are very sweet tho, I always tip them cause I know how hard it is and the food can be good when they have the right staff on!
