This place is overly expensive for no reason. The staff have very poor customer service skills. When we walked in, we weren't greeted. When we walked up, we also weren't greeted. I said hello, how are you and both the cashiers looked at me like no one has ever asked them how they are before. I ordered the 2 tender and 6 wings combo. I was able to pick 2 flavors, so I picked the Cajun and the garlic Parmesan... didn't find out they were both dry rub until my order came out. This combo came with waffle fries and a soda.. definitely not with $18.. we also ordered the 6 piece tender combo which came with waffles fries and a soda as well for $15. The 6 piece tender combo were great, however the wings were not. They were undercooked and unflavored... my first bite into the wings and it was still pink! This place was definitely not worth the hype. Highly do not recommend and won't be back again. Stay away from this place. Super unsanitary too and the tables and seats were sticky. Didn't even finish our food. I threw my 2 tender and 6 piece wings out the moment I took my first bite. read more

These wings were a bit over priced already, heard they got new management and now after their new menu was deployed these wings look to be the price of gold now. Especially the boneless wings which are probably the most expensive thing there which have been renamed "Tenders" and are quite the luxury with the price tag they hold now. Wicked Wings provided me with wings that taste nearly the same or maybe a little bit better, and my orders are never dried from them and are so much cheaper, unfortunately they close early compared to Wings Over. Wings Over uses these warming pads to keep the order warm and sometimes they forget to take them off which ends up drying the chicken and fries out while they wait for pickup so I recommend going there directly yourself to order and take them immediately. I figured out they use sweet baby rays sauce and it took me several tries but I found out how to recreate them at home by letting them soak in the sauce after frying the chicken in a wok. read more

I'm sorry, I've always kept to myself when it comes to reviews of food establishments because I've worked in them. Every time I order from Wings I always tell myself it's the last. This is finally the last time. They never get the order right, things you pay for are always left out, you get the wrong flavors, wrong sizes. There are other wing places in Worcester or any pizza shop that carries them are a far step beyond this place. Do yourself a favor and avoid Wings at all cost. I love love love wings over Worcester so much however today left little to be desired . Generally I get the web hangar 2 and split it with my husband with plenty , however each flavor had exactly 3-4 pieces of chicken and the fries were the small bits at the bottom of the bag or basket or however they are made . We are finished and still hungry which is never the case BUT what the worst part about the whole experience is the girl at the front counter called me a B***H in Spanish thinking I didn't know what it meant being Caucasian and all I asked was to purchase an extra cheese sauce . The last 3 times I've been here they've messed up my order one time I asked for hot Buffalo received regular (not spicy) Buffalo the most recent time I asked for 9 wings they gave me like 7 and had the audacity to include tender shavings (basically just breading in very thin slices no meat just breading ) not to mention the wings are always soggy and sometimes not even covered in sause properly. Wings used to be the place to go, it used to be the best of the best. That is not even close to being true anymore. Today I purchased almost $100 worth of wings for me and 3 friends. 90% of each of our meals were completely inedible and went directly into the trash. I went to Wings over today and didn't really pay much attention to my dairy allergy. I mean, it's chicken wings. The girl behind the counter offered me a sample of a dry rub wing and I realized it was breaded, so I inquired. I was told it had dairy. So I ordered something else. For the record, I got Golden BBQ, Honey BBQ and sweet onion BBQ. Mouth watering amazing. But the delicious wings aren't the basis for the 5 stars. Ray is. Ray, the manager, showed the girl, who seemed new, a chart on the wall that had all the allergy info and went over what had dairy and what didn't. I asked if the sweet onion was dairy free so Ray brought the sauce container to me and read off the ingredients to make sure I could eat everything in it...which I could. Then, Ray brought the cook out and told him, not in front of me but I was in earshot, to use new gloves and different bowl/utensils when making my order to save from any cross contamination. Then once my order was complete he handed me the bags. I live in CT so from Wings Over to my home is about an hour and a half. (Navigating Kelly Square makes it longer). I happily enjoyed my wings in the car ride home without fear of getting sick from dairy or cross contamination. The hour and a half trip is worth the time for that kind of service. read more

I am a frequent buyer from Wings Over Worcester delivery. The food quality is as expected. I am deducting 1 star due to the inconsistencies with the drivers. Some drivers follow the instructions perfectly and deliver to the door inside the complex. Other drivers call when they arrive and we meet them outside. Other drivers call before they arrive, effectively, lying about arriving and when you head down they are not there. I would expect a place that takes a bulk of their revenue from delivering to train all drivers to behave exactly the same way so that customers know what to expect. read more

Honestly, it was better than I expected. They got the order correct and I got more food than I expected for the price. I like the mango habanero and the sweet chili. I have never been to any of the "Wings over ..." places, so I begged Frannie to make a pit stop, even though she was not impressed with another chain. We had the garlic parmesan and Jamaican jerk. I have to agree, this experience was very unimpressive. I would say the favorite of the two was the garlic parmesan. It was a "dry", crispy coating and it sort of reminded me of something my mom used to make. The jerk was too sauce-y and not in a good way - it was too sweet and not jerky enough. This is a delayed review for an encounter in October 2011. Wings over Worcester (WoW) was high on my list of places to revisit after moving away 1.5 years ago. The New England buffalo wing is a fantastic experience. I like WoW because the wings are huge, meaty (no scrawny free-range, hormone-free, excuse of a bird), and the sauces are superb. There are so many to choose from but my favorites include: garlic parm (great if you like garlic), honey BBQ (if you have a sweet tooth), jamaican jerk, and the traditional bufffalo sauce. The wings pair well with the waffle fries and a soda. There's not much for indoor dining - not surprising for being right off Kelley Square. I usually have my order to-go. read more

I tried to call ahead to order while on my walk there. I was on hold for 9 minutes. I never was able to talk to anybody. By the time I got there and walked thru the door, there were 3 ladies standing behind the counter with the phone ringing. It was me on the other line. I stood there for a minute and watched them gossip instead of using the phone. When I told them that I had been the one calling and they didn't answer, the ladies were rather rude. They seemed to be too busy talking to a past employee that I overheard say was fired not to long ago. In the end the chicken was hot and fresh. But there service was horrible. I've gave this place about 4 chances since my first order a few years ago, and for some reason I could never finish a set of anything here. Everytime I order and eat from this place, I always end up losing my appetite halfway into my order of wings, and then end up feeling sick and end up puking the morning after. Literally happens everytime I get food from here. I'm not sure if it's the temp of the food they're cooking the chicken in, the quality of the meat, or just something they put that my body does not take fondly of, but sadly this is gonna have to be my last time getting from here. Customer service was terrible, left on hold for a while and was offered to come pick up my own food. Don't say that you offer delivery if you're not willing to deliver the food yourself. So I was a frequent customer of WOW, until today. October 18th after a long evening at work, I called in my order on my way home about 11:10pm and picked it up as soon as it was ready. Side note, I would love to do delivery but I'm 1 mile outside of the delivery map. All the way home, I'm salivating over the aroma and previous thoughts of how great my wings are going to be. I set up for my solo dining, opened the container, only to confusion and disbelief. My usual "jumbo puddle jumper wings" not only looked like they came from baby chickens, but were lukewarm (it takes less than 10mins to get home). I immediately called the store and explained the situation to the "manager". He first tried to assure me that they do sell jumbo wings. I told him these are NOT and this is the first time I've been given wings so small. He then tries to tell me maybe one or two were small but the rest shouldn't be. I told him no, they're ALL small. He asked if I'd like to come back to the store and they can make me more (it's almost closing time mind you). I said no thanks, I'm exhausted and home now. He offered me a $10 credit and took my info. I called today, again on my way home from work on this snowy night, to hear from the server that I in fact do not have a credit on my phone number. I told him a manager who's name I don't remember assured me he'd put it in. He put me on hold and came back and told me he'd give me $5 off instead since there's no credit on my number and it was so long ago. I asked to speak to the manager and said he was. He put me on hold for a second time and another man tried to tell me the same thing. I asked who he was since he didn't identify himself, he said the general manager. He told me he'd give me the credit but by this point I declined because I didn't want someone messing with my food because I've worked in the food industry and see what some cooks and servers do to customers' food that cross them. He assured me they don't do things like that but I said I'd take my business elsewhere and hung up. Point of the story: this is how you treat your regular customers who even places large orders with other coworkers from work? I was promised replacement and because of someone else not doing their job, I'm penalized...TWICE? Your wings may be good but they aren't "The best for 10yrs in a row"...if so then you're missing some plagues in your store!!! My business was taken to a small Wing business owner that actually tastes way better and not only sells jumbo swings but also sells thighs, breasts and drumsticks!!! First time trying this yesterday since I live 3 blocks away, so I decided to walk over and order 10 wings. I was on yelp and I've seen mixed reviews about this place, including the pictures of the guy showing feathers he found in his food. Well what do I know...... after getting my food and bringing it back to my house, as soon as I open the box I found a feather sticking out of one of the wings.
