Wow. I've eaten their wings (and ribs) a few times now, some slight delivery issues but overall good experience. But on super bowl Sunday they knocked it out of the park. I ordered for a 5:30-5:45 pickup. Arrived to a huge line out the door. I'm in the restaurant biz for the record. They were busy but clean, organized, pleasant and, given the insanity of the game day rush, I got my order in a timely fashion. I used to come here all the time but recently the staff seems pretty incompetent. A week ago I placed an order online at 7:30p and receipt said order should be ready at 8:15p. Ok fine, the Eagles game was about to start so that's expected. When I went to pick up my order, there were about 20 people in the store waiting for their orders. I wasn't worried since I placed an online order almost an hour ago so mine should be ready, right? Wrong. I ended up not getting my food until after 8:30p because they had to re-ring it up? I'm not sure what exactly happened but they told me they never saw the order come in, even though I had shown them proof from my e-receipt. Fast forward to now, a little over a week later. Again, I placed an online order. When I get there, there is a line of 6 people which goes semi-quickly (10ish minutes). I pay, I go home, I open my wings and they are traditional instead of boneless. I check my e-receipt to make sure it wasn't me who ordered the wrong thing. Nope it's them. I call and the girl on the phone seems like she doesn't know what to do... um give me the wings I ordered? So after talking with one of her coworkers, they told me to come back and they'd be ready. I go back and there is now a line of 7 people, great. I'm waiting and finally they call my name and switch out my wings. I don't believe I was even apologized to for either of these mess-ups and definitely wasn't offered any sort of compensation for my time wasted and unpleasant experiences. It's a shame. I really used to enjoy this place but looks like I'm not going back for awhile. Staff needs to be trained better and customer service needs to be better. read more

So much more than wings. Don't get me wrong, the wings are great, but from burgers and cheesesteaks to quesadillas and shrimp there are many, many great dishes to choose from. My personal favorite is the honey mustard wrap. Warm, crispy chicken on lettuce and tomato drizzled in that sweet custom honey mustard sauce and wrapped up so tight it's practically bursting with flavor. I just can't stop eating them. There's a special deal for every day of the week, so it won't hurt your wallet. And the staff always greet you like a close friend. Brightens my day whenever I walk through the door. We ordered a whole rack of ribs, honey barbecue. What we got was spicy barbecue. Because of the medication I take, my tongue is very sensitive. I can't do spicy, not even a little spicy. We had asked for some honey barbecue sauce on the side, they got that part right, so I tried to rinse off the spicy and put the honey barbecue on and put them in the microwave. That helped but the fries were soaked in the spicy barbecue. Needless to say, I rank this as an epic FAIL. I was looking forward to the ribs, I ended up having frosted flakes. read more

They get our delivery orders wrong nearly EVERY time and display no accountability for it at all. Tonight, we only ordered wings... well done & plain w/sauce on the side so they don't get soggy. We were given the wrong sauce so I immediately called the store once we opened the bag. The manager checked our receipt and confirmed that they had made a mistake and said he'd have someone bring us the correct sauce. Over 1 hour later, no one bothered to show up with the correct sauce. I called the store a second time and the girl who answered the phone didn't even give an apology. No remorse what-so-ever for the fact that their customers are sitting there, starving, with plain ice-cold wings for over an hour (not including the 45 minutes it took for us to receive the order from when it was initially placed). Additionally, we were not even offered any sort of compensation for the inconvenience. If it wasn't for the fact that they have decent food, we would have stopped ordering from them years ago. Order dinner. Was told 15-20 mins waited over an hour for the food. While waiting I watched the employees make my food. I witnessed one employee play with her hair multiple times and wipe her nose with her hand and continued to handle food with out washing her hands!!! Got some garlic parmesean wings from here yesterday. Once I got home the wings were undercooked practically red inside. When i spoke to an employee on the phone he actually told me that he likes them that way. I had the option to get more wings but my stomach was already upset from eating the undercooked chicken.I'm at a loss for words with customer service these days. It seems to me that something has changed here that has caused the service to go downhill. 2 of the last 3 times I ordered I've had issues. The first time I ordered traditional wings and they sent boneless. Not a huge deal but still. Then this past Friday I placed an order through the app. I didn't get a confirmation email so I called the store to see if they had my order. The young woman I spoke to confirmed that they did have my order. Over an hour passed. Even in a busier night it never takes that long for us to get our food. I called the store again and this time they told me that my order actually did NOT go through. I tried placing it over the phone for pick up. It was so noisy in the background the girl I was speaking to kept asking me to repeat myself. When she gave me my total she said it was $63 which seemed really high for 1 family meal deal and an order of boneless wings. When she read the order back to me there was like 3 family meal deals or something. I'd been on the phone for over 10 minutes at that point and just wound up cancelling my order all together. I don't know if there is all new staff or new management, but like I said something has changed here that has caused the service to tank because I never used to have any issues ordering from here. read more

I would give it 0 stars but that isn't an option! I am so confused by this Wings To Go Franchise Location at 1045 Bustleton Pike in the Feasterville Plaza. In the 4 years being a loyal patron I wonder how in the past 2 years they have gone down hill so fast. They have reduced their menu and sizes of product. Don't have a new menu? Then don't expect to be told of any thing that is removed!. They will double the price such as if you order the double meat burger for $7.99 as stated in the old menu, you will automatically be charged for two $6.99 burgers off the new menu costing you a whopping $13.98 for an additional patty of meat without being notified until the order arrives that they got rid of that offer!! One would expect a full second burger since your were charged for it, not just a piece of meat.. If you call to ask why you got charged that and why you were not informed of the price change, you will have the Manager (Kim) say to you " I don't know why you're upset about a second PICKLE" I am appalled and disappointed that the owners allow such a thing to come out of their managers mouth. It was completely disregarded that we were upset that the person that took our order did not let us know of the changes. Instead, was able to give a full refund instead of an apology for any misinformation! I hope that this comment will help improve their management training on customer relations. They have lost my business and they could care less! SAD! read more

yikes, was expecting a much better tasting wings especially from a place that has wings in its name. I would put their wings at the bottom of the bunch, does not taste very good. The problem is the wings are too large like it's on steroids, the sauce is to thin and doesn't stick to the wings so good, and its just not crispy like they baked it instead of fry. The only positive is the smell is very pleasing, but too bad it doesn't taste how it smells. My vote is to stay away, will not be back. read more

Love it! Not only are their bone in wings good, their boneless and chicken tenders are awesome. Eat here at least 3 days a week for lunch. They also have a pretty big selection of other foods.
