Very disappointed with this place. I'm a huge fan of wings, and I'm honestly not super picky about them. Whether they're dry or juicy, bland or flavorful, I typically will still enjoy them. These were probably some of the worst wings I've had, which is sad because the name of this place is "Wings To Go." I came in here on a Tuesday night to pick up some food "to go" after my boyfriend's basketball game nearby. The place wasn't busy at all, but I wasn't alarmed since it was a week night and a little later than normal dinner hours. I ordered an 8-piece buffalo wings, and my boyfriend ordered a grilled chicken sandwich. My walk home was no more than 5 minutes long, and I pulled out my food right upon getting home. My wings were cold and soggy and gross. My boyfriend literally threw his sandwich away after the first bite... I was actually surprised about that, because he's usually not picky, especially when hungry. How bad could it possibly have been?? I wouldn't know, since I wouldn't try it, but wow. Service was pretty slow, too. Hope they read this and improve all around so they can get some more business, but I'm personally not coming back here :( read more

Despite the reviews this place was alright. In terms of wings, they had a very nice selection to choose from. I ended up getting the buttery garlic flavor, theg were supposedly a tinge spicy but I don't remember them being too much or at all, still good though. I initially ordered onion rings with my food but they were out. And to me any time a restaurant is running out of food, especially sides, it's a bad look to me. And it was a thursday, a weekend night if you wanna be specific. Either way I was satisfied with what I got, would come back again. I ordered 40 wings. 10 Mild, 10 extra hot; 10 boneless honey bbq, 10 boneless teriyaki. The wings took a full 90 minutes to arrive, less than a mile away (45 minutes later than they had promised when I put in the order). When I opened the bag, the order was missing 10 wings as well as the blue cheese and ranch that I paid extra for. It was another 30 minutes until the final 10 wings arrived. No celery in either delivery. The 30 wings that came on time were cold. The meat was dry on all 4 different types, and the sauces were unremarkable. I have heard people say this place is great, but my first experience was bad enough for me to never order from Wings To Go again. read more

I went here with a Groupon and it was pretty good.The pizza was average yet tasty and the boneless wings were delicious. I was impressed with the various flavors of wings that they offer. The people working here were really cool and the wait was fairly short. This is a pretty decent place to grab and go, with no frill and is within a very reasonable price range. I went to this place for the first time today to get takeout, and it was amazing! The prices are just right... 6 wings for $4.95!! I've been looking for a good delivery/take out wings place in the area for a while, and I'm so happy I finally found it. I ordered mine with BBQ sauce and the sauce was great! The wings were good. The service however needs some reformulating. We ordered and gave our address. The guy who took our order was very curt and didn't seem to listen to us. The delivery man called 45 minutes later to say he had arrived. Except, he hadn't arrived because he was given the wrong address. 45 minutes later he STILL hadn't arrived. When I called to ask the restaurant where my order was he told ME I got the address wrong. He blamed me for his inability to take an order properly. If I live on Griffith St and told him two separate times I lived on Griffith St and he types in Rivers St, this isn't my fault. My boyfriend and I have had wings to go over the past year . In the beginning the wings and especially their chili cheese fries were super delish! Since about a few months back everything has changed... For the worse! The wings may have the same flavor but their half the size they are not pleasant to look at. The fries and chili were lacking just about everything . The very last time I ordered since I was so disappointed with the wings I ordered a potato and egg sandwich. A Staple in the Rotation Event: Ordered in Wings for dinner last night. My wife has ordered in a few times previously (i wasn't around) and indicated that it rivaled Blondie's in NYC. Proved to be a worthy adversary Food: I had the buffalo garlic wings. First off, they are BIG for wings. So can't argue there isn't enough meat on the bones. Good crunch and not-overfried. I don't know if there wasn't enough sauce or it just wasn't as pungent as i hoped for. Tried a regular buffalo wing and will get that next time, was very good. Service: Called in right before the rain storm came, but they got here in ~30 min. No hassles, no issues. Bottom line: If i want wings for a game and don't feel like going to the bar, i imagine will order from here. 3 star due to flavor of my buffalo garlic, but potential to upgrade rating with a different flavor. read more

Wing selection of flavors are amazing. We usually order them naked with sauce on the side. They are always on time. Always tasting amazing. We, without fail, always over do it when ordering. We order more than what we can eat because we love all the flavors! We need the variety. We finally tried their cheeseburger for kicks, and it's amazing for the price to be honest. We were skeptical because you know, it's a wing place. Ordered from them on Super Bowl Sunday (busiest day for them) they were booked and was able to accommodate our order before they started the rush. We order from them fairly often on seamless. I had ordered food from the place. What made choose this place was their menu, which I found to be enticing. I had ordered chicken tenders, which were really good. I chose to get the Asian Ginger sauce to go with my tenders. The sauce was excellent. It was tangy with a kick. The delivery itself was pretty quick. The one knock I have was that they forgot to give me the drink I had ordered. Overall, I enjoyed my food and I will definitely order from them anytime I'm in the Jersey City/Hoboken area. read more

Been eating at this place a while now.....mostly out of necessity bit I'm just getting around to writing a review tonight. Did a wings and pizza night tonight. Pizza was what's to expect from most Hoboken spots. Good, but not anything to remember. The sauce leaves a little to desire. On to the wings. Ordered 1/2 lb boneless suicide wings and a dozen homicide wings. The sauce tasted pretty decent on both, though there definitely wasn't much of it. The homicide flavor is definitely hot, but falls short in living up to it's name (this might be a different case if they didn'tskimp on sauce) The wings were still tasty, but definitely on the small side and the portions of the boneless wings honestly made me laugh a bit. There were smaller that most chicken nuggets. I'm going to give these guys one more shot....but I'm extremely close to not ever going back again. read more

I'm probably not the only person affected by the Super Bowl debacle at WTG but my concern should be heard. Being this was the Super Bowl I expected the volume to be through the roof so I called Saturday to check in on anything special I'd need to do. The staff told me just call in early for a set time or use delivery.com. I put my order in at 9am Sunday for a 5:30 delivery that never happened. An hour after the estimated time I called but no one picked up so we left the party to walk over and see where the order was. The place was packed with a ton of pissed off customers, no answer. I called delivery.com and they couldn't get an update on where the order was. At 8pm I got a call from delivery.com asking if I could hold another 30 minutes before the order would be out for delivery... A 4 hour wait, what a joke. I canceled and went to Hot House. I live nearby and have been here many times, although not frequently since most times I get food from here it reminds me why I haven't eaten here in months. The quality of the food is poor even for fast food. They have no idea how to make pizza so I usually get wings. The last time I got wings here there was no sauce on them at all. Wings come with celery and carrots with bleu cheese. The vegies are almost always brown, dried out and about to spoil. I have also gotten their ribs, which are even worse than the pizza and the wings. The ribs were as tender as eating shoe leather. Not edible at all. I won't be returning anytime soon and I recommend you stay away too. Really poor quality all around. read more

Excellent wing joint in hoboken. Great selection of sauces and the garbage fries are excellent. They're a whole meal in itself, so be prepared for leftovers. The wings are not breaded and don't have a lot of fat on it, which is just the way I like it. Definitely better than Cluck u's huge breaded gross fatty wings. If there was a way to give this restaurant a 0 star review I would. I just had the worst experience ever. I spent $50 for a delivery that was frozen, frozen as if I had just taken the food out of a deep freezer. I called and they had this young girl answering the phone who was extremely unprofessional, so rude. Basically she accused me of lying about the good being cold, never apologized and just nixed me off. I asked to speak to a supervisor who just so happened to be her father who also never apologized and asked me, "what I wanted"?. I told him I was going to bring the food back and would like a full refund. When I arrived at the restaurant to return the food they all laughed and proceeded as if they had done nothing wrong. I let them know this was totally unprofessional and just plain wrong and they had no care in the world. Long story short, if you have children at home who you'd like to feed nice warm food and be treated kindly please do not bother ordering from here. Totally ruined my entire evening. read more
