Customer service is terrible here. I called trying to make an order and was hung up on by the manager or all employees. I came inside to talk to someone and was greeted by the same disrespectful person from the phone. When I asked to speak to a manager, she snarky replies that she is. When I asked to speak to another manager that I talked to on the phone after calling back up there 10 times and them watching the phone ring. I had a terrible experience at this Wingstop today. I placed an order and received the wrong food. When I called to let them know, the manager was extremely rude and basically accused me of lying. After arguing with me for several minutes, he told me to come in for the correct order. When I went to the store, the manager actually threw the food at us, and the female employee on shift at the counter was also very rude and unprofessional. Last week I ordered a crewpack of 30 wings and 5 boneless.I live 3 minutes from this Wingstop and when I got home the wings were cold. I called the restaurant back to tell them and the manager argued with me that it was the drivers fault the wings were cold. I was the driver and there is no way that the wings could get cold in 3 minutes. I asked her if she could remake the order but I could t come back that day and she told me yes so I came back the next week. I called them and they took 20 minutes to get my order in when I got to the restaurant they had not made my food yet because she had to verify this I verified it and then she put my ticket at the back of the line and told me I had to wait another 30 minutes on top of the 20 I had already waited because there were other people in front of me. We've order here a few times and while the food here is at best decent, there is ALWAYS something wrong with either the order and/or the employees service. One employee is more concerned with her phone typing and responding to text messages right in front of us while trying to take our order, and was down right rude to customers. On numerous occasions, the employees while in uniform, will smoke weed by the side building exit or in the service hallway to the back of the store. Additionally, it feels as the customers are nothing but a massive inconvenience to the workers with how you're acted towards & spoken too. The wait was roughly 10-15 minutes for our order. To our surprise nothing was wrong this time, however the person who leaving as we entered ended up coming back as their order was wrong. Another couple walked in, the female employee brashly asked them "Are you placing an order or picking up?" While it was difficult to hear the employee the one customer responded "We're not sure yet." to which the female employee became disgruntled stating "You don't know if you're ordering or picking up?!". The customer responded with "Sorry we couldn't hear you, can you give us a minute?" the customers spoke amongst themselves then left immediately with unpleasant looks on their faces. I had an order of the Louisiana rubs and the Lemon Pepper bone in wings. The wings were fried just right and we really lived the seasoning especially the lemon Pepper. The one complaint was there was so much grease inside the container. We had to take the wings out and pat them dry before eating them.
