Server/ manger ( Andrew ) Absolutely worst experience I've had at any wingstop to date. I've been eating at wingstop for over 10 years and have never experienced customer service like this. ESPECIALLY from a "manager". I first asked if there where any online deal available one that aren't listed on the menu and received a nonchalant/ rude response "I don't know maybe" I dismissed that attitude and order a simple meal for two 15 piece to make matters easier. I got my two cups and went to get my soda. Tryin to get soda there was No ice and it's only 10:30. Two and a half hours before closing. I politely asked if there was any ice available and again was rudely replied with a short dismissive answer. Lastly requesting a small side a Cajun sauce to go since there was wasn't much on the fries after asking request for extra upon order. I was given a side with no lid when I have a "to go" order I had to request a lid additionally so I can take it "to go" a scoff away and was handed a lid. I request my servers name and he responded with why. I said I'm curious so I can leave a review. He told me he isn't going give it to me, so I requested the manager and he said "I am" and I followed with so you're the manger and you refuse to give me your name for a review. Responding with yes, I don't need to tell you. I told him I don't have a problem with the food rather his attitude, especially coming from a "manager" I asked for the store number and he gave me that which I'm not sure was even accurate. All that aside I come home ready to enjoy my food even tho the customer service was horrible. Only to come home realizing I'm missing 5 out of the 15 wings I order. Not only did I over pay for food that was missing I had the worst service at this restaurant. I'm extremely disappointed and won't be returning. I really hope wingstop addresses this unacceptable behavior. Especially coming from someone who is a " manager" Honestly seems under qualified and lacks the customer service skills needed to properly work in this position. This employee was extremely RUDE it ruined my appetite. I walked in and politely asked for the key to the restroom. She didn't say one word to me, rolled her eyes and walked my daughter and I to the restroom. People were coming in and out to pick up or place an order and it just seemed like the cooks were playing catch up with all the orders being placed. We did not have to wait too long for our food and just enjoyed being able to eat while playing Pokemon Go/people watching. When I went to get my drink, the soda fountain machine was overflowing with ice and soda in the tray. Everything tasted good to me, even though my husband said one of the flavors didn't taste right to him. This is the only Wingstop location that is amazing, the one right next to Kohl's. They fry their wings until crispy perfection every single time. Stays crispy even with a 25 min drive back home and letting sit for another hour. Ever since trying this location, I can't have Wingstop anywhere else. I make the drive out here for this spot. Parking in rear, does get packed during lunch and dinner rushes due to where it's located. Kind of odd that there isn't a single trash can inside the restaurant. There is one in the restroom only. Don't mind it being a little messy, if you dine in you'll need to take your trash outside towards street entrance. They don't skimp on sauce when you order their Louisiana Voodoo Fries. I had to repeat my order 3-4 times to the cashier and he still got it wrong or continued to ask me the same questions I just answered. I gave them 30-35 mins to make my order and when I get back they say THEY CANT FIND IT, then another co worker says they never even made it and another can't find the ticket. RIDICULOUS!!! all they bother to say is " oh we can remake it" no apologies or explanation. As soon as we entered the last restaurant the only lady in the cashier was on the phone and made us wait a while until she hanged up and ask the 2 guys in the kitchen to help us instead of her. When we received our food the wings were not crisp, cold and dripping in sauce. The Hawaiian flavor was really disgusting tasting like oil the other 2 flavors spicy Korean and Louisiana rub were up to standard. The forks and soda cups were forgotten so we had to ask for them. This place is closer to my house but I find myself going to the one on Main street because the customer service there is slightly better. The kids they hire here are rude, & have no customer service skills at all. I usually order online and choose a bottle Coke, as I don't like fountain drinks. I don't mind Wing Stop and I generally enjoy it when I order it with friends, but I wouldn't necessarily choose it because I find their wings either too salty or too bland. The outer skin usually tastes too salty and the inside not flavorful enough. It's not bad for the price though and it's convenient. I actually really enjoyed their fries. The had a really unique flavor. Almost as if they had been cooked with sweet potato fries? I'm not sure what gives them that flavor though considering they don't offer sweet potatoes lol. There's plenty of parking and they're open late. The people who work here are cool and on numerous occasions have given me an extra wing or a couple extra, and I've even had someone here give me an extra ranch once.
