The fries here are addicting, theyre perfectly crunchy but still soft. Would get one and could not stop eating them. The Lemon Pepper & BBQ Wings are delicious and have the perfect amount of sauce on them. The cashier took our order and quoted us a wait time and it was accurate, 20 min for some wings and fries was not bad at all. The inside has tvs but there are two playing different things loud maybe if only one had sound it wouldnt be so overstimulating. Went here for the first time yesterday. We ordered on the kiosk since we wanted to see pictures of the food first. The cashier asked multiple times if we were okay or needed help which I thought was amazing. She was very very friendly when helping other customers as well. We waited about 10-15 minutes for the food. The shakes were very good, very thick and flavorful. For food I got the original hot chicken flavor and fries seasoned with lemon pepper and Cajun. We also got the lemon pepper wings which were ok but I liked the original hot more. The fried cheesecake was interesting! Definitely something new to me. Overall it was a good experience. There are plenty of tables and also a restroom. It was very chill and there is a lot of funny artwork on the walls. Will be coming back. read more

BIG CHICKEN STRIPS. I paid $15 for 3 strips , yummy fries and a coke. A little expensive. But I got what I paid for. I didn't really like the chipotle sauce. I should've gotten bbq sauce for the strips. I think that would've been a better combination for the ranch dressing dipping sauce. I still like WingStop better. They have better sauces for their chicken strips and wings. I like their fries a lot too. They (wingstop) give you about the same portion as The Buffalo Spot for fries. Bigger chicken wings that Buffalo Wild Wings, but sometimes they're pretty inconsistent with the cooks on the wings -- sometimes they're perfect and sometimes they've been cooked for too long such that the drumettes are rockhard and dried out. The wings that were cooked perfectly were juicy and tender, so it's a big contrast in experiences when they cook it wrong. Overall, it's a standard affair place for wings that has good taste but needs a slightly more consistent cook. Ah! And for deliveries .. please also poke holes in the box where you put the fries because ours came soggy. read more

I used to love to come here so much! My boyfriend and I would come on the weekend for a treat but a few months ago we placed an online order at the wrong location, notified the store, and placed another order for the correct location. After several attempts of getting a refund for the order we did not pick up/eat AND cancelled, we still have not received our refund. The store we placed the order for incorrectly informed us that we could leave them a message on their website to get the refund but no one has responded to my inquiry. I tried calling both stores but neither offered me a solution. Yes, it is a mere $15 (which is a lot to me in this economy!) but it's the fact that I have tried to dispute it with my credit card company, Discover but it was rejected for some reason. I am furthering my dispute unfortunately and it has been over six months. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a refund, for money I work hard to earn and that doesn't belong to them nor is it entitled to them. Because of this, I haven't returned nor have a recommended the Buffalo Spot to anyone in months. Very disappointing. read more

I love Buffalo spot but every time I come to this one here in Montebello it always sucks. There's always an issue. Either they don't have tenders, no ranch, or they get the order wrong. I went in today with my brother and we were the only people inside. The lady took our order, she had a bit of an attitude and just wasn't friendly. I brushed it off, maybe she's having a bad day. She repeated our order back and it was fine. We got our food to go. Got home and found that the tenders we got weren't what we ordered. We order Garlic Parmesan tenders and we got plain ones????? I came here the other day instead of wingstop. They are overpriced a combo meal including 5 bone-in chicken, fries and a drink costs $16. For a meal really? I honestly really enjoyed this! The chicken was really juicy and the flavors were spot on! The buffalo chicken fries with original hot was definitely worth being "famous" for. I also really enjoyed the garlic parmasan sauce so much we might just get the fries with that next time. I think they can improve on the wait time but I also think it's still new so I'd give it a little grace. I also would not recommend the Cali Chicken Burrito even though the price point is really small. The fries just come out mushy and it's essentially the same as the fries, which are way better, but in a burrito. I got here on time, called twice as I selected the curb side pick and I'm seeing how's their 3 people and finally after my 5th call someone picked up the phone and told me my order will be ready in 10 minutes. This is my 3rd time coming here since the location has opened and while the chicken is very juicy, tender, and tasty, my reason for the 2 stars is the service. I keep returning to give them the benefit of the doubt but the service blows. Each time I have waited over 35 minutes for an order, usually for me and my husband (today it was an order to go: 5 pcs wings, 5 tenders, 2 orders of fries, 1 chicken wrap, and a side order of veggie sticks). Poor Delilah the cashier has been the only one attending every time I have gone in and she clearly needs help between ringing customers and washing in the back. It seems they only have 1 cook and between the amount of people coming in, I can't imagine why this establishment will not add more help. Given the overflow crowd that comes in from Rios Pizza who can't get a table or want to wait for pizza and wings, Buffalo Spot needs to step it up.
