Okay. I was sad to see wingstop leave a few years back. I was glad to hear about it returning. It must just be me but it is the same subpar customer service experience. Online ordering runs 20 minutes late past the pick up time emailed. No wonder it looks like a social club in the back with hands on our hips and leaning against the food prep area. They might not have enough deep fryers for the amount of business. Idk After 3 orders from there I feel I gave them a chance to earn my business. The food isn't worth being treated like that . I will be going around the corner to Tugboat if I want good food in Antelope. If I ever get hot wings again I will drive to Buffalo Wild Wings to get good wings and watch some sports on more than one TV. read more

What can I say, I love wings! Wingstop has always been a go to spot for my wing cravings. I've come to Wingstop plenty of times but this review will be on the new flavors I've tried from this location. They have two new flavors that are limited time, Ancho Honey Glaze and Harissa Lemon Pepper. Harissa Lemon Pepper falls just above lemon pepper and below original hot on the heat scale. This is supposed to be a slightly spicy version of their lemon pepper. Now I am a huge lemon pepper fan. Their lemon pepper wings are the best. I figured adding a little spice would be good too. I was a bit let down on this new flavor. One of the main things I like about the lemon pepper is the crispness of the wing. The spice in this harissa wing is a sauce so it takes away the crisp. Such a let down. I'd pass on this flavor in the future. Ancho Honey Glaze lies just above the original hot on the heat scale. This wing is just like it mentions a glaze. No need to dip this one in sauce it's not needed. You have some sweetness from the honey and the right amount of spice so your mouth is not on fire. Ancho is definitely flavorful! If anyone liked their mango habanero but maybe it was a bit too spicy for them you are going to love this flavor. The fries are always amazing with their sweet/salty seasoning. Try it dipped with some honey mustard you won't be disappointed! This location is located in a raley's shopping center. Located by the 24 hour fitness and round table pizza. Never been to a Wingstop before After reading some review we were hesitant but my daughter wanted some wings. We went late in the evening so maybe that helped. We called like 3 times (sorry!) but they were very helpful. We ordered 25 60 cent Tuesday boneless wings. Got to the store and the young lady stopped what she was doing and helped us right away. And with a smile! Got home and they were delicious! crunchy on outside yummy on the inside. The whole family was happy. Except the wife didnt like her Teriyaki flavored wings. Too salty she said. Went to wing stop today and got French fries with my wing order drenched in salt. Called and ask to speak to a manager and got a rude ignorant manager ( Jermaine I guess was the name) who was yelling at me and said well I have new employees who are in training and I can't watch everyone cook the food. My bad I didn't know I should have to pay for food with my hard earned money so that Wingstop can use their employees to train on. Please do see the pictures attached and save your self the trouble and go to another Wingstop. I've been going to this location for awhile now and always called my order in but since it's been so busy with Covid, I decided to download and use their app. Ordered dinner for the family and saw an offer for a free large fries if I signed up for their e club. For some reason after I signed up, I didn't receive an email for my offer but I did receive my receipt for the order. I mentioned what happened to the worker their and it happens to be the manager and he was more then happy to give me the offer no questions asked. My mom had a big 50th birthday bash celebrated this weekend, in which she came IN PERSON the day before and ordered a huge order for the party. Sent me in the day of to pick up the order and the lady had no recollection of this order.. at first. After I said my mothers name multiple times then all of a sudden it clicks that SHE took the order herself, however it was not ready and they had no idea what she had placed in her order. So as I proceeded to tell them the order again, which I now needed to wait for, and was going to be late to my party.. I then need to REPEAT it once again as if 3 times wasn't enough. In these three times, I said very clearly that I wanted boneless wings, as my mother had previously ordered. I was very patient at the time and was not making a big deal out of the mix up although I would be arriving late. THEN I asked for a few sides of ranch, blue cheese, and honey Dijon, and I am not exaggerating when I say I asked FOUR times before I could get my blue cheese. This lady was ALL OVER THE PLACE!!!!! Finally arriving at the party after the chaos, my mom opens the boxes to BONE-IN wings. So after all that our order was still wrong. When we called to let them know about our experience, and ask for some sort of compensation-not even a refund, we just wanted them to redeem themselves with the family of some sort and take responsibility for horrible service.. we were first told a manager would contact us.. which never happened. So back into the store we go, receipt in hand, and they presume to say they need the food back to do anything for us.. when they knew this order was for a party in which I was late for because they didn't have our order ready OR correct in the first place.. and also that, "I should have checked it before I left." Are you kidding me!? I should have to check it when I ordered it in front of you for the third time.. and maybe if it was ready from the first time it would have been correct! Not to mention the food didn't even taste all that great in my opinion and I know I wasn't alone. I work in customer service and the classic, "the customer is always right," is sometimes a hard one to swallow.. but we always want our customers to leave happy and always want to redeem ourselves should we actually be at fault. Would give them 0 if I could!! Made an online order on a Sunday because we had friends over. They tell us it'd be ready in 20 minutes. We show up about 20-25 minutes later and the girl at the register charges us and gives us our drinks and goes back to help cook. It wasn't busy at all we were the only ones there. We saw two bags on the shelf but assumed they weren't ours since she didn't give them to us so we sit and wait. About 3 other people walked in and waited a few minutes and were getting their orders. As a loyal customer to Wingstop, I strongly suggest to avoid this location by all cost. After multiple chances to get their act together, again tonight they messed up another order. Placed a $60 order for 40 Wings, 4 Fries and 4 rolls, got all the way home to realize I have only received 30 wings. I called to see what will be done to have the lost wing replaced where I was so unpleasantly helped by Cheyanne, the young lady had an attitude from the jump, I advised her of the issue then was told to hold on. Cheyanne came back to the phone and advised the wings would be replaced, I simply asked what could be done as this was an extreme inconvenience as I had to leave home allowing the other food to get cold to pick up the remaining of my order. Where Cheyanne replied "Uhh, nothing. I'm giving you the wings". Got to the store where I was then approached by another young lady asking to help, before I could even say anything Cheyanne came running from the back licking her fingers asking if I was there for the BBQ Wings. Advised I was and asked for the manager. The manager approached and as I began to speak she answered the incoming phone call and turned away. Highly upset I asked her if she did not hear me speaking to her. Cheyanne then felt the need to involve herself and and start screaming about how she is going to return my money and I WILL NOT get any of my food. And that it is "People like us that she has to deal with". At this point it is literally a back and forth yelling match about what will be done about these missing wings, that I have clearly paid for. After being yelled at by the manager, Cheyanne and another male employee, we were finally able to receive the missing wings. After 30 minutes, I went to the front to ask what was going on. They totally forgot to process my order. They couldn't give me an answer. No apologies, no nothing, so I asked for my money back. They didn't know how to process a refund. They claim the owner of this franchise is the only one that knows how to do it. And of course, she was not there. She was "traveling somewhere", in their words, and not available. Eventually, after looking at a booklet for 10 minutes, they processed a partial refund (They didn't include the tax). Maybe. They aren't sure. Wow... After another 10 minutes, they finally figured out how to open the register and provide me the tax in cash. So, I wasted 50 minutes of my time there. I went into wing stop not suspecting anything and was rudely told I need to put a mask on which is whatever in these time but as soon as I get back with my mask on an employee which was one of the people telling me to put a mask on had her mask pulled down to talk to another customer. I was excited that this opened up in my area but not equally excited with the food portions/quality. I ordered a 15 piece wing and got a lot of mini wings. They must have been taken from baby chickens. Staff was great but these portions should be evaluated. Order 30 wings plus 5 extra. They stuffed 25 into one box. Box leaked into the bag on the way home. All I did was set it on the seat next to me. When I got home and grabbed the bag the bottom fell out and dropped all the wings inside and out of my car. Ruined my car seats with a lovely stain of hot sauce and the shoes I had on.
